Tiene supermercados muy cercanos, la casa esta muy bien equipada tanto para estancias cortas como largas. La casa es muy bonita y silenciosa, no se escucha a los vecinos. El anfitrión muy atento y resolutivo. Nada en particular que destacar.
• Rudolf (3/5): Disappointing - Location Complex systems of entering . No meet and greet . Very tiny bathrooms. Very cold for this time of the year- literary no heating . We requested it and it was on for a few hours a day .

Horrendous experience with the shower which turns boiling hot and freezing cold temperamentally (without moving the shower handle). We are a family of 5, all of us had the same horrendous shower experience. The last 2-3 of us had to shower in freezing cold water as the heated water ran out after a while. My poor family and I came out of the shower shivering with cold. It was October and it was turning cold at night in Rome. However, we were told the heater would only be activated in November so the property was quite cold. The cold shower didn’t help. I was told there was a portable heater in the property but it did not work. Please kindly fix both the shower and portable heater, and it would be nice if the built-in heater could be activated earlier to keep the guests warm. Thanks

• Nilufer (7/5): Although location was great, the place is not maintained well. - Very central location main attractions via walking distance and safe location. The shower water keeps changing from hot to cold, the house smelt mouldy and musky, the lights flicker in the room, the fan in the main lounge is extremely old and barely works they’ve stuck a sticky tape over it to hold it down but it doesn’t work well, the kettle was rustic and limescaled not in a safe useable state, the check out instructions were confusing about where to leave all pairs of the keys, the small toilet smelt like sewerage badly once shower was used so the whole time it wasn’t in a useable state had to keep the door closed to avoid smell, its door also doesn’t work properly faulty/broken.

• Ali (8/5): It was a short stay in the centre of Rome. Apartment was so clean, and well equipped. - It was clean, well equipped, and quiet almost. Location was great, 15 minutes walking to most of monuments. Access was not so easy for bringing luggage in, and out, so many steps without possibility to use the lift. Not so many parking places close by.

• Stephanie (5/5): Good location. Property needs some attention - The apartment had great space. The beds were comfortable. The host was very responsive to questions. The location was wonderful. Nice to have a washer and dryer (although hard to read instructions in Italian) The water situation is terrible! We could not regulate the water temperature in the showers. We asked for guidance from the host, but due to a communication barrier with language, we could never get it the water heater re-set. It would swing from scalding hot to freezing cold with only a short minute of comfort between. The washer and dryer smelled terrible of mildew, and the instructions were hard to decifer in Italian. The directions to get into the building were a little confusing at first, not made easier by a lady coming out her door yelling at us while we were trying to figure it out.Not necessarily a direction problem, the building is just confusing at first.

• Michal (10/5): I can't wait to come back :) - Contact with the host was quick, smooth and always with valid and full information. Location is excellent - near the historical centre and tourists attractions. Public transport is also very near and additionally the train station Termini is like 7-10 minutes walking distance, so you can easily transfer from the airport and reach the apartment. You can find nearby few grocery shops, bars and restaurants. Additional plus is quiet during nights, so you can calmly rest and regenerate after active day. In the apartment you can find all necessary equipment - espresso, kettle, coffee maker for capsules, iron, hair dryer, towels - thanks that you don't need to take it with you. Boiler works funny - sometimes it was warming up water too much just to cool it down after several seconds even if you didn't change lever. But this is a minor issue.

• Hoang (9/5): Great value! - Well located in relation to the Colosseum, 20-40 minute walk to all other attractions or quicker if using public transport, amenities at the apartment allowed us to cook simple breakfasts and do laundry, the host was extremely flexible and accommodating with early check-in and late check out! Perfectly sized for two couples. The apartment was a little worn down and could use a deeper clean of the shower, floors and chair upholstery.

• Tung (9/5): Superb - The location is great. Most of the sight seeing are within walkable distance. There are a few supermarkets nearby too. The apartment is well equipped to make us feel at home. It is very valued for money for a group of people staying together. We did not prepare for climbing up staircases which are unfriendly to heavy luggage.

Two bathrooms (not that the shower in the second bathroom is quite tiny) and a washing machine made the stay very comfortable. This was our second time using this apartment. nothing of note

• Bronislav (9/5): Superb - Very well organized arrival. The plane was 2 hours late, the agreed driver was there (01.30 a.m.). Accurate description from the key box to the entrance to the apartment. Sufficient amount of towels and hygiene items available. The cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better - signs of mold in the corners of the tiles. On the other hand, we were very pleased with the 2 bathrooms.
• Alison (9/5): A good spot, clean apartment, spacious enough for 4 (two couples). - Good location, not far from Termini and a shortish stroll down to the Colosseo. Clean, tidy and comfortable, with everything needed for our stay (5 nights). Being two couples, having two bathrooms was welcome. The kitchen was suitable for making simple meals and we ate in a couple of times. It was handy having a washing machine and dishwasher. Clear access instructions from the host. The smaller bathroom was a bit cramped. The sink tap was disproportionally large, making teeth cleaning and face washing rather tricky, but it was very useful to have a second bathroom. The shower screen doors in the larger bathroom were a little stiff to open and it was easy to disconnect from the runners. It would have been helpful to have information about the hob and boiler, as the gas was turned off when we arrived (handle on the wall). One of the burners on the hob wouldn’t light, but others were fine. The kitchen cupboards were very high, but steps are available if needed. The internet connection was a bit flakey, but that might not have been an apartment-specific problem.
• Marie (8/5): Central but quiet location, very clean apartment. - - The apartment is ideally located half way between Colosseum and Termini train station, it is very close to Forum Romanum and also within walking distance of all other main tourist attractions. - It is very quiet. - All rooms were immaculately clean. Not just clean. It was perfect. - I appreciated that there were plenty of toiletries provided in small bottles and packets. Dishwasher pods were also available and their quantity was sufficient for our 5 days stay. - The apartment had two bathrooms, which was great. One bathroom was rather small, but it was good to have two toilets available. - The main bathroom and the kitchen look terribly cheap and not at all pleasant. Of course, one cannot expect La Grande Belezza movie style in such an apartment. Still, the design of these two rooms was below our expectation. On the other hand, the bedrooms as well as the living room look very nice and comfortable. - Bedroom door handles and the shower door needed fixing.

• Marta (10/5): Amazing accomodation - The house is located in a fantastic zone! It's close to the metro and to the train. The host was amazing with us, always available to help when we needed to contact him or help in any situation. He explained us the location of the house very well. The building is in good condition, and the house had excellent conditions of comfort, cleanliness and was well cared for. The house is beautiful. It has a kitchen, fridge and common kitchen equipment. There are garbage bins for recycling. It has two bathrooms, which is very useful in a house for 5 friends. There are mini markets and convenience stores, with fruit and snacks, open until 10 pm nearby. There are good restaurants (quality-price ratio) very close by! The bathrooms are in good conditions and they are beautiful, but one of them is very small. However, it serves the purpose on having two toilets... It's very difficult to access the drying rack to hang clothes at the window. The sofa bed is not very comfortable to sleep on... But the other two beds in the rooms are very comfortable, and the rooms are in excellent conditions!!

• Rosa (9/5): Good value for money! Very friendly and accommodating host! - Walking distance to Roma Termini, Colosseum and Roman Forum. Location is secure and the airconditioning works great for the property. Owner was very accommodating and gave easy instructions to follow for finding the apartment. Keys were left in a secure key box so no need to pick them up elsewhere. There were 3 adaptor sockets available for standard EU plugs to the 3-prong sockets in the walls, which we found were handy! Second shower is in the small side so not suitable for large/tall people (luckily we’re all small).
