La gentilissima padrona di casa è stata molto disponibile dall'inizio alla fine del nostro soggiorno. Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati benissimo e terremo a mente la casa di Emma per eventuali altri soggiorni a Roma 💖
• Luz Maria (10/5): Maravillosa - Es un apartamento con dos habitaciones, sala, comedor, dos baños, cocina, lavadora, lavaplatos, lleno de ventanas y pequeños balcones Muy bien ubicado, sobre la calle Trastevere que es una gran avenida, con mercados, tratorias Tiene al frente la parada del tranvía y la parada Pascarella para el autobús, muy fácil para moverse a cualquier lado en Roma. Debes comprar los tiquetes en las tabaquerías y cuestan €1.50 y puedes usarlo 90 minutos en cualquier bus o tranvía Magnifico alojamiento y Daniela su anfitriona está siempre pendiente de lo que necesites. Graciasssss Daniela😍 Podría tener una cafetera más grande porque la que tiene solo permite hacer café para una persona

• Mateusz (10/5): Rzym maj 2026 - Pobyt był fantastyczny.Mieszkanie bardzo czyste, zadbane i świetnie wyposażone. Właścicielka niezwykle miła i pomocna — pozwoliła nam na szybsze zameldowanie oraz dała mnóstwo cennych wskazówek dotyczących zwiedzania Rzymu i okolicy. Lokalizacja również ogromny plus, mieszkanie znajduje się blisko pięknej dzielnicy Zatybrze, pełnej klimatycznych uliczek i restauracji. Spod mieszkania można bardzo łatwo dojechać autobusem lub tramwajem, a pod Koloseum dotarliśmy w około 20 minut. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce każdemu, kto chce komfortowo i bezproblemowo spędzić czas w Rzymie!

• Ivana (9/5): - Appartement très spacieux et très adapté pour une famille avec enfants. Il est aussi très bien placé, proche d'une gare et d'un arrêt de tramway. Tout était très propre. Daniella est au top. Le lave vaisselle ne fonctionne pas très bien, mais pour le peu de vaisselle qu'on a fait cela ne nous a pas dérangé.

• Plamen (10/5): Very good place in Trastevere - A very well equipped and clean apartment, where we spent 6 nights. Perfect place for 4 adults, two bathrooms, comfortable beds. Communicative place, tram/bus station nearby, train station 300 meters away. All the attractions are reachable. The place is quiet, no noisy bars around. Special admirations to the host: Very responsive, cooperative and willing to help. Thank you, Daniela!

She was waiting for us when we arrived and spent time with us recommending certain places to visit etc. There was a big map of the city which was handy. I am quite particular about cleanliness and I found it immaculate. Two bedrooms which were spacious and two bathrooms, which is fantastic when you have teenagers! There was a washing machine and a dishwasher, which made life so much easier. I don't think the pictures do this apartment justice. It's just perfect. Nothing!

• Audrey (10/5): Clean, convenient, close to all public transportation, safe location - Daniela was waiting for us outside the building, she showed us around and explained everything about the apartment, the surrounding area and how to get around. She had given us advanced notice about an upcoming train strike which was critical in helping us plan our stay

She was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit, always ready to provide useful information and recommendations — it truly felt like we were being hosted by a friend. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Our children especially loved having the space to unwind after long days of exploring. The location is excellent — just a 15-minute walk to the heart of Trastevere, a lively and charming neighborhood full of typical Roman restaurants and vibrant nightlife. Right outside the apartment, there is a tram and bus stop, making it very easy to reach the main attractions of Rome like the Colosseum, Piazza Venezia, Trevi Fountain, and more. The train station is only a 10-minute walk away, with quick connections to the Vatican (just 5 minutes!). You can use the train even to the airport. Every thing was perfect. We will return for sure.❤️ None
• Kathie (10/5): We highly recommend Daniela’s apartment and would stay again. - Perfect location just out of the main tourist zone but very convenient for walking to Trastevere and to the major tourist sites. There are tram and bus stops directly outside the apartment; the H bus goes to Termini; the Trastevere train station is a five minute walk. It also is convenient for restaurants and grocery shopping with a great bar for coffee and pastries in the morning just one block south. Daniela was a gracious host with helpful recommendations. We ate at her favorite restaurant, Trattoria da Enzo which was excellent and worth the wait outside. The apartment itself was clean, bright and airy with great windows and several balconies. The bed was firm and comfortable. The elevator to the fifth floor apartment worked well.
• David (9/5): Home in Rome - This is a very nice apartment in a residential building very near Trastevere either on foot (15 minuts) or by tram ( 4 stops) which stops by the door. It is easy to reach central Rome. And we discovered the Testaccio market is just 15 minutes walk. The apartment is exactly as pictured and we found it warm and inviting as well as practical, very clean, and very quiet Daniela as host is brilliant. A very good communicator before, during and after our stay. She saved us a LOT of potential trouble by warning us about transport disruption. She is also a very nice person. Thanks Daniela I am struggling to think of something. Daniela we didn't do much cooking but oven mits would help. It was hard to lift hit plates from the oven with the tea towel That's a minor point !

• Christopher (10/5): Beautiful surroundings ran by really great people!! - Daniela was amazing…she is friendly, helpful & extremely knowledgeable regarding Rome & the many transport facilities. Daniela helped my Dad & myself when we stayed in Rome. Unfortunately my father was unwell during our stay and I had to get him to A&E while leaving my Dads friend behind in a hurry. Daniela ensured that my Dads friend was safe & collected him and brought him back to the apartment! I am so,so thankful as it meant that my Dad could be my sole focus then! Daniela has restored my faith in humanity!! The apartment was top notch! Very modern decor, very spacious, very easy travel access, supermarket around the corner, decent selection of local restaurants & top, top value for money!

Daniela also taught how to make a real italian coffee. Take a post card with you when you reserve at her apartment, she likes to collect them ;) Very good location near train and bus station. Trastevre neighborhood is 20min walking distance. Great location and money value. Highly recommended for a 2 bedrooms apartment.

Convenient to all main areas but in a quiet location not far away from them. Trastevere Railway station, with train to and from Fiumicino airport and to San Pietro railway station near the Vatican, a few minutes’ walk on the same street. Stop for tram lines 3 (to the Circus Maximus, Colosseum, Roman Forum and St John Lateran areas) and 8 (to Trastevere, Piazza Venezia, Pantheon, Largo Argentino, Piazza Navona and Via Corso areas) outside the door as is stop for bus H to Termini Station. Nice cafes, supermarkets and shops near the apartment. Nothing.

She went above and beyond to accommodate and assist us in every aspect of our visit. Daniela knew we were delayed and arriving later than anticipated. She waited for us to arrive and orientate us into the apartment with food and water in hand. When our luggage was lost at the airport Daniela did everything in her power to assist. She was just incredible!!!!

• Paula (10/5): Great apartment and fantastic host - Daniela could not have been a more perfect host. She met us on arrival to give us the keys and any information we wanted. And I loved that the guest book had her own personal recommendations for local restaurants and shops. She even took our luggage to her own apartment on the day we checked out as we had a later flight (she had someone else arriving so we couldn't leave our bags). Moreover, when my handbag was stolen on that last day (which had my passport!), she came to the police station with us to translate, and offered us to go back to her apartment to use the wifi while we looked for an emergency place to stay. As for the apartment itself, the beds (one king, one super king) are really comfy and, despite being on the main road, the bedrooms are at the back and actually pretty quiet. We didn't cook, but the kitchen looked pretty well equipped if you wanted to. And the apartment is huge. Just bear in mind if there are four of you, that although there are two bathrooms, there is only one shower. It is a tram ride into the city centre, but the number 8 tram runs every 7-10 minutes back and forth and the number 3 bus is also really useful, taking you straight to the Colosseum district. Would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Rome! Nothing!

• Nathan (10/5): Great location, beautiful apartment, good value. - Gorgeous apartment near downtown. Several bus routes stop within a block of the building, and a train station is a five minute walk. Plenty of restaurants nearby. This part of Trastevere is beyond the touristy zone in Rome. We liked that a lot. Host was extremely accommodating to us, and we appreciate that a lot. Several balconies, including one for each bedroom. Definitely would re-book. I don't think there was anything we did not like about this property.

We were meet with the host, Daniela who was most helpful ensuring we were comfortable and knew our way around. She verbally gave us directions and also had a book with all of the essential on how to work stuff in the house and restaurants which were within walking distance of the property. She didnt just call us a taxi upon our departure but waited until it came to ensure we were off safely. had to leave to soon. wish we could have stayed longer

• Prashant (10/5): Best place to stay at if you're visiting Rome! - The place was ver clean and homely with all the facilities that you could require while travelling (equipped kitchen, washing machine, towels, etc). It is located right next to the bus stop where you need to get the bus to the city center. The train station is a nice 10 min walk away. In general people in Trastevere were very nice to us. It felt less touristy compared to the city center. Our host was very professional and warm. If you do not have anything planned in terms of what to visit or how to get to places, you need not worry as there is a little manual that she prepared and which we took with us while visiting. It contained info about all the places of interest, restaurants, how to travel by public transport or get a taxi, etc. The climate was nice for the end of December but even then the temperature inside the apartment was always optimal. We did not have wifi or mobile data on our arrival in Rome and it was a bit hard to get to the apartment from the train station without any map or directions (mostly our fault). We knew it was close by so we decided to walk and we got great help from the people on the street. One guy even offered to call the host so she could let us in.

It was close to small supermarkets and take-away stores. The trams were not working but the bus stop to the centre of Rome was right outside the door. The apartment is on 5th floor, on a busy road but inside the apartment was very quiet. It was just too far from the centre of Rome to walk to the centre, Buses were regular, and usually crowded.

Location is in a quiet part of Trastevere, convenient to train, bus, shops and restaurants. The hostess greeted us and gave us a tour of the place, instructions for everything and great local recommendations. if I could rate it a 20 I would! I would come to Rome again just to stay here! nothing!
