• Iida (8/5): - Luotettava ja erittäin ystävällinen isäntä, joka oli hyvin tavoitettavissa! 🧡 Talon isäntä oli myös jättänyt meille yllätyksen saapuessa, todella huomaavaista! Tämänkin puolesta suosittelen paikkaa. Alue on rauhallinen ja kaikki tarvittava lähellä, kuten kauppa, puisto, apteekki, ruokapaikat, metro ja bussit joka suuntaan. Talo oli rauhallinen ja huoneisto siisti tunnelmallisen, ihanan pihan kera. Asunnossa oli myös lämpöpumppu, joka helpotti viileitä öitä. Myös matkasänky taaperolle järjestyi valmiiksi - ja makuuhuoneessa oli pimennysverhot! Suomalaisina kaasuhellan käyttö jännitti, mutta siitäkin selvittiin. 😀 Käytössä ei ollut mikroa, eikä vedenkeitin toiminut - taaperolle oli hankala lämmittää ruokaa. Vilkkaan lapsen kanssa myös syöminen ilman syöttötuolia oli yhdenlainen show. 😀 Onneksi asunnosta löytyi helppokäyttöinen pyykinpesukone pikaohjelmalla!

• Fienchen (8/5): Rom wie es sein soll - Die Wohnung war sehr schön. Sehr authentisch, genau was wir gesucht haben. Roberto ist sehr hilfsbereit und für Fragen jederzeit zu erreichen. Eine genaue Beschreibung der " Kaffeemaschine" wäre hilfreich. Bialetti Espressokocher und FrenchPress sind vorhanden. Im Grunde aber kein Problem, wenn Mann/Frau sich zu helfen weiß. 😉
• Antonio (10/5): - Casetta accogliente in una zona di Roma molto tranquilla con un grande parco con vista cupolone,nei pressi della casa trovi tutto quello di cui si può avere bisogno dalla farmacia al supermercato,bar, tabacchi ecc.. parcheggio facile da trovare e gratuito, collegamento con le maggiori attrazioni ottimo, fermata del bus a 2 minuti a piedi , metro 10min a piedi, proprietari gentili e disponibili torneremo sicuramente

• ilaria (9/5): Ottimo soggiorno, meglio di quanto mi aspettassi - Roberto é un host molto disponibile e gentile, è stato facilissimo comunicare con lui e ha risposto anche a nostre esigenze extra. Molto carino il gesto di lasciarci una bottiglia di prosecco in frigo al nostro attivo, abbiamo apprezzato molto. La zona non è centralissima ma con la metro A ci si sposta facilmente in centro e non abbiamo avuto difficoltà nel trovare parcheggio la sera. La casa è davvero bella, pulita, spaziosa, con un delizioso patio
• Izmendi (10/5): Kellemes szállás - Szép, tiszta, tágas apartman, gyönyörű terasszal. A közelben pékség, kávézó, gyümölcsös, üzlet, gyógyszertár, buszmegálló, metró. Könnyedén be lehet jutni a központba. Roberto, pedig minden kérdésünkre, kérésünkre hamar valaszolt, sőt még ajándékot is hagyott nekünk a hűtőszekrényben. Köszönjük szépen! Szívesen visszatérnék ide bármikor. -

• Claudiu (10/5): I recommend this place to stay! - Great location, less than 4 mins walk to the bus station. Nice apartment with a cozy terrace where you can have breakfast or just enjoy your morning coffee. We were met by Roberto, a very welcoming and helpful host. The location was quite close to the center and all the main points of interest, all easily got to by either bus or underground. The apartment was close to several restaurants and local shops. -

• Hyein (8/5): Nice residence where you can feel the locality. - It has a nice terrace, and the neighborhood is really calm and peaceful. There is a local bakery having amazing Italian croissants. The staff was friendly. It has a good connection to the center, which is 20 mins walk to metro station. But, after walking whole day in the downtown the way might feel unpleasant.
• Indre (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very cosy and nice, very well equipted with everything you might need. The private garden was a nice bonus. The location could be better, but the access to city center is quite easy with public transport.
• Levente (10/5): It was one of our best experience, huge thanks to Roberto. - It was in a beautiful, quiet place. About 15 minutes walk to the metro station (that takes you to the centre in 15 min), which you can do through a nice park. The house had everything we needed, it was very clean and Roberto was really helpful and friendly! We had our own garden, the smell of fresh food filled the area every evening, it was sooo lovely and relaxing! -
• Eduard (10/5): Exceptional - It’s a very good apartment in the place where you can fully feel the local life. Although it’s not a city center, you have several options how to get any of the attractions via public transport easily, fast and convenient. We have never used our car due to complexity with parking in a city center. A lot of markets around with local food including a couple of supermarkets. Very much friendly owner. Kitchen is well equipped and terrace worths the best mark. We served our dinners with local food over there better than in the restaurants 😉 Nothing
• Greta (7/5): Not so good - The apartment is in a very good location, shares a lot with a bar and a shop. also near the bus stop, park, subway. it is very convenient to arrive from the airport The owner is a very kind and helpful person The apartament is very cold with even more cold floor. So i gurs its very good in summer, but now is unpleasant. Also there is an ant in the apartament🫢 and finally the apartment has a strong fish/damp or anchovy smell
• Żebrowska-witul (10/5): beautiful, well-equipped apartment, perfect for a couple with a toddler - + well-equipped ( the kitchenette has the necessary equipment and spices; baby cot, washing machine, iron, air conditioning and heating, wardrobe with plenty of hangers) + well connected to the center (subway, bus) + very good contact with the owner, his help and care throughout the stay - because of the fact that the apartment is located between high tenement houses on the ground floor, it was quite cold in the evenings (we were there in February) However, it was not a big problem because the facility has heating
• F (8/5): Hope we will be able to visit again. The flat is very quiet and in summer the garden must be a reall - Excellent location - we needed to be in this part of Rome. Easy access to the Vatican museums. Good information in the flat about local facilities and how to get around Felt a bit cold and unused on arrival - but it is January, so we are ‘off-season’
• Vesna (10/5): Exceptional - All recommendations! The apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, you feel as you are in your home. The terrace is perfect for morning coffee and breakfast. Info board full of useful information. Roberto is the perfect host. Near the stop of bus 49 that takes you to the Vatican, the metro station that leads to the center is at a walking distance of 15 minutes and it takes 15 minutes to get to the center.The apartment is in a quiet, safe area, there is a supermarket nearby. I would come back again.

• Joseph (10/5): great, comfortable stay with a knowledgeable host - Roberto was a great host, loved the terrace as a place to eat and relax, and all of the amenities were clean and modern the only thing is that it’s a bit far from the city. maybe a 11-15 min walk from the metro
• Bodil (9/5): Superb - Very cozy terrace. I wish the knives in the kitchen were sharper. It was a bit hard to slice bread and such.
• Georgiana (9/5): We had a very nice stay - The apartment is nice, it has a vintage touch and a very cool terrace - i loved it, even if the mornings/evenings were cold; it also has some nice books, if you want a light read on Rome archaeology or just some fiction; the place is not very big tho, its rather suitable for one person or for a couple. It's located outside the city center, not very far, not very near - however, there is a bus station within 2 minutes walking distance (bus 49 takes you straight to the Vatican), as well as a metro station reachable in about 15 minutes. There are some markets around if you need some groceries, some nice restaurants and a bar where you can buy bus/metro tickets. Roberto is a very friendly and helpful host - he provided us with every piece of information we needed. There weren't many things we didn't like except for the fact that the walls are very, very thin and at times the neighbors were loud and somewhat disturbing, cuz they were noisy at 11-12 pm. Also, the bathroom was kinda smelly and, overall, we felt the apartment had a high level of humidity.

• Mehdi (8/5): A nice accomodation for a budget stay in Rome - -Roberto was a very kind and nice host. Although we did not see him personally, he made the checkin very easy and flexible. -The apartment is very much functional and all the necessary facilities are available. Neighborhood/distance: Access to city center is pretty straightforward, but the time it takes (around 1 hour) makes it impractical to make any breaks or returns during the day. Building: Although partially renovated, the apartment shows its age here and there. Windows are for instance old and do not provide much noise blocking; the bathroom is a bit noisy and smelly.
