Tetiana (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent apartment. A separate extension, good soundproofing, everything you need for life, dishes, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, washing machine, even washing powder is there. The owner is very nice, a package of coffee capsules as a greeting. I left. Check-in with a key, in a box near the door. All was good 👍
Anthony (9/5): Superb - Great property. Clean. AC was excellent and very much needed in a 32°C city. Fast Wifi. Smart Tv (had to use my netflix account though).The owner was very helpful and prompt in response for any issue i had. Very close to the metro C station. many supermarkets and restaurants are 5 mins within walking distance. Everything you need to prepare your own meal is available (cooker hub, utensils, pots and pans microwave) Not a deal breaker, but the hot water seems to run out if a second guest decides to shower immediately after the first. It needs a few mins in-between to properly heat up a new batch. Besides that, I was really impressed with the property.

A quiet neighborhood with all the necessary facilities - bakery, market, small restaurants, pharmacy, cafe... 5 minutes walk from the Mirti metro station, from where all Roman attractions are easily accessible.

Marjan (10/5): We had a very nice stay, warm recommendation. - Fabio is excellent host. Ready to help anytime for anything. Everything is as described and shown on the pictures. Facilities are pretty new and all functional. Metro station is near enough (3min. walk), C-Line is on every 9min. enabling you to reach the center of Rome pretty fast. Nothing to add here.
Cory (10/5): Fun stay in rome. - Great location close to subway in a quiet area away from the busy city. Subway ride is about 20 mins to city center and all attractions. Host was very responsive and kind. Home was clean and comfortable for my wife my baby and myself. Would recommend to anyone and would stay again. Nothing

Michał (8/5): We enjoyed both Rome and the aparament ;) - Very nice and comofortable apartament, well comunicated with the city centre (metro station - Mirti - ~5min away). Bakery and supermarket near by, as well as small shops with fresh fruits and vegetables. Apartament is small but clean and well equipped. The apartament is on the ground floor, there is a bit dark inside. There is a small backyard in the back of the house, good for a coffee and a cigarret, but it is surrounded by high buildings and it's not a very nice place to hang out.

Vincent (9/5): Excellent value for money - The unit was super clean with modern furniture. We could park our car in the street without paying anything. The air conditioner worked perfectly. There is a metro station not too far from the unit. Minimarket shop , close by. The unit is a little bit crowed with 4 people. The surrounding area is very dirty ( Municipal rubbish bins overflowing- although beyond control of Host)
