• Gustavo Alejandro (8/5): Excelente apartamento para grupos o familias - La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca del Vaticano. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue muy buena, mando las indicaciones de acceso con mucha antelación. Un lugar con bastantes camas para un viaje en grupo o en familia, definitivamente volvería aquí. Aunque el apartamento estuviera bastante ordenado y organizado, pues tenia bastante polvo. Lo cual fue negativo para algunos miembros de mi familia que son alérgicos al polvo.

A l'ouverture pour ventilation, relent nauséabond, odeur d'égout sur le dégagement intérieur impossible de laisser la fenêtre ouverte pour évacuer la condensation Appartement humide & sol sale à notre arrivée l'ensemble des prestations sont médiocres malgré un beau volume de l'appartement
• Maria salud (4/5): La próxima no será este el que cojamos - La ciudad en si El apartamento estaba sucio, el baño todo lleno de moho las racholas de la ducha, matemos dos cucarachas, los colchones súper incómodos y poco equipado

• Tiziana (8/5): Posizione e consigli ottimi - L'host sempre disponibile, gentile e ci ha dato tanti consigli utili. Lo spazio in casa era tanto. Posizione ottima vicino ai mezzi e servizi come stazione, ristoranti, farmacie e supermercati. Pulizia da migliorare. Mancava in vero e proprio tavolo in cucina.
• Dani (6/5): - Locatia este foarte bine amplasata. Pentru 6 persoana baia a fost foarte mica, rezervorul toaletei nu functiona corespunzator, apartamentul nu a fost foarte curat, prosoapele si lenjeria au fost cat de cat ok, in baie era si un miros f urat!
• Angel (5/5): - La ubicación El sofá cama era muy incómodo y el apartamento estaba muy sucio. El sucio tenía manchas y pelo.
• Luisa (8/5): Fin de año en Roma - Destaco la buena ubicación, el correcto funcionamiento de los electrodomésticos, la limpieza general y que se incluyeran las toallas. El sofá cama no era nada cómodo y, durante las noches, la calefacción no fue suficiente, considerando que fuimos en invierno. Además, sería recomendable que se entregaran dos copias de la llave de ingreso para mayor comodidad.

• Gabrielė Liucija (8/5): An okay stay. Good for visiting Vatican city. - All in all it’s a nice place. The owner gave nice recommendations. Good place to stay in if you’re interested in Vatican city. There’s a shop right around the corner working till 12. Cold in the shower because a note said to open the window after shower to prevent mold. There was no moka pot which was disappointing considering we were in Italy.

• Klaudia (8/5): Bardzo udany wypad. - Bardzo dobra baza wypadowa. Nocowałyśmy w 7 osób - było wygodnie. Wyposażony w najbardziej potrzebne rzeczy - lodówka, mikrofalówka, czajnik, suszarka do włosów i żelazko wraz z deską. Dookoła restauracje, blisko sklep, apteka i przystanek autobusowy. Do Watykanu spacerek 20 minut. Właściciel bardzo pomocny. Dużym plusem jest kontakt przez Whatsapp oraz możliwość skorzystania z prywatnego transferu na lotnisko za opłatą.

• Catalin Chitu (10/5): Great experience in Rome - Great experience in Rome. The apartment is around 1.2 km from Vatican City. Close to San Pietro urban train station that you can use to get to metro. The apartment is suitable for a group of 6 people. Easy to communicate with the owners. They helped us to arrange the pickup from airport to apartment and back airport. They recommended us a few places where we can eat. No complains.

• Natalia (8/5): - Потрясающее расположение, почти напротив собора Святого Петра, 5 минут пешком, вечером открывается потрясающий вид. Большие апартаменты, хорошо работает кондиционер. Было грязно. Складывалось впечатление, что полы после предыдущих гостей никто на был, длинные черные волосы были намотаны в раковине, из-за этого был забит слив, крошки на диване, пол в пятнах на кухне. Хотелось бы, чтобы хозяева обратили внимание на качество уборки.

Un caballero muy amable siempre dispuesto a ayudar, preocupado del más minimo detalle para que todo saliera bien. Mi hijo enfermó estándo allá y el mismo me trajo los medicamentos tarde en la noche, lo recomiendo 100% Te recomienda los mejores lugares para ir, se preocupa que consigas las entradas a los lugares más visitados. Muy preocupado y de la mejor calidad humana en una ciudad tan fría como Roma

• marion (8/5): - La chambre en duplex, le volume de la pièce de vie Le logement était assez sombre malgré de beaux volumes et nous devions toujours surveiller le niveau sonore car le logement était très peu insonorisé et les voisins peu engageants
• Elena (10/5): Viaje en familia. - La ubicación cerca de tiendas, restaurantes, buses, tren... El aire acondicionado, que es fundamental en Roma en verano! Era un gusto entrar en la casa después de un día de visita por Roma. La casa tiene de todo, incluso lavadora! Hemos estado muy a gusto. Los niños durmieron en el sofá, que es algo más incómodo para un adulto. Las dos camas dobles son muy cómodas. Por comentar algo, las vistas desde las ventanas son a patio Interior. Cuidado al poner la lavadora, que sea buena hora porque hace mucho ruido.

• Donna (10/5): Enjoyed our stay and felt safe, everything we needed was close by. - Close to shops, restaurants and buses, the owner was lovely and as we were 5 girls 16-65 he checked on us to make sure we were safe. We really appreciated that. Well equiped little kitchen, I used the oven every day. Our favourite restaurant was just a short walk away . Not the owners fault but the blasted pigeon poo Everytime we opened the window. The couch was a little uncomfortable but we managed ok.
• Agata (9/5): It was absolutely amazing. We are sure we will come back! Rome is a real experience… - The apartment is really spacious and comfortable. There is a lot of room for 2 families. It has all necessary appliances- fridge, coffee machine, microwave, toaster and even a washing machine. It is nearby shops, bus stops, train station and it is within the 15 minutes walking distance to Vatican. Round the corner there is the best Italian tavern ever - Buona Forchett. The apartment host is very nice, helpful and responsive! So grazie mille 🩵🙏 The bathroom needs a bit refreshment.

• Steven (2/5): The property owner could make some upgrades to this apartment to bring it up to a decent standard - Beds, furniture and linins were not good. No fan in the bathroom so black mold spots on the walls.

• Hristin (10/5): Nice and clean apartment at good location! - Good location,near to bus stops,restaurants,walking distance(30-40 minutes) from the beautifull Old part of Rome,and realy near to The Vatican!There is a supermarket CAREFOOR in 20 meters.Nice and clean apartment with well equiped kitchen,comfy beds,big flat screen TV.Good comunication with the host.We do recomend it for a family stay. Everithyng was perfect,the only think we did not like...the host let the next guests to enter the apartment before we leave it...(before 10;30).... But in general-10 points out of 10.

• Alba (5/5): I would not stay again but it is affordable, close to St Peter’s Sqaure and the owner is polite. - Could walk to St Peter’s Square Restaurants and grocery store nearby Train station and buses nearby Owner was easy to contact and very polite and did his best to make our stay comfortable. Affordable The floors looked dirty when we arrived. It look like someone stepped in water and then walked throughout the apartment with their shoes. You have to turn the water off while you shower otherwise it will overflow. You don’t have a view on any of the windows. So it’s very dark during the day unless u turn on the light. Smelled like cigarettes or something similar 2 normals beds were comfortable but the third bed you could feel the springs and was super uncomfortable so really only 4 people can sleep comfortable. One of us had to sleep on the couch

• Serban (7/5): Good - We were arriving before the check-in hour in the city and we understood from the owner that we cannot do early check in. That was fine, but after we spent some time in the city and came at the right check in hour we found the flat uncleaned and had to wait another 3 hours in the city. What an irony :) When we asked for higher temperature we received it but with salty remarks like “it will be too hot in here”. As a client it’s my right to request higher temperature + that the heating didn’t work at night. It would be good focusing less increasing 3 euros in profits and more focus on customer service :)

• Donna (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is comfortable and very clean - it was a perfect base to explore Rome. Bus routes were on our doorstep which linked into local metro stations. The apartment was so leas than 5 minutes walk to Carrefour and pharmacy. Umberto our host was helpful and kind booking a taxi to the airport and giving us local advice.
• Martin (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very nice and clean and within walking distance to everything we wanted to see/explore, very close to the Vatican. We liked everything.
• Camilo (10/5): Exceptional - It was bigger than expected. Looks quite modern. The sofa can accommodate 2 people easily. The welcome coffee was very appreciated. The host was very responsive. Really close to the vatican. A supermarket less than 100 meters away. Value for money. If you go by car it's difficult to find empty spaces on the street. However there is a paying parking garage less than two blocks away.
