• Emilia (10/5): Absolutely reccomend it - Very spacious and pretty clean apartment, with AC in the bedroom and another one in the living room. The location is really, really close to the tram H8 that takes you to and back Piazza Venezia, where it almost all starts, most of the sites to visit. Bed in the bedroom is very good (the sofa in the living not so much) The apartment has almost everything you may need. There are 3 supermarkets nearby: Pim, Conad and In's (lowest prices at In's supermarket, best variation at Pim, and best working opening hours at Pim). The accommodation mentions dishwasher, but there is absolutely no dishwasher detergent, not even 2 tablets, there is no scissors, which is extremely handy in any kitchen, the water instant heater (made of plastic) doesn't work properly and there was a problem with the kitchen water pipe, but i think Maurizio will repair it quickly. I mentioned the dishwasher tablets because for a few days stay i would not buy a whole bag of tablets as I cannot take them on the plane with me back home, or there are people not using them at home. The same applies to the washing machine, but I think someone else before us left some detergent behind them when they left. The clothing rack for drying clothes is broken and we had to improvise a little. All mentioned above are not big issues, but I would recommend them fixed, as the host, Maurizio is a great host and will help you with anything you may need. I absolutely recommend this accomodation

• Viera (1/5): Infested with bedbugs - I liked nothing about this acommodation. We were staying here for two nights, out of that we stayed only one night because the flat was infested with bedbugs. It completely ruined our vacation. We had to throw out all personal belongings we had with us in the morning. Our two daughters were bitten all over from the bugs, my wife was taking it mentally very hard and we didn't sleep the whole night. We were not able to find another acommodation at 1 am so we were just sitting in the kitchen until morning when we could leave this very unhygienic flat. If you don't want to have similar terrible experience like we had, I definitely don't recommend this acommodation. After arriving home I will also contact Booking directly. Very unhygienic flat infested with bedbugs.

• David (8/5): Comfortable, a lot of space, very good communication with host - Very good comunication with apartment owner. He helped us with anything we asked him and quite in short time, including needed equipment in kitchen for example or information about public transport. The most important for us was the kitchen equipment, which met our expectations. There was everything needed in the kitchen, including stove, oven, kettle, microwave, toaster, pots and frying pan. The entrance hall connected to the living room was quite big and there was also big eating table. The appartment had two balconies, one from the living room and one from the kitchen. In the bathroom was also washing machine. In the bedroom was a lot of furniture to put clothes in. The general impression of whole appartment was very good. Public transport line 8BUS from the bus stop near the apartment (Gianicolense/Casaletto) to the Rome center (Astalli/Venezia) took less than 30 minutes. There was a supermarket less than 10 min away from the apartment (Pim). There are several facts I would like to comment. On the whole building there were grids on all windows, making the look from the inside of rooms like from prison. The area was not so quiet as was written in apartment description. There was traffic noise and sounds of the sirens all the time, but to be honest this was normal to any place near Rome. Some of the room lights were not working, but not all so it was like OK. There were not cutains in the bedroom. There was hard water, we had to buy water in the market in order to cook with it. The kettle was full of limescale.
