• Stéphanie (4/5): Décevant pour le prix. - Emplacement excellent pour visiter le quartier L’état général de l’appartement nous a déçus. La propreté laissait à désirer, notamment la douche qui était très sale, et plusieurs éléments semblaient nécessiter des rénovations ou un meilleur entretien (murs marqués et très tachés, mobilier usé). Le lit de la chambre principale était particulièrement inconfortable, on sentait les ressorts du matelas. À noter également que la salle de bain est située dans la chambre principale, ce qui est peu pratique, car tous les occupants doivent passer par cette chambre pour y accéder. Concernant les équipements, l’air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas dans une des chambres, et dans la chambre principale, il fonctionnait très peu et coulait beaucoup. La table à manger était très instable, tout comme une chaise extérieure qui semblait sur le point de casser. L’arrivée a également été un peu compliquée. Nous devions initialement rencontrer l’hôte à une heure précise, ce qui mettait une certaine pression. Finalement, les clés ont été remises par un employé d’un restaurant à proximité, et l’hôte est passée plus tard pour le paiement en personne. À noter aussi : l’appartement est situé au 3e étage sans ascenseur, ce qui peut être difficile avec de lourdes valises et aussi les déplacements dans les rues de Trastevere avec valises à roulettes peut être compliqué. Le stationnement est également limité dans le secteur.

• Muhammad Azam (5/5): No value for money, mini space, not safe - Honestly speaking nothing keeping in view the amount paid Not easy to find Noisy at night we were hearing all the sounds coming from the street The apartment has been partitioned and ceilings are pretty low and the stairs going to the space above the room where a double bed are of iron and very unsafe I would say a hazard as anyone can easily fall down and once you trip/slip you will fall on steel and then anyone going up or coming down is bending a lot without which it is not possible to go up or down. The main bed room also has low ceiling. There is only one bathroom and the shower cubicle is dirty not well maintained, VERY TIGHT and very difficult to take bath. There are three flights of stairs and the key to the main door very temperamental. Overall I won’t recommend anyone to pay that much high price. It’s not safe to my mind

• Silvia (10/5): Ho soggiornato per una notte con altre 5 amiche in questo appartamento e dopo essere entrate siamo state tutte sorprese - Posizione perfetta, ampiezza giusta, terrazzino stupendo, completa di tutto e proprietaria disponibilissima e presente. Piccolissime accortezze sul sapone per piatti che non c’era e sapone in bagno praticamente finito

• Simone (8/5): Alloggio smart a Trastevere - Posizione ottima al centro di Trastevere e a due passi da Campo de' Fiori. Possibilità di soggiornare in 6. Collocazione del bagno (passando per una camera), pulizia da migliorare (polvere) e letto di una delle due camere con materasso con problemi.
• Noemi (9/5): - Personale,posizione,prezzo,riscaldamento tutto benissimo! Sarebbe stato utile avere Qualche sapone e asciugamano in più ma va bene così! Ci siamo adattati! Soprattutto perché la casa,il personale e la posizione sono perfette per qualsiasi tipo di turista,famiglie,ragazzi,sappiate però, che ci sono le scale da fare ! La casa è dotata di termosifoni e ci sono pochi guardaroba,utilissimo il bar sotto casa per la colazione! Noi non abbiamo usato la cucina ma è possibile anche cucinare e c'è anche il frigo,c'è anche lavastoviglie e lavatrice,la casa ha anche stoviglie e pentole.

• Noemi (1/5): Da incubo - L’unica cosa davvero positiva di questa struttura è stata la posizione Tutto: 1. le foto non corrispondono per niente alla realtà 2. polvere e sporcizia ovunque, in modo particolare in bagno, se così si può definire, doccia fatiscente e puzza di sifone non tenuto in manutenzione, tappeti neri e sporchi all’interno del bagno 3. letti a brandine 4. Mobili rotti e sporchi 5. buchi nelle mura 6. Impossibilità di lasciare i bagagli prima delle 11 7. Puzza nauseante nel frigorifero 8. lenzuola e asciugamani che puzzavano Abbiamo dormito solo perché presi dalla stanchezza, non lo consigliamo a nessuno.

• Fatos (9/5): Bella mansarda a Trastevere - Punto strategico e anche molto tranquillo nonostante la centralità, c’è tutto l’occorrente per godersi la casa e Trastevere. L’assenza di corrimano sulle scale per il soppalco, soppalco troppo basso per stare in piedi e anche la stanza da letto accanto al bagno, d’altronde è una mansarda. Un solo bagno forse è un po’ limitante. Nel balconcino sarebbe stato carino avere dell’illuminazione. In ultimo, le scale sono veramente faticose, ma è il centro di Roma. La signora che ci ha accolti è stata gentilissima, impeccabile.

• Bolin (6/5): Fantastiskt läge - Man kan inte bo mer centralt i Trastevere än här. Direkt utanför dörren väntar restauranger, barer och caféer. Trots det relativt tyst i lägenheten. Det finns en liten balkong där det var mysigt att ta morgonkaffet. Mycket tillmötesgående värd. Sämsta sängarna vi någonsin har haft på ett boende. Det finns AC men den är riktigt gammal, vi fick inte igång den överhuvudtaget. Bra att veta om du är äldre är att det finns ingen hiss och du bor på högsta våningen.

• Åsa (10/5): Lägenhet med charm och toppenläge i mysiga Trastevere. - En charmig vindsvåning i ett mysigt område. För en familj på 5 personer var det gott om plats. Skönt med balkong. Vi blev väldigt bra bemötta trots att vi anlände väldigt sent på kvällen. Här skulle vi gärna bo igen. Viktigt att veta att det inte passar för personer som har svårt att gå då taxi inte kunde köra ända fram. Trapporna upp till lägenheten var jobbiga och lägenheten hade flera höga trösklar.

• Paul (7/5): Good - It is in a very nice Central neighborhood of Trastevere. It was certainly spacious enough for four or five people and it had a little balcony which was an added plus. Bathroom was clean and spacious and the Wi-Fi worked quite well. It did have a lot of little Charming figurines and pictures which represented the local color, and we appreciated that The manager Justine was very friendly and helpful and met us to help us check in and we really appreciated that. It wasn't so much unclean more than it it was somewhat run down. The biggest drawback is that the air conditioning is only in the two bedrooms and the rest of the apartment got very hot since it is on the 3rd or 4th floor. The table and one chair on the balcony were unstable so we were reluctant to use the balcony much. I would not say it was worth the amount charged but I suspect the location is the reason for the price.

• Rebecca (8/5): Fab stay, great location, well organised owner and apartment. - Location was fantastic, lots of nice places to eat nearby and walking distance to all the sights of Rome. We had everything we needed in the apartment. One more sofa would be good as a two-seater for an apartment which can sleep 6 is not enough.
• Ilva (9/5): I had a great time - The location is great. The neighborhood has lots of restaurants and shops and the vibe is superb. The hostess was very kind and welcoming. The house is in an old italian building and is pretty authentic. You have to climb a lot of stairs to go to the apartment as there isn’t an elevator.

The apartment needs maintenance, the chairs was broken, the terrace has water dropps on the silly, the main bed was good but the others aren't comfortable ...
• Fergal (10/5): Lovely apartment in an absolutely amazing location for bars, restaurants and access to all of Rome. - Location was amazing. We walked to every site in Rome. There were dozens of bars and restaurants within 100m. There are a good few stairs for someone with mobility issues.

• Phyllis (5/5): Not worth it - The air conditioning, the small terrace and the location. The photos make it look better than it is in reality. Two chairs are covered with blankets due to poor condition. The 2 stools at the bar are gone. This apartment is in a neglected condition, with indifferent cleaning, and rather bizarre decór, including holiday decorations above the kitchen cupboard (nowhere else to store them?). Fortunately it is surrounded by restaurants because you'll be lucky to be able to cook in the barely stocked kitchen. Broken, chipped items in the bathroom, a hole in the toilet seat, what could be mold around the shower. No place to hang clothing in the bedroom outside the bathroom (you don't want to enter the space under the eaves). Unsafe stairs to the loft. Also note no elevator and it is on the 3rd floor.

• Anita (6/5): Great price for the location, but too small for a party of 5. - Great location and a good price. For 5 adults this was not the best accommodations. There was 1 bigger bed and 2 single size beds. The third bed was a mattress on the floor up a set of narrow steps with no railing. It was too dangerous for kids or older adults. There also wasn’t any air conditioning on that floor. The only AC units were in the two bedrooms.

Apartment was comfortable had most things we needed - the host responded very quickly to our queries. Apartment was a little unclean. • Gary (7/5): Despite the few issues highlighted above, we did enjoy our stay. - Fantastic location, very central for restaurants and bars. Having air conditioning was also useful. Some basic maintenance required such as new toilet seat, new toilet brush holder ,fixing skirting boards in the main double bedroom, fixing the outside light on the terrace and sorting the trim on the kitchen worktops. Arriving late at night, a small welcome pack containing the likes of a few bottles of water would have been appreciated.
• Delilah (8/5): Adorable loft in great location ideal for no more than two couples or more than 2 nights - The location is everything in this adorable Italian flat! Right downstairs is a cute bar (which is also a coffee shop in the morning) and at night it is very lively along the streets with lots of restaurants. There’s also a cute, small balcony. Beware that this loft is on the top floor so you have to go up at least three flights of stairs, so not ideal for elderly are people with bad knees. The ceilings are very low in two of the bedrooms in multiple guests hit their head within the night or early in the morning, because the roofline is literally a foot above your head. There is AC in two of the bedrooms the rest of the house only has a standalone fans and these air conditionings do not blow very cool air so the entire loft was very warm, in fact, no one slept with blankets or sheets, because it was so hot. Also, one bathroom being shared for a three bedroom loft was difficult, especially since the bathroom is located in one of the bedrooms.

• Goldman (9/5): Superb - Really cool apartment with a lot of character in a great location in Trastavere. Directly above a great Bar with friendly staff, great drinks and good, simple food. You walk out right into the middle of all the life of the neighborhood. Only complaint we had was that we could not get the WiFi to work, and we had two young digital natives in our party. Recommend that the owner fix and simplify that. Wasn't the end of the world, and the Bar downstairs has WiFi. Just a small inconvenience.
