• Jodi (10/5): Abdallah is the star - Firstly, the apartment was exactly as advertised. I immediately re-booked for another four nights. The operations manager, Abdallah. He is the star. I'm not sure there is enough room to write all the wonderful words I want to say. Here goes, I came for two nights and stayed for six. If I had longer in Cairo, I would have extended more. That's because of Abdallah, he is a genuinely caring, kind human being. He made me feel so welcome and safe. I was travelling solo. Do not know my way around. He checked in with a text every few days seeing that I was okay, how was the accommodation. So helpful. I hope the business knows what a value he is to the company. He greets me with a beautiful genuine smile every time. He went above and beyond to help me. The last time was today. I'm beginning my long journey home (just under two full days) my ride cancelled. My phone data was playing up. He stepped in and organised my airport ride. I connected to the airport wifi, I have messages from him making sure I got to the airport safely. This isn't just customer service. This is an extremely wonderful human being. The kindness he has shown me is going to stay with me. 🩷 I didn't like, that I'm leaving now. I wish I had found Prime Select Kattameya Bavaria Town earlier in my trip. This property felt like home. Abdallah made it feel like home. I am returning to Egypt and I am returning here.
• wejdan (10/5): - Everything about our stay was fantastic! The team was amazing, the apartment was clean, and it smelled great. The location is another highlight. As a group of girlfriends, we felt completely safe with a guard on duty and cameras everywhere, which is another reason to adore this place. This was my second stay here, and I’m sure it won't be the last, inshallah. I also want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Islam and his team for taking such great care of us!

I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Ziad and Kareem for making our stay so memorable. I highly recommend this place to others. We had a maintenance issue with the sink, and the team was there to help solve it.

From the moment I arrived, Ahmed's warm welcome and attentive assistance made me feel right at home. • When1 (6/5): Quiet area - quiet area, reasonable price, There is a supermarket in front of the accommodation. It was not cleaned and smelled. No hair dryer, soap or shampoo. Room size was small.

• Abdulbasit (8/5): Fantastic apartments especially for medium to long term stay - Everything was great. The location of the apartment, was very central close to the ring road and 15min away from Maadi. You will feel right at home in this apartment. All the amenties are available you just need to drop your bags! The apartment is located inside a gated compound which is very quiet and very safe. You have several ATMs, café and supermarket nearby as well. Ahmed the owner is really helpful and will help.you with any enquiries you have at anytime of the day and night :) Cleanliness could have been more thorough Offering cleaning for stays of more than 5 days Making sure the bed linen and towels are being changed No washing machine!

I was impressed with the follow up on arrival time and even though there was a delay Mr. Mustafa was very patient, helpful with a friendly attitude and a smile. The apartment was clean, cozy and tidy with high security. I strongly recommend to book with Prime.
