Ansonsten sauber und ordentlich.

Apartman je prostran i ugodan za boravak, s tri sobe, dnevnim boravkom, dvije kupaonice i balkonom, što ga čini idealnim za veće društvo ili obitelj. Zgrada ima lift, što je dodatna pogodnost. U neposrednoj blizini nalazi se trgovina koja radi 24 sata, što je vrlo praktično. Sve u svemu, vrlo ugodan boravak i rado bismo ponovno došli. ⭐

• claire (4/5): Malgré un bon emplacement, très déçus du logement - Nous avons aimé l’emplacement, proche des commerces, du métro et proche du Vatican Dans la cuisine: pas de machine à café, le lave-vaisselle très entartré ( il nous a fallu le déboucher nous même pour qu’il fonctionne), les poêles abîmées, pas de torchon et 1 seul sac poubelle pour 7 personnes pour 4 jours. Je sais que ce n’est pas obligatoire, mais il est difficile de cuisiner dans ce logement car il n’y a aucun condiment laissé par l’hôte. Dans les salles de bain/wc: pas de verrous, le bouton de la chasse d’eau cassé, du linge humide oublié dans la machine à laver. Les chambres sont très grandes mais il n’y a pas du tout de salon et la table à manger est trop petite pour y manger tous ensemble. Nous sommes déçus des prestations qu’offre ce logement.

We finished sightseeing earlier than planned and the owner gad no problem changing our check-in so that we didn't have to sit around with all our bags No kettle, had to boil water in a pot. Appartamento perfetto per più persone (3 camere da letto e 2 bagni). Niente di particolare, si potrebbe fare qualche miglioramento, ma comunque tutto ok

• Paulina (9/5): Superb - Fantastic location of the apartment. Nice building with a lift. All necessary items were in place. Very good contact with a host. An electric kettle might be an improvement :)
• Lyanah (8/5): Very good - We loved the overall ambience of the room and the cleanliness, It looks the same as the photos. It was 3-5 mins away from the metro so it was easy to go around the city. Convenience stores are also accessible by walk so looking for food was no issue at all. It was difficult to shower with a faulty shower head, it must be changed. Aside from that, everything was perfect.

An excellent report for value for money. Italian breakfast:))) You should all be so fit:) We had some snacks for the first morning out of 3, so we could not talk about breakfast, there was no breakfast. The room's lights are feeble, stronger light would help. If you provide TV, put some channels in, 4-5 channels (no sport, no music, but Italian national posts) is nothing.
• Derek (5/5): A very basic stay in a great location for those groups looking to explore Rome! - Location was great, owner was super responsive and helped us book fairly priced taxis to the airport in very nice vans It’s a very short walk to the metro and there’s plenty of Tabacchi and coffee shops near by. The amenities are very basic, you get basically beds and one towel per person. Quick note to those with luggage, the elevator to the building is super small and it took our family nearly an hour to get everything up and down. This is not at all the fault of the property, but it is good to know for those with large groups and a lot of luggage. There were no extra trash bags, which was a struggle for a trip of 8 people. Additionally, it was clear someone before us tried to boil milk in the kettle and it wasn’t cleaned. To her credit, the owner was very responsive and apologetic.

• Lily (8/5): A very pleasant and safe stay - It's a very spacious apartment. It's not possible to run all three of the air-cons due to switch problem, but luckily we were a group of 5 and we only used 2 rooms. Host was very responsible as they were constantly ensuring that we're having a good stay in the apartment. We were short of eur15 for the cleaning fees to be paid in cash on property and we were a bit worried about this but they never rushed us to pay in full and even allowed us some time to pay. Host was very considerate too as he advised to book the taxi from the airport for us to save our time. They even provided some croissants and coffee in the kitchen. Dora the lady who handed us the keys and showed us around was very friendly and outgoing. We were a bit worried at first due to the negative reviews but the apartment turned out to be great and most importantly the host was very considerate and responsible. The building was quite old but it was what we expected. The lift was very small especially for a group of 5 with more than 3 suitcases but we weren't rushing so it was alright. The doors couldn't lock and hot water was constantly on and off but not really a big deal for us due to the summer heat in Rome.

• Lyons (3/5): Poor - It had enough beds for everyone in our group. It had a kitchen and an elevator. Washer machine worked. Refrigerator and stove. We were asked to cancel our booking and pay our balance in cash on arrival more than once. Offering a discount if we paid them cash directly. The place was being cleaned when we arrived, and the cleaner had a very strong smell that was overwhelming. The bathrooms smelled like mildew. One of the showers didn't get hot water consistently. The owner asked to come by and check it while we were gone, but we didn't feel comfortable having them in there with our stuff. Showerheads were clogged. The shower doors and bathroom doors didn't stay closed.. No AC. We asked about the AC, and we were told that they shared the unit with another unit, and it's currently off. The water kettle was not usable. The neighborhood was very loud all hours of the night.There is no living space for our group. No couch. Just a kitchen table and chairs. Bedroom doors were very dirty with handprints. Toilet seats were broken. Bathroom door frame fell off when we closed the door lightly. We would not stay here again. This property needs several repairs and upgrades. Very disappointing.

The owner replaced the hair dryer within few hours and booked the van for us to and from the airport $80 euros one way for 5 ppl. Will introduce to friends. Suggested to put one mirror in the two beds room. The shower heads should be replaced. Because of the setting, expect to carry all your luggage if you have late departure

• Frederick (10/5): A great stay after a horrible start. We would definitely return to Rizzo St. Peter. - The host always responded promptly. The gentlemen who met us were extremely helpful as my wallet had just been stolen on the Metro. They were willing to take our deposit in a mix of Euros and Dollars as we only had my wife's cash available. They then called the police and helped us translate our issue. It took three phone calls and they were very patient and insisted on not leaving us until everything had been handled. They checked back in a couple of hours to make we were OK and comfortable. Nothing, very spacious apartment in a typical Rome neighborhood. Close to the Cipro Metro stop and many restaurants in walking distance.
• Anastasia (10/5): Exceptional - Location is great! The host helped us to get the taxi from airport to the apartment. Just make sure, that if you arrive before 7 am, nothing is open. The nearest restaurant in the hotel across the road serves excellent breakfast starting from 7 am. The apartment is not new, but is well equipped with everything you need - from nice towels to coffee and tea. We liked that each of our kids had a separate room. Two bathrooms is also a huge advantage. Supermarkets are very close, if you plan to cook - the basic cooking appliances are available in the kitchen. Vatican is just about 15 minutes walk from the apartment. And if you enjoy walking, getting to other attractions on foot is also very possible. Metro station is just 3 minutes away, so very close. The host is very helpful! Thank you! Bathroom doors do not lock. Strict check-in check-out hours due to high demand on the apartment. If you need flexibility, plan ahead.

Nice and quiet neighborhood with everything you need - non stop market, coffee shops, gelateria, pizzeria (Pizzarium Bonci) etc. The host is very nice and helpful.

I have an experience with which to compare - I recommend this place for big family companies! a quiet district, very clean area with shops and cafes. the host is perfect and ready to help even at night. the flat is clean, beds are comfortable, light rooms, a lot of space. sometimes it was difficult to open the lock (but I am not used to such lock).

Even with the door closed, the whole apartment stinks because of the bathrooms. Only 2 ACs can be used at the same time...but there are 3 rooms with 3 AC machines. Hot water only working for limited amount. Only one wok pan available, no other cooking utensil.
