• Romany Azer (10/5): - Die Lage ist sehr gut, das Personal ist sehr freundlich, eine wunderbare 2-Etagen-Wohnung mit super Terrasse, die Wohnung liegt in einem riesigen Einkaufszentrum. Echt, es war eine super Zeit. Die WLAN-Kapazität war etwas begrenzt.

• Juliet Penina (10/5): It was an exciting stay at the Axxodia Apartment that is located near the Fun City Mall in New Cairo - The Team Leader, Khalid was exceptional. He helped me with forex, came to settle me in, and introduced me to the security at the gate. Khalid's staff helped me with the connector cable as my gadgets couldn't connect directly to the sockets. I liked the ambiance and security of the apartment. The fact that it was next to the New Cairo Fun City Mall made it even more friendly, and my friends also loved it and promised to try it out next time when they visit for the holidays. The security would always forget that I'm part of the estate, so I had to keep on coming out of the car to explain to them before allowing to drive in and at times until I started calling Khalid that's when they would remember and open for me and interestingly the last day they were all used to me and could immediately open the gate once they saw me drive in.

• Peter (8/5): Great place, let down by lack of maintenance - The location was excellent with a supermarket downstairs, and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It was a very spacious apartment which was very good for us with our 2 kids. The kitchen and all plates and cutlery we not clean, there we not enough plates or cutlery for the number of people that can stay there, we purchased extra downstairs at the supermarket. The same story with towels and bedding, not enough for the number of people that can stay there, again we bought extras for ourselves. Also, the general condition of the apartment is poor and run down, lots of light switches that don't work, water damage in the kitchen, and just generally overdue some maintenance.

• Hani (5/5): Disappointing - Bedrooms were completely different than the pictures, we had to wipe of many surfaces that were covered with dust, living room couches were different than published, shower curtains fell off one of the bathrooms, second bedroom was actually having kids beds with colorful kids bedding which wasn’t in the listing.
• Shefa (7/5): Good - Loved the location near to everything u need for a short term or long term stay. Comfy beds The noise outside was loud, hard to sleep in bed room. Kitchen could have been better equipped and up graded as the cupboards were falling apart
• Mahmoud (1/5): Worst stay in my life over 30 years of travelling the world . - Nothing at all, one of my worst stays ever Everything, the cooker was faulty and they didn’t bother to fix it. Keeps procrastinating then came to know that they didn’t the bills. The router was faulty and we were left without internet. It is not a WiFi either, just a SIM card . The TV was also faulty and the stuff left us without any support. I don’t recommend it all. Very noisy locations, cars and music will hit you badly. The windows are not double glazed. They don’t clean . You have to pay extra money for parking of your flat 😂. It was a complete joke.

• Pienaar (10/5): Amazing Stay at Axxodia - Location in New Cairo is very safe. The apartment was very clean and spacious, great artwork, clean bedding, stocked kitchen with all amenities, such as kettle, washer and dryer, fridge, etc.. Apartments are built above the Park Mall which has many amazing shops and restaurants to peruse through. As well as a large Supermarket called Lulu's which is also well worth taking a look at. 10/10 will definitely be coming back!
• Umar (10/5): Great apartment and great location! - Great location and great apartment! We had a 3 bedroom apartment and it was very spacious and lots of beds! Brilliant kitchen set up and lounge room also and WiFi was perfect! Great view to a mosque across the road also! Downstairs there is your supermarket- groceries/food/ etc all in one place! It’s huge has everything you need! Down the road (1 min walk) is americano plaza .. and across the road is a shopping mall (though it’s not all that) we preferred taking an Uber to Cairo city festival mall … has kidzania and plenty of shops and food court is massive! Has plenty for kids to do … just outside the mall is all the kids playing areas… and again outside is more restaurants! Cairo is a beautiful city to visit! Ubers are so cheap to travel!

All staff are friendly and Nadia did a great job meeting our needs and she was there for us whenever we needed her. There is also a small mall and a supermarket downstairs, which was very convenient Housekeeping is free only once then you'd be charged. I didn't like that the kids park wasn't for free. As it is part of the compound

Pool and play area downstairs for kids and was safe. Internet does not cover entire property, had to move router around. Some USB charge points would also be helpful.

• Rashid (9/5): It is an excellent location. The property and the neighborhood are both very nice. - We would love to come back here. I feel like three days are not enough to enjoy the property. The view from the window was beautiful at night. The apartment itself is modern, comfortable, and cozy. The host is quick to reply and accommodating. It is is a perfect location for a family to have some quality time.

• Abdulrahman (10/5): A truly pleasant stay. - Very cozy apartment. Rooms and furniture are very clean and tidy. Looks very new. Perfect location; the apartment is at the top of Park Mall, which has nice restaurants and LuLu Hypermarket. Several restaurants, cafes, and malls are within walking distance. The building is located in Nyoum new Cairo, which has a great security the creat safe atmosphere. Staff are nice and very helpful. Khalid and his team Islam and Dina were very great. They were attentive to all my requests and responded to all inquires. They make me feel at home. Nothing to be mentioned.

This is the first place in 5 years that my wife had nothing to complain about our rented holiday apartment across 8 countries. The setup of the apartment, its location, and availability of services like supermarkets, hair saloons, café. Just everything. My wife is already planning to return with or without me ..

• Ahmed (3/5): Poor - The apartment was spacious and well furnished A lot of missing information, totally non professional. 1) The staff kept asking eachother about the apartment number for my reservation. 2) They asked for 100 USD insurance upon arrival while this was never mentioned earlier and I was actually out of Egyptian cash since my reservation was paid online, having a 100 USD in my pocket by chance after coming from Dubai last week saved me. 3) No towels in the whole apartment and no place to get such a thing any places near and I was there with my kids ! 4) They said parking was for free while I was charged 100 EGP/night since the parking guy never knew about them. 5) When we decided to leave at 10 AM, no body was there to talk the keys or give us the insurance money back and the guy from guest relation said that the best he could do is to send someone an hour later!!! 6) Finally, there is not a single sign anywhere on the building or even the apartment said that they existed. You could easily get lost if you don't call them. WILL NEVER COME AGAIN.
