Все необхідне для проживання у помешканні було, френч прес для кави ( що мене порадувало, бо не розпочинаю день без кави), холодильник посудомийка весь необхідний посуд. Достатньо розеток біля ліжка і у ванній. Обов’язково в наступний раз повернусь сюди🤗 Була відсутня пральна машина, на що я розраховувала. І трішки відчувався запах сирості у квартирі, потрібно було завжди відчиняти вікна.

• Daniela (4/5): Nonostante tutto una bel weekend!!! - Lo spazio è il bagno personale in ogni camera silenzioso e perfetta come posizione L’applicazione per entrare funziona una volta su tre, meglio un codice numerico la pulizia non esiste una camera c’era odore di ammoniaca irrespirabile ho contattato la struttura con messaggio mi è stato risposto il giorno dopo solo per chiedermi come andava ,il phon per asciugare i capelli ho fatto in tre step (si spegneva dopo due minuti)l’anta della doccia scorrevoli e fuori sede pericolosa che ti cada addosso per ultimo tutto in inglese dopo varie volte che ho richiesto di scrivere in italiano sono stata ascoltata anche se delle volte penso che dall’altra parte ci sia una Ai peccato perché è una bellissima struttura

• Marina Catalina (10/5): - The place is clean and the host answers fast to the messages. The location of this rental is the best! There are a lot of delicious restaurants all around. You will be at the Colosseum in a very pleasing 10-minute walking. It's also important to mention I was out for one night because I went to Florence, and I left my main carry on case, with all my things, and everything was really safe, and exactly as I left them. I would improve the pillows. I didn't got the main door access code until minutes ago. But at the end it got solved. The neighbors were noisy at some points of the morning, but since I was out almost all day, it didn't affected me that much.

• Véronique (9/5): - L'appartement est immense 5 chambre 5 salle de bain et terrasse Le sol de l'appartement n'était pas nettoyer et des tâches de café sur la table principale ainsi que sur la table de chevet qu'on a du nettoyer et il y a un miroir qui est fisuré de part et d'autre dans une des chambres. Nous n'avions pas d'eau chaude l'hôte nous a répondu au téléphone et donné les instructions pour le compteur.

• Katarina (1/5): The apartment could be cleaner, and the staff wasn’t very responsive, but the location is very good - Close to all the main attractions The room was not properly cleaned - it was dusty, the floor was dirty and there were issues with the door lock. Unfortunately, the host was not responsive. We also requested an invoice for our stay three times, but it was never provided. In addition, one member of our group forgot a piece of jewelry in the room, and the housekeeper refused to open the door. Overall, our stay in this apartment left an unpleasant impression.

• Ray (10/5): The most satisfying stay of our first Italy trip! - This was, without a doubt, the most satisfying stay of our first Italy trip! I forgot to take pics for the aparment but found only one terrace in my album, it was great spot to enjoy sunset and dry the clothes! Location: Exceptional The location is perfect. We were within easy walking distance of Rome's major sights, especially the Colosseum. A lucky bonus: the path from the train station to the apartment was mostly downhill, making the walk with our luggage surprisingly easy. Cleanliness & Comfort: Tidy and Restful The apartment was tidy and clean. While the floors had some minor marks, it was not an issue. The four bedrooms and four bathrooms were a huge plus, allowing everyone to get a super comfy and much-needed rest after long days of sightseeing. (As the saying goes, it takes many steps to see Rome in one day!) Hospitality: Outstanding Service from Nino Host Nino's hospitality made us feel like we were staying with a friend. He proactively called us before our arrival to address a known Wi-Fi issue and promised a full refund. We decided to stay, as we were already en route and couldn't find a better alternative. Upon arrival, Nino and Alla immediately messaged us the door codes. When we struggled with the Italian instructions on the washing machine, Nino promptly sent someone to assist. The low battery warning on the door lock was fixed by the next morning after a quick heads-up to Nino. Even upon checkout, Nino wished us a safe journey and provided a goodwill discount as a gesture for the Wi-Fi inconvenience. Nino truly is the best host you could ask for when staying in Rome! Despite the WIFI issue, which was a minor problem, the overall stay at Dolce Vita was fantastic!

Tutte le camere hanno il proprio bagno privato L'entrata con i codici è un po' troppo complessa avendo app che funzionano con il wifi che non funzionavano perché all'interno non c'è campo, la cucina un po' scarna di oggettistica mancava uno strofinaccio o un rotolo di scottex, meno cucchiaini della capienza, non c'è la macchinetta del caffé, in uni dei bagni non c'era il tappetino per la doccia e non c'era l'asciugamano per il bidet. Pulizia abbastanza sommaria e poco curata soprattutto in cucina.

The communication was great and my request for an ironing board and iron was kindly fulfilled. There was no Internet and no signal at the property the whole time which was quite inconvenient. The flat was generally quite clean but there were 1-2 stains on the towels. It was a decent stay but some improvements could be made for it to become a fantastic stay.

• Tony (10/5): - This is a great place to stay in Rome for so many reasons: 1.Alla the host is very helpful and considerate making check-in and the stay easy and stress free. 2. The location is superb. It's in the charming district of Monti with a host of good bars and restaurants scattered close by and a small supermarket 4 doors away. Colisseum and Trevi are walking distance. You can see the Colisseum if you walk 50 metres down the road. 3. The apartment is great. 3 bedrooms each with a bathroom plus a kitchen area and lovely terrace to sit out on.The bedrooms are a good size with plenty of storage. 4. It's a great value stay. Highly recommended. Has to be the place to stay. When in Rome...stay here. That I had to leave

• Julia (9/5): Ein schönes Apartment für den Urlaub in Rom - Die Lage ist sehr gut. Der Bahnhof ist in der Nähe, gleichzeitig ist die Umgebung sicher und ruhig. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind direkt in der Nähe. In der Straße gibt es viele Bars und Restaurants. Auch ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft ist um die Ecke. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Es bleibt auch bei hohen Temperaturen angenehm kühl drin, wobei es auch eine Klimaanlage gibt. Das Bad mit der begehbaren Dusche ist geräumig und komfortabel. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es ist etwas dunkel und schwierig zu lüften, dafür bleibt es angenehm kühl bei der Hitze 😊

• Deronisha (8/5): nice and convenient - I really liked the level of communication with the host. We communicated primarily through WhatsApp, and her response rate was fairly quick. I also appreciate the check-in video that they provide. I liked that the offer resources such as transfer to and from the airport, as well as general recommendations such as restaurants and other sites around Rome. Additionally, you have the option to store your bags for a couple of hours after check-out. Unfortunately, I couldn't take advantage of this option because I had a tour that ran over the allocated time; however, she offered to reimburse the cost of luggage storage, which I really appreciated. Lastly, the location is in a great location-- major tourist attractions are only 3-10 minute walk away. There is a lift in the property; however, it is not accessible from the specific apartment, so carrying my luggage up and down the narrow stairs during check-in/out was a struggle.

The room had an issue with humidity, and there was a mold bloom in the corner. They came and took care of it, but the air conditioning unit needs to be deep cleaned because it reeked of mold.

• Malets (8/5): Very good - The host was very pleasant and responsive, always replying quickly and even sharing some helpful local tips. The apartment is well-equipped and in a great, safe location. The apartment has just one window, which faces the interior of the building, so there wasn’t any natural daylight, which I found a bit disappointing. Still, if that’s not a concern for you, it’s a great place to stay.
• Catherine (10/5): I would 100% recommend the Dolcevita apartments as a place to stay when visiting Rome! - These apartments are really well kept and in a perfect location. Just a short walk from the Trevi fountain and other main attractions but out of all the hustle and bustle and beeping of horns. 8 of us stayed in total and the hosts where super nice and really accommodating. There is a supermarket just a few doors down which came in handy. The food at the restaurant over the road was lovely, but very pricey compared to others, so watch out if you go there! I have nothing bad to say!

• Pfingst (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment was perfect for our family of 4. We had plenty of room to spread out after a long days of touring Rome. The balcony with seating was so pleasant to sit on in the evening and listen to the sounds of Rome. The apartment was spotless, the decor was modern and tasteful, and we had everything we needed. Alla was very communicative in terms of checking in and out. The apartment was also close to all the hot spots, plenty of restaurants, and public transport. I would stay at Dolcevita Apartments again for sure!! The pillows were not the most comfortable, and the mattress was a bit yo hard for my tastes.

The apartment was clean and spacious for my group of friends. We really enjoyed our stay here and the communication with the host was beyond amazing. Alla was very responsive and helpful, it made our trip flow with ease. I will 100% be back to stay here on my next trip to Rome. Cannot recommend highly enough! My shower pressure wasn’t the best but these buildings are old and the shower was still perfectly efficient. That is the only thing I can think of if I had to pick anything. :)

The only problem was a disturbing smell of mold - clearly a sign of humidity problems.It was not only in the bathroom and the spray provided in the room doesn´t clear the problem.

• Gloria (10/5): We would love to stay here again if ever we’re back in Rome. - Loved that each bedroom has its own bathroom, proximity to the attractions, restaurants and stores, and the building has a lift. Great hosts, easy to reach and quick to respond.
• Louise (7/5): Wonderful stay - just a few easy wins to make it perfect - The location of these apartments was perfect - plenty of restaurants closeby, supermarket really close and easy to walk to all the monuments and bus/train station. Communication was amazing both before arrival and during our stay and even after check out when we were able to leave our luggage for a few more hours. Bed was really comfortable and we slept really well. Door locking system worked really well for us - no keys to worry about. Just a few things that could improve the apartment even further. Some aspects of cleaning eg skirting boards , bathroom door mouldings were dusty/dirty, kitchen splashbacks. There was no tea towel - there was a dishwasher but when only two of you not really worth using. Also only large pans for cooking - would have been great to have small saucepan for heating milk, making eggs etc. Pressure on shower wasnt great (owners did try to resolve but were unable to during our stay)
• Jeremy (10/5): Great apartment in the heart of the city with easy access to the cities monuments and attractions. - The apartment is in the perfect location in the middle of the city which enabled us to walk to most of the places we wanted to visit.
• Lilipekker (10/5): Exceptional - Great Apartment. Easy access very good communication with host. Clean in a great area surrounded by cafes, restaurants. Colosseum was in walking distance.

• Johnnie (10/5): Although the Elevator was small it was a great help for luggage. - We loved the convenience to restaurant and bars. You just walked out the door everything was right there. The shower drain was not working properly in one bathroom. I reported it so hopefully it will work better for the next person. We were only there was two nights I reported it the evening before we left.
• John (8/5): best location in all of rome - the location was the beat location in all of Rome, walking distance of everything! including some great local reaturaunts and an art gallery/ bar that does amazing cocktails could have done with a lick of paint in a few places, and also a bottle opener would have been nice. but it was the end of the season.

• Gudmundur (10/5): Perfect when exploring Rome, walking distance from main attractions. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms! - Excellent location and very convenient check in. Spacious, each room with a bathroom. Excellent for big families or group of friends
• Prashanth (7/5): Good - Location. Good bed and AC. Responsive host . Checking in was easy. . Fridge was not working . Non stick vessels were peeling off.. Bathroom flush not working properly. It was not possible to store our luggage for few hours on the day of the checkout. We were directed to a locker facility 10 minutes away. However the facility was closed. We had to search for another facility ourselves .
• Ivana (4/5): Disappointing - The location was the best part of the space The drain was clogged, the space was very humid, the sheet were dirty and the wall had marks as well as the one side of the bed which was torn

• Catherine (8/5): Very good - The location was great with lots of restaurants and bars close by, and walking distance to the sites. The bed was comfortable, and the towels were large and fluffy. Alla, the host, was very helpful throughout the stay. We had to request for the floors to be cleaned on arrival. The room is quite dark and noisy from the neighbouring apartments.

• Anderson (7/5): Good - The neighborhood is cute and had lots of options to eat. There is a washer you can use in the building. The whole place is in need of work. Shower drain didn't drain properly and overflowed, walls are a mess, the headboard had a huge hole in it and it was a long walk from everything except the coloseum.
• Robert (7/5): Our week-long stay was very good We loved the area, adored some of the Trattoria nearby. - Breakfast was not included but there were many inexpensive options close by. The apartment was in a great location, reasonably close to everything we wanted and needed, and dining optipons were outstanding. The security for the apartment was elaborate and confusing. If you weren't travelling with a smart phone and smart Apps, it was very difficult. Despite the high level of security, cleaning staff did not treat the facility with full security in mind. In addition, for an older couple with a few mobility issues, access to our apartment with large and heavy luggage was a challenge. We al;so had difficulties using the cooking facilities - usage instructions in German, which we did not speak or read.
• Sian (8/5): Very good - The location is fantastic and Alla and Antonio are very helpful, friendly and great at responding.
• June (1/5): Very disappointing. The room was depressingly dark like a dungeon. Lights had to be kept on. One small window that looke - Location 10/10. Bed comfy and bathroom was clean and modern although the water pressure wasn’t good We booked a room with a view of the street and got a dark dungeon room with view of the lift shaft and rubbish area. I did complain to the owner and was told they were full up no other rooms. I’ve also noticed that the description on Booking. Com has now been changed. We used the laundry no instructions for use. Wasn’t just us we met an American couple doing the same the was went for 3hours! Then there was nowhere to hang washing as we didn’t have a balcony room like others had. This wasn’t an option when we booked on Booking.com. We asked for a clothes hanger and it took 4 hours for someone to bring one!!!!! We had 6 days booked here I could’ve cried when we got there. The owners did offer to refund on day 1 but as she had said they were all full so at late notice in the heart of Rome where would we find accommodation? The only advice I would give is make sure when booking you do not get the dungeon dark hole it’s depressing and you’re supposed to be on holiday. On the very last day the male owner messaged me and offered a refund as I wasn’t happy and guessing his wife had just told him. No refund has appeared in my account!!!!! Very disappointing for total lack of Customer Service!
• Kate (3/5): It was okay, but expensive for what you get. - Location was good, 10 min walk to both Colosseum & Trevi Fountain. Smelt like mould, damp, holes in walls.
• Raquel (10/5): Great apartment in the heart of Rome. - Location was walking distance to everything we had planned to do in Rome.
• Boryana (8/5): Great Host! - the automated key was amazing. Noone needed to carry or worry about keys There is no network connection in the apartment. The cot we requested had no mattress so we couldnt use it. The balcony is shared with ALL the apartments.
• Sham (10/5): Great location and proximity to attractions. - The location was probably the best as we were walking distance to every attraction and a 15-20 min Uber to Vatican City. Host was very friendly and communicative. The airbnb is close to a grocery store with local Italian beers and food you can choose from and also the distance to the metro was about 10-12 min walking from the airbnb. Overall 10/10!!
