• Mark (9/5): Overall we had a great stay. We highly recommend staying here. Many thanks Carlo for your kind hospitality. - This is a very nice and homely apartment, with all the space and facilities you need to have a great stay in Rome. The rooms are a good size and have high ceilings. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped and there was even a bottle of milk and wine in the fridge when we arrived, which we appreciated. We really liked the art and special furnishings. The apartment is located outside the main tourist areas in Rome, which we liked. However, you have easy access to them by public transport (buses and metro available a few minutes away on foot). The apartment is on the fourth floor and is accessible by lift or stairs. It is safe and secure. The host was very nice and helpful, and provided useful advice about how to get around, the good restaurants in the area, and so on. We really enjoyed our stay. Our only minor criticism about the apartment was that it would have been nice to have a balcony off the living area, to have a meal/help connect with the outdoors. There is one off the bedroom though :)
• patrick (10/5): Super! - l'emplacement super ! On a pu garer notre voiture dans la résidence… parking privé . On a laissé notre voiture pendant 3 jours et a pris le bus, juste 2 pas de l'appt et le métro. Carlos est un hôte très sympa !! il nous a conseillé les restaurants etc. c'était impeccable la communication avec Carlos. Rien... tout etait bien!

• JAYOUNG (8/5): - 필요한것이 모두 다 있습니다. 4성급 이상 호텔처럼 와인과 커피, 우유, 시원한물, 스낵 류등을 서비스 해주셨고 음식을 만들어먹을때 필요한 식용류, 소금, 후추 등 모두 준비되어 있어요.. 버스 정류장이 바로 집 앞이어서 이동이편했어요. 주인분이 매우 친절하세요. 인테리어와 오디오시스템이 매우 좋습니다. 매일 음악을 들으며 편히 앉아 그림들을 보니, 완전 힐링의 시간들이었네요. 없어요.

Tolle Musikanlage für gemütliche Abende. Stadtnah und Nähe zu Gemüse-Früchteladen sowie Restaurants & Bars. privater Parkplatz in Garage super weil in Rom ist es schwierig einen öffentlichen Parkplatz zu finden. Gastgeber sehr aufmerksam. Empfehlung von uns: - Cafe sant Eustachio vor oder nach dem Besuch vom Colosseo - Spanische Treppe und weitere tolle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe vom Colosseo ! - testachio market mit tollen römischen Streetfood - Altstadt trastevere - isola tiberina - Fonte di Trevi

• Maik (10/5): Wunderbarer Aufenthalt im entspannten Teil Roms. - Vorweg: Wer direkt im Trubel der Innenstadt für das doppelte Geld und die Hälfte des Platzes übernachten möchte, ist hier eventuell nicht richtig. Das Appartement ist groß und wirklich mit Allem ausgestattet was man so braucht und auch nicht unbedingt braucht. Die Wohnung ist voll mit Designermöbeln und kleinen, gesammelten Kunstwerken. Einiges davon ist sicherlich auch wertvoll, sodass die Kautioon absolut nachvollziehbar ist. Carlo ist ein interessanter und sehr freundlicher Mensch. Das Wohnviertel ist ein Viertel in dem normale Menschen wohnen, auch viele Studenten. In der Wohnanlage ist es ruhig und sicher. Kaffees und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt Carlo. Wir wohnten vorher in einem romantischen Altbau in Verona. Das sollte man hier nicht erwarten. Es ist ein Neubauviertel. Man muss ein Stück zur U-bahn laufen (10min) um in die Stadt zu fahren. Für uns kein Problem.

• Marek (10/5): A truly unique object in Rome. - The apartment is very cosy and comfortable - you have everything there you can expect in a rented apartment, including a dishwasher and a washing machine. The apartment is nicely fubrished, all furniture pieces have their unique style and taste, in fact, the place is like a museum (in a good way!). Wi-Fi works great, this is also a plus. The apartment is on a 4th floor and the widnows go for the inner courtyard, so it is really quiet at night and evenings. Air-coditioning works superbly, with three different AC pieces you can adjust it to your needs very flexibly. The apartment is located outside of the main touristic Rome area, but the public transportation is great here, so I would consider it a plus, not a minus. The host, Carlo, is exceptionally nice and interesting person. You will definitely find a common tongue with him. I whole-heartedly recommend renting this place! The place is fantastic, no minuses :).

• Irina (10/5): Carlo is a great host, he has helped us a lot ! - Carlo was perfect us an advise, the location is easy to fine because we took a taxi from the airport It's perfect for a short or long stay. It was a business trip for us but the apartment could easily be used from families.

• Celeste (5/5): It was an okay apartment. If you can find somewhere else I would recommend doing that. - The apartment was spacious, kitchen was stocked and the bathroom had a jetted tub. The beds were not very comfy but tolerable. The sheets did not smell clean so I had to layer blankets ontop and use a t-shirt as a pillow case so I could sleep comfortably. The couches were worn and not very comfortable. The deposit fee ($250 cash) should be written explicitly and not as additional information.
• Victoria (9/5): Superb - the apartment has everything you need, it is noticeable that the owner did it as if it was for himself. difficult to find a parking space. there are a lot of cars around and there may be free space in three houses and without video surveillance, where you will not be calm about your car. The store near the house closes early.

• Aurelio (4/5): Location and disappointing amenities made week stay unpleasant. - breakfast was not included. Location was poor, due to having to walk to subway in dirty neighborhood. Bed very uncomfortable, dark colour towels leaves you wondering if they have been cleaned properly. Cooking pots unacceptable as they where over used and teflon scratches everywhere. TV not working properly, one week stay with no tv was not pleasant. Couch cushions very old, had to use blanket to cover them so we could sit down.
• Anusha (10/5): Exceptional - The host, Carlo was extremely kind, warm, and helpful. He ensured our stay was comfortable throughout by providing recommendations regarding local food and transport. The apartment is well-connected as it has a bus stop right outside which makes the metro station accessible for those who do not prefer to walk and also makes it easy to reach the city centre. The location was quiet and away from the crowded areas of Rome which made it extremely desirable.

• Lisa (7/5): Pleasant property but be prepared to travel in to central Rome - Spacious and well equipped. Host is exceptionally friendly and helpful - a charming gentleman. We underestimated the distance from central Rome - the metro station is about a 10-15 minute walk. The metro is very good for accessing central Rome - quick and easy to sort out. Additionally, there is a bus route which we didn’t use. The apartment complex is maintained, outside of the complex is less well maintained which presents a negative impression on arrival. We also had to locate the master switch for the electricity which is in the building’s basement. The property fitted our needs, however, we didn’t feel comfortable due to the property being the owner’s home and not just a rental property.
• Lakhbir (8/5): Overall we thoroughly enjoyed staying at the property which enhanced our holiday experience. - On arival the host left a number of food provisions which was helpful and much appreciated. The property itself had very good bus routes and the nearest metro station was only 10 minutes away. It was also in a quiet residential area and the area directly around the apartment felt safe, even late at night. The property also offered excellent air conditioning which was necesary in the middle of August when Rome temperatures are so high. The beds could have been more comfortable although we appreciate that this is a very personal choice.
