• Guest (6/5): A bit disappointing. - Spacious apartment, with 2 double bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen. Cleaning was ok, but not excellent. Coffee machine had a box of coffee capsules which was nice to have. Beds were comfortable enough. Neighbourhood was quiet enough by Rome standards. Overall, it was ok but not great. Cleanliness wasn't excellent, there was grime all around the shower frame and mould on the wall in the bathroom. Next door neighbours are nosisy in the evening, especially their kid. He rang our door bell a few times, one of the days. The apartment is full of personal items and it feels like someone still lives there. Location is far from the city centre, metro is a 20 mins walk. There is a bus stop near, but the buses sre irregular. Communication with the owner was slow and disappointing. He offered to collect us from the airport and then told us 2 days before arrival that he wasn't coming. We arrived on the day of the general sttike in Rome, when transport wasn't running. Check out time of 11 am is not applicable. We were asked to leave at 10, although we insisted we needed the extra hour to pack our bags.

• Angel (9/5): Lugar muy bueno y apropiado para alojarse hasta por mas tiempo - la limpieza estaba muy bien. La tranquilidad del barrio ha sido un extra. Todo estaba igual que en la pagina Web. las camas de solteros, los colchones no son comodos. Yo tengo problemas de columna y mi hermana movilidad reducida.

• Guest (10/5): - È stato tutto molto comodo, abbiamo trovato parcheggio sotto casa, forse un pochino distante dalla metro ma abbiamo sempre girato in macchina visto che la ZTL non era attiva, la casa grande, tutte le camere avevano l'aria condizionata, quindi benissimo!

• Naomi (9/5): Soggiorno X laurea in Unicusano - Ho alloggiato con la mia famiglia in questo appartamento per 2 notti in occasione della mia laurea presso l’ Università Unicusano. L’ ho scelta proprio per la vicinanza all’ ateneo: con il taxi ci abbiamo messo 5 minuti ad arrivare. La zona è tranquilla e silenziosa. La metro vicina. Il check-in è semplice e veloce,basta seguire le indicazioni mandate dal proprietario su Whatsapp. La casa è spaziosa, luminosa e pulita. C’è un unico bagno con una doccia piccola, ma ben funzionante. La casa è attrezzata bene: ci sono pentole, piatti, bicchieri, frigo ecc.. Il proprietario ci ha lasciato anche gli asciugamani. È presente un parcheggio nelle vicinanze, facile da raggiungere a piedi e comodissimo per evitare di perdere tempo a cercare posto auto in zona. Gli asciugamani forniti erano insufficienti: eravamo 5 ospiti ma ne erano disponibili solo 4. Le lenzuola non avevano il classico profumo di pulito, ma odoravano di chiuso. L’aria condizionata nelle camere non funzionava correttamente: usciva poca aria e non era sufficientemente fredda. L’unico split funzionante era quello presente nella sala.

• Caitriona (10/5): Great base for exploring Rome. Would return to stay and would also recommend to others. - The apartment was ideal for mine family of 4, it was a 15 min bus ride from heart of Rome. The bus stop 1 min walk from the apartment. The metro is about 15 mins away. The apartment was clean, well equipped and in a lovely area. Host was great for communication. Nothing, it all was perfect.

• Suraj (9/5): Superb - Very comfortable apartment and quiet neighborhood. Easy access to the bus stop and groceries store. The Batistini metro station is also just a 15 minute walk from the apartment. The doors made a lot of noise while opening and closing The bathroom door had issues with its lock.
• Marthinus (9/5): Superb - All good - spacious and clean apartment with a great host. Host picked us up from the airport for a fee at 1 in the morning and dropped us back again so getting the keys were easy. Short walk to Metro, Restaurants and shops. We will stay again.
• Ronvs66 (7/5): Rome_2025 - Spacious apartment in quiet area and max. 15 min walk to metro station. Very nice Bar, Mario di Romeo Massimo close by with great food and pastries. Owner is very friendly and can offer transfer to/from the airport. The apartment can need a refresh in general of rooms and outside furniture. The 2nd bedroom has no possibility to sleep for a couple, so for children it's fine.
• Velitchka (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very nice, comfortable, clean and cosy, gives a home-like feeling. It is supplied with everything one would possibly need during a stay. Good location on a quiet street. Our host Giuseppe was very nice and friendly, met us to give the keys and gave us all necessary instructions and tips for a good stay. I definately recommend this place to anyone travelling to Rome :)

• Danka (10/5): Our stay was very successful and we will remember it for a long time. - The apartment is large and pleasant. The beds are comfortable, the air conditioning works ok. There are many amenities, a power socket even on the terrace. The terrace itself is large and we spent pleasant evenings and ate meals there. Giuseppe is very nice and the contact with him was great. A few steps from the apartment there is a nice cafe with good prices ang a good coffe. I recommend the apartment and the Host. Grazie mille Giuseppe :)
• Rajko (8/5): Very good value for the money. Very spacious, nice host. Not so good location. - Very spacious apartment, convenient for the families. Enough beds and separate rooms. Host is nice. Not so good location. Too far away from city center, we had to use metro or buses all the time (and unfortunately got robbed in metro).

He is super gentle and he waited for us at the airport, explained everything we need to know about the city and the property and gave us a lot of tips of where to go during our stay It’s a little far from the city center. You have to walk around 10 minutes to get to the metro and bus station

• Liva (10/5): Exceptional - Host was super nice, he offered to take us from the airport to the accommodations for a small fee. Public transport was close to the accommodation and very convenient to get to the center of Rome. Near the accommodation, there is a nice breakfast place as well as a pastry shop. The flat was pretty big and easy to use. I would say I felt as at home, because was cozy. Everyone had 2 towels and one of them really big - loved it! I really recommend it from the bottom of my heart!

• Chinglingyang (8/5): Very good - Compared to the accommodation rate in the Roma city Centre, it is really economical choice! The host contacted us and picked us up at home on Time. Friendly explaining all the things about the house to us. Quite spacious places for 2 people to share the whole apartment. Breakfast on the terrace will absolutely be a local experience! I think it takes time to walk from the metro station to the apartment( around 15 minutes), and it would be very hard with heavy luggage. I didn't pay attention to the conditions, especially since half of the pathway is slope. Though the place with good connection with the city center by bus, unfortunately the bus was not on time as we expected.

The apartment was large, very clean, excellently and tastefully furnished (we also noticed "our" Frantisek Drtikol), with a comfortable bed and a balcony, as has already been mentioned here many times. Thank you very much for everything and we recommend it to everyone!

• Valgerður (9/5): Nice flat in a nice neighbourhood - The location is good, nice neighbourhood, 8-10 min walk to the metro station. The kitchen was well equipped, apartment was clean and spacious with nice balconies. Super nice host who met us at the apartment and explained every thing about the apartment and how to get around in Rome. Also recemented restaurants and shopping close by.

• Katherine (9/5): Overall Excellent Stay! Good Value and Very Spacious! - This apartment is so spacious and provided everything we needed for our family of 2 adults and 3 kids. The property has an elevator for the luggage and the building feels very safe since there are kids in the unit next door. There is a corner store market very close with an affordable cafe too for your basic needs. Bring your own coffee pods (Nescafé) and detergent, but honestly you can buy those at the market. The closest metro is a good 10 min walk away and uphill back (not on a maintained sidewalk). Note that I would consider this to be extremely close, but the area around the metro doesn’t feel that safe, so I wouldn’t want to stay closer to there either. Eden Park is near the apartment and the Battistini metro. Our kids went there twice and really enjoyed it. Overall it was a great space and we had a good time! Location was far from the Metro station. With a van it will cost 66 euro (around 5pm) to get there from l the Termini station. On the way back we chose to taxi to the Battistini Metro. Cost was 10-15 euro per taxi (yes we got charged differently, same company, same path, the car with less people and luggage was charged more) and then then 1.50eu per adult to get to Termini. Once you learn the metro system, it’s incredibly easy to use and very affordable!
• Cheryl (9/5): Comfortable stay and a great host! :) - The host was really hospitable and helped answer any questions we had! The place was spacious and clean! It wasn’t in the city Center but was a 10min walk to the nearest metro which made it pretty easy to get around. About 20min to the Vatican City and 40min to the Spagna area by train The hot water is a little erratic and doesn’t warm up from time to time.
• Nayara (10/5): It was all great - Our stay was perfect. I was with my parents, who are elderly, and the location was perfect for access to public transport and markets. The apartment is great and the host is a nice person, who provided the transfer service for a great value, besides giving us many tips.
• Caroline (10/5): Fantastic stay. - The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed ,right down to umbrellas, which was much appreciated as it rained on our first day. Guisseppe was fantastic , a really lovely host. Runs a car service for a very reasonable price from and to the airport . Battistini is only 10 minutes away, very convenient to reach all tourist attractions.lovely, balcony to have our morning coffee. Many places to eat and shop locally. We had a fantastic stay, thank you very much, and look forward to staying again in the future. Everything was perfect.

• Peter (10/5): Clean, spacious appartment with huge terraces. Kind host. - The apartment was very clean and spacious with two rooms, two terraces and a living room. The bathroom was nice and comfortable. One room has a double bed and the other has two single beds. The terrace is great for breakfast and coffee as there is a garden table with chairs. Nice, well maintained, spacious appartment. The host is very nice and helpful. Flexible and easy check out process. Easy access to the centre by bus or metro. 25 minutes by metro. The neighbourhood is safe. This area of Rome is well-situated. I recommend this place. Everything was nice here. I would live in an appartment as this one. :)
