• Massimiliano (3/5): Pessimo, manca acqua, letto sfondato, muffa, mobilio di recupero - Vicinanza a Stazione Termini Alloggio che cade a pezzi, datato e con pezzi di recupero. Anta di armadio attaccata al muro come specchio, muffa sul soffitto, poatto doccia indescrivibile, mura sporche, letto sfondato, manca acqua fredda nel lavandino bagno. Devo continuare? Le foto che ho fatto parlano da sole

• Eric (2/5): Pas d'étoile pour ce logement, je ne le recommande pas - Juste la situation géographique, mais c'était un des critères du choix Pas d'accès à la cuisine, alors qu'une cuisine est présente sur toute les annonces, reste juste 2 chambres communicantes sans chaise ni table, ni cafetière, ni bouilloire, couchage moyen et je ne parle même pas de la difficulté pour rentrer dans le logement (je veux dire les chambres) aucune indications claires. C'est un appartement diviser en 2 parties, juste un attrape pognon. Le seul endroit ou on peut s'assoir la cuvette des WC, SUPER !!!. Un minimum pour prendre un petit déjeuner aurait été le bienvenu, mais rien.

• Rosan Evandro (1/5): PÉSSIMA HOSPEDAGEM - Nada. Chegamos no dia 02/01/2026 o chuveiro não esquentou em nenhum dia. Fomos orientado de como usar os aquecedores , fizemos corretamente e não funcionou. Não tivemos nenhum suporte , a temperatura estava em torno de 2 graus e tomamos banho gelado até nossa saída dia 02/01/2026 banhos gelados. Casa fria , não aconselho e a nenhuma família . Estamos todos chegando ao Brasil com resfriado. Meu filho está com muitas dores nas costas e pelo corpo. Ninguém apareceu para nos ajudar . Wi Fi não funcionou. A segurança nas ruas nas proximidades assusta muito. Na virada de ano ficamos com medo de sair do apartamento.

I proprietari sono stati super disponibili e gentili, la casa era capiente e bellissima. Tutto perfetto, sia per la posizione strategica che per la qualità dell'appartamento. Lo consigliamo vivamente a chiunque cerchi un posto comodo e accogliente a Roma. Grazie mille ai proprietari per l'ospitalità!"

• Victoria (6/5): Bon séjour mais déçu des dysfonctionnements. - Nous avons aimé l'emplacement dans la ville, la facilité à accéder au logement par une clé virtuelle, qu'il y ait quasiment presque ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine pour 8 personnes. Beaucoup de commerces et de restaurants différents autour. La connexion Wifi dans le logement et la climatisation dans chaque chambre étaient dysfonctionelles. Les télévisions ne fonctionnaient pas non plus comme elles nécessitaient une connexion Wifi correcte. La climatisation ne descendait pas en dessous de 27°C. La rue est très bruyante (jusqu'à 4h du matin) car très animée la nuit, beaucoup de trafic et la gare de train qui est très proche. Différentes petites fuites dans les salles de bains (sous le lavabo et la douchette de la douche). Nous avons fait part au propriétaire des dysfonctionnements dans l'appartement, il s'est proposé de venir mais n'est jamais venu.

• Zane (10/5): Great place in great location - Great location. We walked all the Rome by feet from apartment, it takes about 30 minutes walk to all the famous destinations. Nice area - lots of restaurants around, kids playground in 2 minutes walk, 10 minutes to station. Apartment is huge, clean, equiped with everything you need. There is a hair dryer in bathroom, but it doesn't fit in most of electricity plugs. Electricity plugs in bathroom seems to be broken. But you can dry your hair using the plug in hallway.

• Viacheslav (6/5): Pleasant - Big and funny apartment for the big family/company. Clean. Air-conditioners are not working properly. All three! Showers are not working properly. All two!
• Randipj (3/5): Ok accommodation in ok location - Good size property. Location was not too bad. The accommodation needs some maintenance. The oven had no power, and as the gas cooktop was integrated with the Electric oven, the Gas would not light up. I asked about this from the host and was asked to use a lighter which was not provided. The host expected me to have a lighter. I am not a smoker, so I do not carry a lighter. A cigarette lighter was organised by the host later on, however has anyone tried lighting a cooking gas hob with a cigarette lighter? Its downright dangerous. The host did not acknowledge the fact that the oven did not have power, so was unusable. Instead I was told to use the Microwave as an alternative, even though a microwave is not the same and cannot take metal utensils like a normal oven would. The apartment was also very hot, and the AirCon units barely managed to keep the temp below 26/27 degrees Cel, which is not comfortable. One of the AirCon units also was leaking water everywhere, as the water drain for AirCon was actually inside the apartment and draining into a bucket, which was overflowing. One of the bathrooms also had very low water pressure. There were clearly some communication and language issues, as the checkin instructions were not accurate. I was not even provided the Apartment number, just a photo of the door. All doors in that block look the same. I had to ask for the apartment number over the phone. So, overall the stay was not good.
• Darshan (8/5): Very good - Overall, the place was very good and suitable for longer stays. The process for collecting the keys was very awful. The host came late and asked to pay for late check-in fee. Check-in process was unnecessary complicated.

• Deborah (5/5): Disappointing Place to Stay - The apartment was roomy. I needed someone to meet me f2f at the property. I had extreme difficulty figuring out how to get into the property and I had no idea how to make the stove top work. Also, one of the showers would not drain properly and I had to keep a shower to no more than 3 minutes before water was in danger of spilling out onto the bathroom floor. In addition, the location was a 45 minute walk from the Trevi Fountain and an hour from Trastevere, so I ended up spending lots of money on taxis. I would never stay there again.

• Kiel (10/5): Spacious. - Large spacious accommodation. Amazing, amazing value for money. We were a group of 3 and there was still an extra bed. Would recommend for a family. Area had some nice eateries and bus stop is close (station is only a 10 minute - 15 minute walk) Instructions to locate the apartment need to be a little clearer... second floor, turn right and it is the first door on the left... They had shared pictures etc but it was not as easy to locate and we did encounter a somewhat disgruntled gent when we knocked on the incorrect door. There was WiFi in the apartment which was handy.
• Mariela (9/5): I will definitely stay here again if they tell me that they have a good coffee maker. - The location was perfect a few blocks from the Termini Terminal, was spacious, clean, easy access. it didn’t have it working coffee maker.
• Bec (10/5): Would stay again! - Great accommodation, great communication. Location was about 10min walk to Station, bus stop right out the front that can take you to major sites if you don't want to walk. The apartment was huge, 7 of us stayed there, plenty of room for us all.

Bus stop (71) is right in front of the bldg. Had to go to their main office to settle thru card. Another option is to pay cash at the property.

• Anish (7/5): Good - Large space, close to train station, general facilities were decent Wooden railing on staircase in the main bedroom was loose so wasn't really safe, property needs a bit of upgrading in general otherwise

DONT BE FOOL BY PHOTOS - nearby shop and cafe mearby the owner did not maintain the house. it is 100% different from the picture. don’t be fool by the photos. its all different and most item are broken. ONLY ONE TOILET to cater large group. you have to que to use them!!
• Alfred (9/5): Recommended place to stay - Spacious apartment ideal for a family. Great location nearby Rome Termini train station, making it very easy to go around Rome. All one needs can be found within walking distance. Apartment equipped with all necessities. Highly recommended. Nothing in particular.
• Thomas (8/5): Spacious apartment close to city center - Big apartment close to the city center. Easy access to bus 71. Takes you downtown. Quiet area. Good restaurants and nero caffe in the same piazzale. Hardly hot water in the morning and evening. The shower need a good and thorough cleaning. The aircondition need an upgrade as well.

• Aaron (10/5): Best place for a family to stay in Rome. - Daniele was exceptionally kind and gave us all the directions and tips about what to visit. The he was checking up if everything was ok. The beds were not the best and one of the aircon had a leak that I'm sure they will fix soon.
• Jobelle (8/5): Spacious flat in Rome - Large 2 bedroom flat near the train station. Beautiful building. Furnished with sheets and towels. Great coffee place downstairs (Nero caffè) and artisanal gelato nearby. Pocket wifi was convenient. Host informed us only one hour in advance that an "air-conditioning expert" would drop in on our last day. We were already somewhere far and our belongings (ipads, macs) were lying around so we asked him to reschedule. The expert didn't arrive apparently but the host still entered the flat despite our explicit instructions not to. We were sorely disappointed that the host disregarded our requests, even if the host left free coffee pods.
