• Małgorzata (10/5): Lokalizacja super, mieszkanie zadbane, kosmetyki, ręczniki i podstawowe produkty spowodowały że czułam się zaopiekowana - Czystość i lokalizacja Brak windy w budynku i włączający się czujnik gazu pomimo braku używania gazu w danym momencie

• Zanda (9/5): Lielisks, skaists, plašs dzīvoklis ar izcilu lokāciju! Iesaku!!! - Lokācija, plašums, māksliniecisks interjers. Kluss rajons, jauks, pretīmnākošs saimnieks. Dzivojot nedēļu pietrūka tikai dažu sīkumu- trūka vēl kāds papīra dvielis un mistakstes maisi,ko nomainīt, bet tie ir tikai sikumi! :)

• azahara ballesteros (9/5): Buena estancia pero mejorable - Amplio apartamento bien conectado con autobuses y tiendas cercanas como farmacia y supermercado 24h El Vaticano estaba super cerca. Pero muy lejos del centro. El check out es a las 10:00. Me parece excesivo

• Pablo (10/5): Apartamento agradable al lado de Vaticano y bien conectado con el centro histórico - La forma de entrada a través del móvil es muy cómoda y la ubicación es buena, a unos 7min andando del Vaticano y muy bien conectada con buses que te llevan al centro histórico en menos de 20min. Las habitaciones son amplias y espaciosas y tienen aires acondicionados independientes. La cocina es pequeña, pero muy bien aprovechada. El WiFi funciona perfectamente. El retrete es un poco incómodo justo al lado de la puerta de acceso al baño. No conseguimos hacer funcionar la bañera. La ducha funciona perfectamente y sin ningún problema.

• Brad (9/5): Great location, friendly and accessible host. So many restaurants and markets nearby. Easy access to transport. - Location, size of apartment, very clean! Wonderful communication from host and responsiveness. Water pressure was really challenging to manage. Kitchen a bit more compact but still had everything we needed.
• Nana34 (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is located very close to the Vatican so you can comfortably walk there. The decoration in the boho style additionally contributed to the atmosphere of our stay in Rome. Excellently equipped, very spacious, clean and connected to the historical part of Rome, the bus stop is in front of the street. In the building you have a market open 24 hours a day, and a number of delicious restaurants. Communication with the owner excellent, very clear and precise. I give a clear 10 marks, and if I could I would give a higher one 😁 Thank you Maurizio, I definitely recommend this apartment to everyone who wants to visit Rome and complete the experience of Italy. Front door and apartment door are opened via mobile phone, so be sure you have internet conection and full mobile batery 🫣

• Ralitsa (10/5): Location, Location, Location - Location - within walking distance of Vatican City. Most landmarks are within 40 - 50 minutes by foot. Buses 70 and 916 can take you to Central Rome in 20 min. Specious apartment with anything you may need. Quiet street off the main road. Maurizio was great, always responding within minutes to any queries we had.
• Rachel (10/5): Very nice location and fun surroundings - Nice location, and pretty place. Comfortable beds as well. Owner was very responsive . Walking up four flights of stairs for luggage was a bit challenging for us but we aren’t as in shape as some people .

• Svetlana (10/5): We would choose the same accommodation again in a heartbeat. - The location was absolutely fantastic. Quiet area, friendly neighbours, an excellent supermarket nearby, lovely restaurants, within walking distance from the Vatican, a lovely orthodox church just up the hill. I couldn't imagine a better place to stay, especially since Rome is overcrowded with tourists nowadays. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and there is enough space for at least six people. I don't like cooking with gas but that wasn't a problem since we didn't cook anyway. The electronic key was a bit confusing too at first but we got used to it quickly. The physical key to the front door made things much easier.

• Louise (8/5): HUGE apartment with lovely host and in a great location. - This apartment is HUGE and very comfortable. Our host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Easy access using keys retreived from a lockbox and excellent instructions from host. Very close to tain station (less than 5 minutes walk) and a bus stop a few steps from apartment that had buses every few minutes into town. Easy walking distance to Vatican. Also had large supermarket, cafes, restaurants and passtiseries within 100m of front door. This isn't the "city" part of town, but it was very easy to get around. Apartment has washing machine, dishwasher, TV with chromecast, full size fridge, spa bath (which we couldn't use because there wasn't enough hot water). Kitchen is very small but completely functional. Wasn't expecting the stairs but that's on us for not reading the description properly - it clearly says it's on 3rd floor with no lift. We just didn't read it! It was fine on a day-to-day basis but definitely not suited if you have mobility issues.

• Yeseul (9/5): Superb - Location was amazing. We reach the Vatican city on foot and we could even see the st Peters dom from the outside street. There are also many nice restaurants, cafes and a Gelato shop nearby and the carrefour just in 5mins which opens till 0:00. Interior is so cute and overall atmosphere of flat was very cozy. Key handover system for me was smooth as well. I saw some comments about difficulty to reach 3rd floor w/o lift but it didnt bother us so much. The toillet is a bit not working so good. Sometimes it is flushing nonstop.. we could stop after a while.

• Tomasz (8/5): Group of 6 friends - Bathtube, kitchen with every necessary equipment and basal ingredients. Contact with host was quick and easy. Price to quality ratio was above our expectiation. A bit too far from subway station, but bus stop is 1 min from apartment so getting to the any place in Rome wasn't sucha a problem

• Vitaly (4/5): I wouldn’t recommend this apartment. - location was quiet. 2 nice restaurants nearby as well as a grocery store apartment had air conditioning only in bedrooms not throughout apartment. the toilet ran constantly and the shower was incredibly small. the shower head had mineral buildup that it didn’t work properly. the owner texted me that there was no lift and that the apartment was located on 3rd floor. that was not the case ! the apartment was on the top floor and that meant we had to climb up and down 64 steps every day and had I known that I would not have rented this apartment my wife has a bad knee and it made for a painful experience. we had to haul luggage up and that was not a great experience!
