• Lucía (7/5): - Es céntrico y estaba bien La luz del baño ni funcionaba bien, llegamos y y no iba el agua caliente, la tasa turística son 6€ por persona al día y dije que tenía que hacer el checking a la 1:00am porque el avión llegaba de noche y me cobraron 10€ de más… cuando booking me dijo que les habían escrito y habían dicho que si pero no nombraron nada de dinero.

Wrażenie jakby się spało przy otwartym oknie. 2. Prysznic to coś strasznego, bardzo brudny, nie było nawet czy posprzątać. Pan zapewniał że są mini kosmetyki pod prysznic a był żel ktory ktoś zostawił 3. "Kuchnia" czajnik nie chodzi, ekspres kapsułkowy nie do użycia tak samo garnki. Brak płynu do naczyń, gąbki, ścierki/ręcznika papierowego ani żadnych detergentów aby coś po sobie posprzątać. Ja jadłam na mieście ale nawet rano kawy tam nie można było wypić. Naprawdę mieszkanie z potencjałem ale chyba chęci brak aby to wszystko ogarnąć, a szkoda...

• Noemí (9/5): MUY AGRADABLE - El edificio era muy bonito, techos altos, portero. Todo muy de época. Genial. Muy cómodo, la cama era grande y cómoda. Super luminoso. Con unas cristaleras que daban a la avenida. Bien insonorizado. Había cafetera de cápsulas lo que se agradece. El calentador de agua caliente era muy pequeño, daba para dos duchas rápidas… pero como era ya Mayo y hacía calor, tampoco es que echáramos mucho en falta calentar demasiado el agua.

Kaptunk törölközőt és egy mini beautybox is volt a fürdőben amiben fogkrém,fogkefe, vatta és hajháló volt. Hajszárító is volt a fürdőben. Valóban nagyon zajos a szállás. Konkrétan egy kis fa deszka szigeteli el a nyitott téről a konyhát, ahol a klíma kivezetőegysége található. Olyan hangzavar van,mintha nyitva lenne az ablak. Erre kellene egy jobb megoldás. Nagyon hiányzott egy mikró a konyhából, illetve az egyetlen vágó kés is nagyon életlen,rossz állapotban van. Hasznos lenne még egy olló is a konyhában, ha már az életlen késsel egy zacskót sem lehet kibontani 😅 Az ágyakon kétszemélyes takarók vannak, ami szintén kicsi kellemetlenség ha nem a pároddal szállsz meg 😅 A szállásadó nem válaszol a whatsapp üzenetekre a becsekkolással kapcsolatban. Szerencsére a telefont felvette. Alapvetően egy jó szállás, ha valakit nem zavar a zaj

Tampoco me gustó que faltaban elementos mínimos para cocinar ya que el inmueble venía con cocina y no había ni queuna sartén. El colchón no tenía ningún protector y daba un poco de asco.

• Garube (5/5): リピはしないかな - バス停が近く便利な場所であり、徒歩でも色々な所に行けるので便利ではあった。 設備的には電子レンジが無く、ポットのお湯が沸かなかった事、３０分くらいでシャワーのお湯がしばらく使えなくなる事、夜中でも酔っぱらいの声がうるさい事、Wi-Fiが最初は使えず確認連絡したら使えるようになった事、エレベーターが壊れそうで怖いこと。 他の人の口コミにもあったが、運営に市民税を事前に払ってからでないと宿泊登録アドレスが送られてこないので登録できず、連絡がメッセージと電話で来てたため、シムをデータ通信のみで旅行してたので、イタリア警察に頼んで電話してもらい何とか宿泊できたが、ローマは日程の最後だったので３～４日前に連絡が来ても電話受信できず非常に苦労した。

A soli 4 min a piedi dall’altare della patria, 10 min a piedi da piazza Navona e pochi minuti dal Pantheon. Il soggiorno è stato molto confortevole, la zona seppur turistica è tranquilla anche nelle ore notturne, la struttura presenta tutto il necessario per una piacevole visita a Roma.

• Padalino (3/5): Mai più - Posizione ottima Il riscaldamento funziona solo nella camera da letto e nel bagno, nel soggiorno dove si trova l'altro letto i condizionatori sbuffando solo aria fredda e polvere nera, lo staff non è stato in grado di risolvere il problema così abbiamo passato 4 giorni al freddo, il motore dei condizionatori sta sotto la cucina in muratura , per separare il motore all'esterno dall'interno abitazione c'è un pannello di legno attaccato con le calamite, oltre a far entrare un freddo incredibile se lo togli vedi una griglia e il vuoto. Bagno pieno di polvere sinonimo di pulizie superficiali
• claudia (7/5): ADECUADA - La ubicación nos permitió desplazarnos a todos los lugares de interés sin hacer uso de transporte público. Además la seguridad del apartamento es excelente (triple código para entrar) y cerradura automática, además del portero de la finca. Cuenta con equipamiento como secador, cocina (aunque solo usamos la nevera y poca vajilla), plancha y Smart TV. La estancia es bonita y las vistas pese a ser un primero están muy bien. Cuenta con mucho comercio cerca y un Carrefour Exprés. En nuestro caso, pese a otras reseñas que dicen lo contrario, nos ha parecido que el ruido que entra de la calle es casi nulo (solo se escuchaban las ambulancias). El agua caliente falló dos días (a parte, tiene un límite de 30 mins de agua caliente al día), por lo que esos dos días pese a no haber usado ese tiempo, nos tocó ducharnos con agua muy fría. El secador falló aunque puntualmente. El Aire Acondicionado no tiene nada de potencia (por no decir que no salía) y menos mal que contamos con un ventilador de pie, porque si no en Roma y más en verano es muy difícil estar. La ropa de la cama se salía con facilidad y no era de gran calidad, además con un agujero en nuestro caso. Las almohadas son muy blandas (en exceso, no es por ser exquisito) y no contábamos con otra alternativa.

Bardzo dziwna weryfikacja gości, bardzo wnikliwe pytania przed zameldowaniem o miejsce zamieszkania, numery dokumentów, wszystko za pomocą strony internetowej. Nie było możliwości zostawienia wcześniej bagaży, ani zameldowania przed godziną 14:00. Długi czas oczekiwania na odpowiedź ze strony gospodarza

No cumple con la calidad que ves en las fotos, además había muchas cosas rotas y sucias. Cortina del salon rota y no se podia dormir. Calefacción no funcionaba y pasé mucho frio por las noches. Ruido de la calle excesivo. Colchones y almohadas super incomodos, de la gama mas baja que existe. Taza wc y vater super sucios, con restos de anteriores personas. Suelo muy sucio. Restos de otras personas y cama sin hacer en la parte de arriba dónde hay otro colchón. La puerta de cristal de la ducha se rompió y descolgó al llegar. Sifon sin poner, estaba al aire. Restos de humedades en la ducha. Botes de jabón gastados, tuve que comprar más. Además los elementos y soportes de la ducha estan oxidados. Boton del wc roto. Mueble baño con humedades y cajones sucios. Enchufes salidos y descolgados. Soporte donde agarras el manillar para cambiar la salida de agua de la ducha roto tambien, tienes que tirar sobre una parte muy incomoda. Orquídea de plastico llena de polvo. En general ha sido una estancia muy desagradable, solicité el cambio de habitación y lo unico que hicieron fue arreglar la puerta de la ducha y enviarme un video sin preocuparse lo más minimo.

• Paula (7/5): - Lo mejor la ubicación, sin ninguna duda. El alojamiento está bien, el office no lo llegamos a utilizar pero estaba bien equipado. La cama era cómoda. Fue complicado ponerse en contacto con el anfitrión. No contestaba en booking y tuve que llamar para poder contactarle. Una vez hablé con él tuve que pagar la tarifa de turismo mediante una pasarela de pago y hasta que no lo hice se negó a indicarme cómo se realizaba el check in en el espacio. Una vez llegamos nos envió un compendio de vídeos para acceder varias puertas, a un casillero. Respecto al alojamiento en sí, estuvo todo correcto, aunque mejoraría el baño, muy envejecido, y la cortina, no llega hasta al suelo y entra muchísima luz.

Il est assez grand pour 4 personnes. La réactivité exemplaire de la personne qui s’occupe de cette location Il manquerait un micro onde (il ny a que les plaques pour chauffer le repas) Le gros bémol est la fenêtre donnant sur la rue aucune isolation donc on a l’impression de dormir dehors (pour les personnes dormant dans le salon, si vous êtes 2 dans la chambre aucun problème) Et il n’y a pas de rideau / volets dans la cuisine ce qui est gênant pour les personnes dormant dans le salon si vous êtes 4. La table de la cuisine devrait être revu et être plus petite. La femme de menage : pas sûr qu’elle fasse un réel vrai menage.
• Alexandra (5/5): - La posizione era perfetta arrivavi a piedi in pochi minuto dappertutto, su questo nulla da dire anzi.. l’appartamento in sè era anche carino ma.. la pulizia non c’era per niente… doccia sporchissima incrostata e in generale si vedeva che non era pulita bene la stanza uguale per terra sporchissimo avevo i calzini neri da quanto era sporco e c’era un cattivo odore in stanza.. infatti lasciavamo sempre aperta la finestra.. dopo questi dispiaceri non mi veniva neanche da dormire a letto perché a questo punto non si sa neanche se lavano bene o no le lenzuola.. peccato perché ha un buon potenziale per la posizione della città e comunque l’appartamento non era brutto come arredamento.. non capisco perché non pulire bene quando sai che la gente viene la e ti paga.. cosi si perdono solo clienti

When I contacted the owner he said it was limited to 24 degrees. The room was over 34 degrees and if you try to open the window at night, the traffic is very loud.
• mélanie (5/5): Pourrait être bien, mais ... - L'emplacement est idéal, en plein centre de Rome et à proximité des attractions principales. Le lit est grand, l'appartement est plutôt bien équipé même si nous n'avons pas utilisé l'espace cuisine. Le propriétaire nous a envoyé des photos et vidéos avec des explications claires pour le check in. La salle de bain est à refaire, la douche était sale et en mauvais état, 1 spot sur 8 qui marche par intermittence. Il n'y a pas d'alèse sur le matelas, ce n'est pas très hygiénique. Enfin, l'appartement donne sur une rue très bruyante, même la nuit et les fenêtres fermées.

The lights in the bathrooms were not working and the normal lights in the room were heated .

• anna (9/5): Nydelig bygning fantastisk til visit i Roma - Fantastisk beligenhet nydelig leighlighet med alle fasiliteter man trenger. Hyggelig vert. Nydelig bygning. Wi fi og tv oppvask og vaskemaskin. Det ble lite varmtvann. Så vi dusjet i kjellig vann unntatt første dagen. Kanskje vi gjordet noe feil. Vi vasket også klær det kan være grunnen. Det gikk greit ikke noe stort problem

• Levan (7/5): Good - Location is the best, it's in the heart of Rome and you can go anywhere easily. There're great gelaterias and restaurants on the street, and the street is safe as well. The apartment is mostly clean, and spacious. AC doesn't work. Before our arrival, the host was telling me that it was fine, when we arrived, we noticed that it was hot in the room, and the AC was pointless, the host was telling me that it wasn't broken, and he couldn't lower the temp, but the temp was not a problem, the engine couldn't handle the heat outside, and AC was too weak, he sent the maintenance, who approved that there was a problem, bought a fan, brought it to us, and told us he would fix the AC (He didn't :)))) Also, The water in the bathroom doesn't drain because the water outlet is clogged. The coffee maker in the kitchen wasn't working properly.

• Konstantinos (6/5): Pleasant - The best part was the location. You are in the middle of everything. Also there was iron for clothes which was very good and heardryer. Light come in from the window in the morning the curtain is not enough and that makes it impossible to sleep after 07:00. There are noises from the road that are annoying but the light was the worst part. If you also want to stay for a long period be aware that there is no cleaning tools to keep clean the apartment. And the toilet paper was not enough we have to buy our selfs.

• Dummer (8/5): Very good - Great location! We walked everywhere in Rome and had restaurants, bars, shops, metro, and taxis nearby. The host was super flexible with our schedule and gave us all the info we needed. The kitchen is fully equipped, also a plus is that there’s an iron. And also we slept well. We’d definitely stay again, mainly for the location and the kitchen! Only small issues: the hairdryer’s back part was loose, and the showerhead needs fixing — we used the handheld one. Also the pillow could be a little taller or thicker.

Room has everything you need. The only negative thing is that they offer hot water for the shower for 30 minutes a day so since we were two people this was a bit frustrating.

• סתיו (9/5): Great location, super clean, safe and quite - The location is amazing, all city attractions are within walking distance. The apartment is inside a well maintained building with a guard during daytime and external lock (with code) during nighttime. Feels very safe (3 locks to get inside). It was super clean and quiet despite being located on a relatively busy street. The kitchen is well equipped with a refrigerator, induction stove, Nespresso coffee machine and more. The air conditioning worked great. No shampoo/body wash, only hand wash (had to buy our own). We didn't manage to connect to the wifi but we didn't try to ask for help with it as well. The check-in was remote, no in-person host to guide you into the apartment, so it was a little bit stressful for us.

• Thilg (8/5): Very good - The location was fantastic. Provides all basic necessities. Overall good experience. There is no window to the bedroom so it gets quite dark inside, especially with dark the interior. There are three locks to get into the suite and one of them is broken or need special skills to close, which may crush your fingers :( There were no toiletries, only hand-wash. Would have appreciated atleast once bottle of water when we entered.
