• Davide (6/5): - Gli spazi sfruttati al massimo Le scale... quasi mi ammazzavo son scivolato la porta nn si chiude bene quella del bagno, quindi : l'acqua esce dalla porta essendoci la doccia subito in prossimità, le scale sono confinanti con il bagno e... lascio immaginare.... troppo pericoloso!!! Poi il frigo anche quello acqua ovunque.... ma li puo' succedere,

• Léa Nanas (1/5): Attention à ce que vous réservez ! - Le point positif du logement est la situation géographique. La personne qui m'a accueillie était également tres agréable et la propriétaire plutôt reactive au niveau de la communication. Le logement est en fait une ancienne cave aménagée. La seule fenêtre est située dans la minuscule cuisine au rez-de-chaussée. Au sous-sol se trouvent 2 chambres sans fenêtres. Le logement est très oppressant et irrespirable. Les minuscules toilettes font office de salle de bain. La douche coule donc partout sur les toilettes, tout est donc trempé. Le logement nécessite un bon rafraîchissement: les murs sont sales, moisissures dans la sdb... De plus le nettoyage est trop sommaire: les lits et serviettes étaient propres, les toilettes aussi, mais le logement était très poussiéreux, les bibelots sur les étagères tout collants et pleins de poussière... Je n'ai pas pu rester dans le logement car je m'y sentais tres mal et jai du trouver un autre logement pour la fin de mon séjour, donc perte de temps et perte d'argent. Je suis très déçue.

• Carole (2/5): Unfortunately, it didn’t meet our expectations. Was probably better suited for younger and agile people. I live in a 20 - The location was perfect for all sightseeing. Angelo was prompt to meet us when Viviana realized we were at the door. Although there was a lot of ingenuity in using every corner of this basement, the ergonomic was nul. Walking up and down thru a steep stairway to an area without WIFI, bathing in a minuscule bathroom that opened into the kitchen with no privacy was unsettling. Even with all the gadgets(buttons), it was impossible to relax and be comfortable in any area. There was no personal greeting or help if needed if something went wrong ( like the washer/dryer not working for us)… The pictures shown on Booking were from other apartments, a lot bigger and appointed differently: didn’t show the apartment we were given.
• Juan Antonio (5/5): - La ubicación era muy buena aunque la calle estaba en obras y sucia. El propietario fue muy desagradable. Alquilamos el apartamento pagando por tres personas, mi marido, mi hijo y yo. Cuando llegamos nos dejó sábanas para la cama de matrimonio y pretendía que pagáramos las sábanas a parte de la cama de mi hijo. Algo inexplicable. Es cierto que tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos guardar las maletas antes de la entrada a la casa y de que fueran a limpiar pero el día de la salida a las 9.57 estaban llamando a la puerta para que salgamos. La cocina es muy pequeña realmente un pasillo pero para lo que se está en la casa puede pasar. La ventilación es justa por lo que los aires acondicionados deberían ser mucho mejores. El que está en la cocina no funcionaba bien. El baño tiene la ducha en el mismo espacio del inodoro y lava manos con lo que si uno se ducha y luego entra otro al baño lo deja todo mojado y no estaba acondicionado para esto con al menos una alfombrilla.

• Ashley (8/5): Very good - The location was fantastic and it was easy to interact with the host. The space is on the smaller side and there is no comfortable area to unwind in the evening.

• Laura (10/5): Amazing location, cool property and great TV! - Amazing location! Our kid loved having the TV in his room with access to Netflix and YouTube. Property was nice and cool and fairly soundproof. Kitchen had plenty of utilities to use and there was a washing machine (we didn't use this). Water fountain right outside the front door too. The shower covered the bathroom/toilet with water but this was a minor inconvenience. It was a bit difficult to access the property, requiring access to WiFi and having to contact the person in charge to get the code for the lock box.

A very relaxing place after seeing a lot of places in Rome. - very clean unit, organize and location of the unit near to all famous tourist attractions especially in Vatican City. owner is very helpful and responsive to any queries we asked. nothing
• Hailee (8/5): Small but lots of useful things in the kitchen, great location for food and shops - I liked the location to lots of great shops and the piazza navona It was tight for three people, but we could have predicted that based on the square feet so it was not the property’s fault.

• Anil (5/5): Passable - The room was not ready at 14.00, when we were supposed to check in, there were no clean blankets in the room, and we were disturbed by the repairman at 08.30 in the morning on our check-out day. Apart from that, we did not have any problems and there was no problem with communication. I won't stay there again, but I can't say it was too bad.

• Jack (10/5): Great location and great value and the host was so helpful - The location is excellent and the bed is very comfortable I was slightly too tall for the stairs but I got used to it
• Clodoaldo (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location. You can reach by walking a lot of places as Fontana di Trevi or the Pantheon just as an example. Host were really nice and explains how to use everything.

• Marta (7/5): I would recommend cheri navona because of its location & proximity to all attractions of Rome. - The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from Piazza Navona. Air conditioner Water fountain was right next to the entrance to the apartment which was very convenient. Not the most clean and very few kitchen utensils. The bathroom doors can't be closed. It's very small so if you plan to stay in a lot I don't recommend this apartment, but if you're going to be outside most of the time and will use the place just to sleep, that's not a problem.
