Guest Reviews
- Lavinia (9/5): Superb - I liked the location of the apartment, the views and how great, supportive and good communicator the host was. It was a little bit cold for us in the apartment, but the host understood our needs and the heat was turned on.
- Laura (1/5): Never go here. Hell in Rome - Nothing. Dont go to this appartment. Worst experience in 20 years travelling with Booking.com Very small, hot inside, very old building and windows. They have a system that you can only have electricity with The keys inside which Is very umconfortable, this is not a hotel, no insultaron at all. They even have The keys welded for guest can not put them out.Air conditioner Is only in The kitchen and appartment is everyday 30 degrees, impossible to sleep, when you arrive to the appartment after 1-1,5 h from central Rome, air conditioner has no time to refresh at all. The bed Is not a bed and no 2*2, it Is a IKEA sofá with no matress, only a plástic Surface. People cleaning Is very rude. Reading other negative comments from guests I am sure the owner Is going to answer that We were rude and that We left The appartment dirty. No balcony as you see in photos, it Is The entrance. Washing machine In The small bathtoom but also blocked, only can be used calling them and paying 10 €. Euros seem to be The only thing real matters this host. No fire protection at all in a very old building.
- Tingyu (5/5): Passable - Staff is very nice and friendly. We didn’t have hot water to take shower for 2 nights…
- Miljana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Branka (8/5): Very good - I like natural light in the apartment ... it makes my heart to sing ... It is small apartment, but you have everything what you need....even like that they had coffee...so I learned how to make coffee in a mocha pot. Coffee is different in my area, but I enjoyed the new taste of coffee. One night we had no hot water for the shower, but the problem was fixed the next morning. Quick good reaction for solution.
- Luka (9/5): Superb -
- Nicky (10/5): Exceptional -
- Francis (4/5): Do not stay here unless you are an inexperienced traveler. The host arrangement in condescending and refuses to speak It - proximity to the neighborhood, near local bars and eateries, food shopping, and close to the underground metro, as well as 10-15 minute walking distance to buses and trams Unfriendly and unnecessary limitations and restrictions with house rules; i.e., use of washing machine free, only allowed one time, thereafter
at a cost of 15€ per wash, and only if a host or hostess is present to “unlock” the machine & select the cycle for you. I was allowed one set of thin bathroom towels. After ten days I had to ask for a clean set of towels and sheets. I should have been given two sets of each at the outset but their intention is to control everything about the apartment. I removed the rubberized mattress pad as it was extremely uncomfortable and hot. Besides I don’t wet the bed or engage in questionable bedtime behavior. I found the rubber pad to be especially repulsive. Use of vacuum cleaner is strictly prohibited, ironing board pad is filthy rotten tattered and torn, but the iron seems to work fine, with a towel needed to protect whatever is being ironed. In my case it was an expensive men’s shirt I didn’t want ruined by laying it flat on metal where a pad was visibly worn out and useless. The IKEA furnishings in the bedroom, (a huge round bed) and in the IKEA furnishings in the kitchen area detract from the feeling of what one would expect to find in an Italian apartment. The kitchen is equipped with another larger than life overstuffed chair, and two IKEA wooden kitchen table chairs, crammed into a tiny cooking/questionable dining space, with an oversized IKEA foldout kitchen table that when opened blocks access into or out of the kitchen, and leaves no room for proper dining, especially if there is more than one person at the table. In addition to a gigantic round bed and a huge overstuffed chair in the bedroom, there is a wardrobe that is locked clearly off limits, but it does have two small drawers good for something but not much. The ceiling lights and TV turn off automatically after 50 minutes of viewing with explanation, so in the midst of a TV program it goes blank and the system has to be rebooted.
