Está muy bien ubicado para llegar caminando o en metro a todos lados. El propietario que nos recibió, muy atento y servicial. Volvería a hospedarme.

• Patxi Joseba (9/5): maravillosa escapada a Roma. Para repetir. - La ubicación. El apartamento, el patio común que tiene es muy curioso. Andrea, el anfitrión fue muy amable, nos estuvo dando indicaciones y consejos para nuestra estancia en Roma A pesar de que nos habian indicado que el segundo dia al ser festivo no acudiria el servicio de limpieza, tampoco lo hizo el dia anterior con lo que nos vimos bastante justos con el gel de ducha.

• Stephanie (10/5): Would definitely recommend. - Wonderful location. Clean and did everything we needed it too. Andrea was really friendly and helpful, giving us good tips and advice on the city.
• Yuliia (9/5): - Very hospitable host met us and provided a high chair and umbrella upon request, great location 5 minutes from the Colosseum, nice park, bus stops, metro and supermarket nearby. For a family of two and a child, I would like more details that create comfort, for example, disposable slippers if the floor can be cold or no longer clean on the 2nd day, more hygiene products and coffee than 2 pieces, these are little things, but when there is something to compare with, because travel a lot, these details are always an added bonus.

• Monica (9/5): We had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place! - The location is outstanding, just a 5-minute walk from the Colosseum, which made exploring the city extremely convenient. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Andrea, the host, was incredibly helpful and provided us with plenty of useful information about tourist attractions, places to eat, and how to access the metro. He even prepared a personalized map for us, which was a very nice touch. He kindly waited for us at the apartment despite our late arrival. Another great feature is the access to a private inner terrace, where you can relax quietly in the evening. The area is very peaceful, and feels safe at all times. Since we arrived late, around 10 PM, a self check-in option would have been more convenient. But indeed, the information Andrea provided upon arrival was very helpful. Also, keep in mind that a late check-in fee is charged per person after 10 PM.

Bella doccia calda, bagno finestrato, riscaldamento e aria condizionata all' occorrenza. Assenza di bidet.. c'è il doccino ma non siamo abituati ad usarlo. Alcuni cuscini poco imbottiti.

It had everything we needed for a comfortable short stay, with all the essentials thoughtfully provided. The price was very reasonable for what was offered, making it excellent value for money. Overall, a convenient and well-equipped place that I would happily recommend.

Absolute gem thought there must be something wrong but it was perfect, great flat, perfect location, trams, buses, walking. Our room was perfect, 2 bedrooms and two en-suites, a kitchen with everything you need and a perfect terrace. Andrea met us and went through everything, very late at night due to delayed flights, made us feel at home, and immediately gave us confidence what we booked was perfect. • Helga (8/5): Sehr schönes und sauberes Apartment in guter Lage. - Das Apartment war sehr sauber und die Terrasse super. Schlüsselübergabe hat perfekt funktioniert. Der Gastgeber hat bereits auf uns gewartet und uns auch viele Tipps gegeben. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Es ist so gut wie alles fußläufig zu erreichen und auch Bus und Metrostationen sind in der Nähe. Perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub in Rom. Wir würden dieses Apartment auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

He gave us detailed recommendations for the places to visit, to have food, about transportation etc. the apartment itself was cosy and in an amazing location. Very quiet and safe area. Spanie w salonie jest bardzo niekomfortowe, kanapa nie jest wygodna dla dorosłych, dźwięk lodówki i pieca elektrycznego dość mocno utrudnia zaśnięcie, ale dzieciom to nie przeszkadzało, więc one tam spały, a dorośli w zamkniętej sypialni.

Siendo 5 fue súper cómodo, todo facilidades. Espacio suficiente para una estancia larga. Con baño propio en cada habitación. En la zona común del apartamento podíamos desayunar los 5 adultos con suficiente espacio. Muy cerca del coliseo andando (15’min tranquilamente), supermercado en frente y parada de metro a 15min andando para ir al Vaticano. Muy recomendable.

• Roberta (9/5): Ficamos satisfeitos - A localização era ótima, muito próxima de mercado, ponto de venda de passes de transporte, restarurantes e entre 5-10 min de caminhada do Coliseu ou do metrô. O apartamento estava em ordem, só estava um pouco empoeirado. Acho que precisaria de travesseiros mais firmes e novos e também sofá cama mais confortável. Mesmo as crianças, que dormiram nele e que são mais leves, reclamaram que o colchão afundava um pouco. Também revisaria a limpeza (poeira), mas no geral, a cozinha e o banheiro, principalmente, estavam bem limpos.

Une adresse que je recommande sans hésiter. L'eau chaude pas évidente à doser, voisinage un peu bruyant.

• Gali (10/5): We are all happy staying at the apartment. Host is friendly and helpful. - Location is close to the colosseum, supermarket, restaurants and public transport. Safe and quiet. Our holiday started even before we boarded the plane. The host called us the day before to check the time that we are coming and was waiting for us. Changing of bed sheets at least once in 2-3 days would be good.
• Emma (8/5): Great stay at Green Apartments. - Our room was great - really good size and spotless. The apartment is minutes away from the Coloseum which is incredible, but it's also away from the main tourist streets so it's very quiet which we liked. Our host was brilliant, they kindly provided a map of Rome and told us the easiest ways to get to the sights and recommended some nearby cafes and restaurants. It was a lovely welcome to the city and a good base for a couple of days exploring.

• Mateusz (8/5): Pomimo kilku niedogodności, był to wspaniały pobyt :) - Lokalizacja na zwiedzanie idealna, 5 minut piechotą do Koloseum, blisko przystanek metra, przystanek autobusowy. Bilety i linie polecam kupować i sprawdzać w aplikacji Moovit - prowadzi za rękę dosłownie. Sam gospodarz bardzo miły, dał nam mapkę z miejscami do odwiedzenia, jedyna rzecz, którą polecił, a nie była warta odwiedzenia to kawiarnia Eustachio’s - cenowy przerost formy nad treścią. Klimatyzacja koniecznie do wyczyszczenia, bo po uruchomieniu pierwszego dnia strasznie z niej śmierdziało, potem już mniej. Gospodarz radził w nocy otworzyć okna i w ten sposób wietrzyć, ale po pierwsze brak wiatru, bo okna otoczone innymi budynkami, a druga sprawa, że okna wychodzą na patio i inne mieszkania, a sąsiedzi szli spać ok 24-1 w nocy, także spać z otwartymi oknami nie było możliwości, za głośno i to pomimo braku hałasu z ulicy.

Samo mieszkanie czyste, przestronne, z możliwością korzystania z tarasu. Bardzo pomocny gospodarz, od którego można się dużo dowiedzieć odnośnie najbliższej okolicy i zwiedzania Rzymu. Polecam!

• Anca (10/5): Excellent - It was very clean, the bed was big and comfy and the pillows very good. The bathrooms were practical and clean. The kitchen table for 4 was very useful, as well as the kitchen amenities. The AC worked well and we enjoyed the silence of the property (it is placed in the second plan, you cannot hear the traffic). The location is excelent, the Colosseum was just on our street and every evening we enjoyed the area (it is very scenic and great for instagram photos and we felt very safe as well). Just on the other side of the street was a Carrefour market, a very good coffee shop (good coffee and good prices) and a restaurant. The host was very friendly, he gave us a nice map and gabe us itinerary suggestions, which were very useful. If I return to Rome, I will definetly stay here. Nothing
• Aurora (9/5): It was comfortable and clean. - Walking distance to Colloseum. Apartment #3 is spacious fir 4 people and very clean. Could use a few essentials like paper towels, napkins, oil etc.

The apartment is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and secure, with a quiet ambiance that provides a cozy, homely feel. It’s conveniently within walking distance of the Carrefour shop ( 2 min) , the Colosseum, and the Manzoni / Colosseum Metro station (8 min) . Plus, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, adding to the convenience and charm of this location. Andrea proved to be the best host, always attentive and quick to provide everything I needed without any hesitation. He went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and at home. Thank you, Andrea, for making my stay so enjoyable and memorable! May be an electric water kettle, a toaster and microwave would make it perfect.
