• 小野 (8/5): ローマでの素敵なステイ🌟 - 無人での案内なので、シャイな人には良いかもしれません。 広場やサンタンジェロ城からすぐ近くの立地。 中に階段があり楽しいが、狭いので疲れた人、太った人、高齢者、大きなキャリーバックを持った人は大変だと思う。 5分程度で温かいシャワーが出なくなってしまいました。 ただその後にシンクからは温水が出たのでよく分からない💦 上の階からの音がまあまあ響いた。

La rue est piétonne mais elle reste tout de même très bruyante. Utiliser les boules Quies mises à disposition par l'hôte.
• Caroline (8/5): Saubere Wohnung in zentraler Lage - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super. Etwas hellhörig, aber nach der ersten Nacht fällt es nicht mehr wirklich auf. Die Wendeltreppe zum Schlafzimmer ist sehr eng. Hier empfehle ich wirklich nur Handgepäckkoffer.

La casetta è piccola ma curata in ogni particolare e questo la rende molto accogliente Adatta al massimo a 2 persone perché con il divano letto aperto gli spazi sono molto sacrificati. L'isolamento acustico andrebbe migliorato perché si sentono molto i rumori provenienti dalla strada e dagli edifici circostanti

• Sophia (8/5): Εξαιρετική οικοδέσποινα, πολύ καθαρό κατάλυμα, πολλή φασαρία από τον δρόμο. - Το κατάλυμα είναι πολύ καθαρό και προσεγμένο. Το μπάνιο ευρύχωρο, η κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη. Η Φλαμίνια ειναι εξαιρετική οικοδέσποινα, πολύ οργανωμένη και φιλοξενη, μακάρι να ήταν όλοι οι οικοδεσπότες σαν αυτή! Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή, λίγα μέτρα από το Campo de'Fiori, κοντά σε εστιατόρια, σούπερ μάρκετ και σημεία ενδιαφέροντος, όπως η Piazza Navona. Η φασαρία από τον δρόμο ακούγεται τόσο πολύ που νομίζεις ότι οι περαστικοί βρίσκονται και μιλάνε μεσα στο σπίτι, όπως και τα διάφορα οχήματα. Επιπλέον, στα γύρω κτίρια μάλλον υπάρχουν αποθήκες, καθώς ακούγονται διαρκώς ρολά να ανεβοκατεβαινουν και πράγματα να φορτώνονται και να ξεφορτωνονται.
• James (8/5): The best apartment in Old Rome! (Not bed) - Loved the decor, the cosy vibes, and the attention to detail of Flaminia is fantastic. The location couldn't be better for all sights of ancient and rennaisance Rome. The bed, while likely perfect for summer months, was way too firm. With over 18km walking everyday it didn't rest us well enough not to ache all over in the morning.
• Arpi (8/5): Charming house in a historical neighbourhood - This is a charming house, located in a beautiful, old neighbourhood close to many historical monuments and attractions. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby, which makes it more appealing. The house was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed and more. The kitchen had all the essentials for making coffee, tea, or meals. I especially appreciated the powerful hairdryer and the spacious bathroom countertop. The umbrellas provided were a thoughtful touch and came in handy. Upon our arrival, we found snacks on the table as a welcome gift, which was a lovely gesture. Our host, Flaminia, was very responsive and attentive, making us feel well cared for. Before we left, Flaminia kindly arranged a taxi for us to the airport. We noticed that the kitchen area was humid and had a musty smell. And, there was no proper bathroom ventilation. Given that this is an old building, I'm unsure if much could be done to improve these.

• Viktoria (10/5): As overall is great and we’ll book again. - Great location and really comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The bathroom is great which is rarely for Airbnb’s. Cute and well maintained apartment. All is as described and as shown in the photos. The host are very friendly and supportive. There is a little bit of humidity on the 1st floor where the living room and the kitchenette are situated, but this is a disadvantage of the old building. I suppose the owner can’t do much to prevent it.

• Nathan (10/5): Brilliant- a home from home! - We absolutely loved our stay at Karma House Deluxe Navona. Everything from pre-arrival to the morning we left was perfect. Flaminia and Giovanni are amazing hosts, probably one of the best I’ve come across on my stays across Europe. The apartment was spotless, they left us little gifts to start our stay off and gave us a guide about the city. It’s located right next to two amazing squares for food and drink without the need to go up into the main city centre. Both the main bed and sofa bed were extremely comfy- me and my friend had great sleeps then and woke up feeling relaxed and refreshed for the day ahead. They supply umbrellas and ponchos (handy for our rainy day in Pompeii) and the WiFi connection is brilliant. We were leaving early on our final day (3.30am) and Flaminia organised a taxi for us to be picked up so we didn’t need to hustle our bags around to try and find one and one of the taxi bays. Nothing- it was great!
• Cameron (9/5): Superb - The location was great and the hosts were very friendly and hospitable. They were there upon our arrival to great us and provide any information about the apartment. Very cute. The bed was quite hard and the stairs a little tricky. It didn’t matter too much since we were so tired after long days of sightseeing in the sun.
• Harrison (8/5): Good cozy apartment in a good location - Great location, easily walkable to a lot of the main locations with very good bars and restaurants nearby. The check-in was easy and communication with the hosts was helpful. The space was efficient and clean. The bed was quite small, especially for two and there were no shower soap products etc.

The accommodation was lovely, really cute and exactly as photos online. There was a cute welcome gift and note as we arrived and the location is so fantastically close to everything. Would 100% come back and suggest to friends/family. Only comment would be the bed was a little firm and shower pressure a little soft - but these are personal preferences and not fault of the host.

We loved our stay here. A bit small for 3 people with big luggages but great for couples or groups with less or small luggages/backpacks.

You leave the apartment and you can see ancient buildings around you, immerse yourself in this atmosphere. This greatly affects your impressions of the city and your perception of recreation. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, we had everything we needed for our stay. Flaminia was super friendly, always in touch, we felt right at home. Stairs to the second floor may not be suitable for wide people. it can also be difficult to carry large suitcases upstairs. we just left our suitcases on the ground floor and everything was great.

• Louis (9/5): Welcoming, warming stay in the heart of Rome - Perfect location with easy access to everything we wanted to do and see. The Apartment had a real Italian feel to it and made us feel like we were living an Italian life. The hosts were lovely although we never got to meet in person, they were friendly, provided travel guides for whilst we were there, answered any questions we had during our stay and overall made us feel really welcome! The only down side to the property was the toilet made a slight leaking sound, so could hear it through the night. The location was perfect but you could hear people walking past at night and talking loudly. Besides these 2 things, we never really struggled to sleep as the bed was comfy and we were so tired from all the activities during the day.
• Andrea (8/5): Very good - The location was very good, in the heart of the old town. Easy access to all attractions. The flat was only a minute away from the famous Piazza Campo de' Fiori, which is full of nice restaurants. The flat was a bit smaller than showed on the photos. It was quite noisy as people kept walking by until late night (all the restaurants nearby were open till 2 am). So if you're a trouble sleeper, I suggest taking some earplugs (but that's the price for the good location, I guess).
• Katherine (9/5): Flaminia was exceptional hostess, giving lots of advice on transport to/from airport and train as well as local rest - location couldn’t be better! walking distance to everything! Fioro dei Campo market and restaurants and shops all so close! excellent host! bed were just a little hard but I slept well after walking through Rome all day!
• Nina (10/5): Perfect location & lovely hosts - The location was perfect, we walked to all attractions and restaurants such as Trastevere, colosseum, Vatican City/museums, Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, Piazza Navona plus more. All were within 30 mins walking distance and some less. The apartment was a 5 minute walk from Campo de’ Fiori which is a square with all the bars/restaurants/ice cream shops/bakeries that you would need plus with a lively atmosphere at night as well as a market during the day. The apartment was well equipped, the hosts were lovely and key collection/drop off was simple. The hosts let us check in early which was really helpful and even provided a list of good places to go which we used. We had read some reviews regarding shower pressure and we found the shower was perfect. There were heaters and fans in the apartment which were useful as the bedroom became quite hot at night and the downstairs chilly.

• Noemie (10/5): Special, comfortable and safe. It is now one of my Rome's 'Go-to' places for short visits - Sincerely, for me everything. The place and its facilities and equipment, etc. And I do travel a lot. First, Flaminia and Giovanni were exceptional hosts with a genuine warmth, kindness and professionalism. Despite their respective busy schedules, they remained available both at check in and check out and offered lots of suggestions. They even took the time to send me options for train departures and stations to get to the airport. It is obvious that they are doing it from their hearts, which makes their place even more special. They truly care. Furthermore, the place is beautifully decorated, well equipped and the space has been smartly maximized to provide comfort and safety. The location is hard to beat as the key places are within walking distance. It is well connected with official taxi and many buses routes at Chiesa Nuova stop. Despite its animated area at night, it felt very safe. Due to all the above, especially as a solo female traveller, such safety and convenience are paramount. This is the area for nightlife, and not the quiet suburbs. Not as noisy as Trastevere around via Della Scala or the night club sector in Testaccio, but this area still has some life every night of the week. So there will be a bit of action. Accordingly, there will be cleaning trucks from the city early in the early mornings. This is Rome. Hence, the well-informed traveller must do their homework by being aware of this (before booking), as it would be unfair to blame the hosts who have no control over such 'normal Roman noises'. I have travelled a lot to many places, and I am yet to find something that I did not like at Karma House. I rarely say this, but there was nothing that I did not like.
• Giorgio (8/5): thanks Flaminia and Giovanni for the pleasant stay - we had a great time at Karma House, starting with the fact that Flaminia and Giovanni are amazing hosts! they not only welcomed us with a little present, but also they’ve offered us to leave our luggages at the house the day we checked out so we didn’t have to carry them around, and they provided us a full list of restaurants and bars to try. regarding the house: the position is definitely a 10/10 as it’s near to the most important places to visit, we literally never took any taxi or public transport. it’s cozy and warm. clean and comfortable the bed and sofa. good value for money, compared to what’s around that area. definitely recommend!! the only thing i feel like to say is that we founded the house quite humid.. but also we visited it in January. and we’d have liked to have some toilet facilities, as for example the soap for the shower.. but the supermarket is not far from the house.

• Magda (6/5): Pleasant - The location was great! Super close to all main attractions. However, the area is very loud (at night as well), but it is to be expected when renting a place in a central area :) The A/C wasn't working and Rome in July wasn't exactly cool and breezy. The host has kindly come in on Saturday to fix the A/C, however, it stopped working again the same night.
