• Megan (10/5): Perfect spot - We loved how close it was to everything. There were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Vatican city was within an easy walk, as were the metro stations.
• Helen (10/5): Amazing host, fantastic location, all the amenities you need. - The host, Luca, was fantastic - exceptional communication, help and advice throughout our stay. We were a group of 4 - a couple, and my friend and her 12 year old, and the layout was perfect - private bedrooms and private shower room with toilet each, only accessible from the bedrooms. There were large (nice) shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and handwash in both bathrooms. No noise went through the walls so it felt very private. Much cheaper than 2 hotel rooms, and the added bonus of a kitchen and living room. Wifi was perfect. We arrived late but the host gave us milk and snacks and advised where we could eat. Location was just round the corner from the entrance to the Sistine chapel, and a very short walk to Cipro metro stop (recommend a visit to Bonci pizza on the way!) or Ottaviano metro stop, we also got a bus with no problem. Many restaurants and bars are within a very short walk, yet it’s a quiet area - the apartment is at the back of the building far away from the main road so there is no street noise at all. Taxis stop right outside if you book on the app. It’s a ground floor apartment but there are a couple of steps to access it. Had a kettle in the kitchen, and hairdryer in each bathroom - everything we needed for 4 nights. Beds were exceptionally spacious and comfy. I always sleep with earplugs as my partner snores(!) but he also had to borrow them as the pipes and plumbing could occasionally be a bit noisy in the silence of the night (old building with pipes added later!). So bring ear plugs just in case - I didn’t notice it though. And my friend and her son managed to sleep without them no problem. We would stay here again if we ever go back to Rome.
• Ken (9/5): Luca is a fabulous host, goes above and beyond for you. - Luca gave us lots of information about great places to eat that were reasonably, it’s a short walk to the metro station, lots of food shops and restaurants close by The only downside was the heating made a small ticking noise when it came in morning and night, not too much of an issue, also no tv in main room, however all channels are Italian so again, not much of an issue.
• Kumar (9/5): Superb - The apartment is located at a 10 min walking distance from the Vatican. All facilities are at a walking distance of 100 to 500 metres. The nearest metro is 700 m away. The location is really great.
• Petro (10/5): Exceptional - Actually everything was perfect. Owner will help you and advice any time. Very kind and friendly person. Location of apartment are very good, about 7 min walk to Vatican Museums. You can actually walk to all main sightseeings of Vatican and Roma. Apartment are big and clean with kitchen furniture. We stay 2 full days 4 adults and 1 child and spend a great time. Highly recommend.!!!

• Bv (9/5): Wonderful Experience in the heart of Rome. - Luca was an amazing host. We reserved this accommodation on the day of check-in, Luca was kind enough to come in-person to hand over the keys, since ours was a last minute booking. We enjoyed our stay, and what stands out, apart from the rooms/beds being tidy etc is the location, its very close to Vatican , also Metro (Cipro station) is at a walking distance too. I will not hesitate to reserve this accommodation if we ever visit Rome again!

• Elena (10/5): GREAT PLACE! - We've had a great time, the position of the apartment is very strategic near the main city sightseeings , the place is comfy and warm, very clean and the Host Luca Is very welcoming and kind, we would definetl y come back for a longer period of time

• Marcin (9/5): Xmas in Rome - Anna and Lucca are great hosts. Location is superb, 5 minutes walk from Octaviano tube station, 15 m walk from St Peters Square. Apartament is quiet and two bathrooms a bonus. A two suggestions then a kettle will be a plus and showers need upgrading
