• penello (5/5): Non è un appartamento di lusso ed è più picoclo di quanto sembri nelle foto. - La posizione è il quartiere perfetto La terrazza grande e accogliente La cucina era fornita e ben accessoriata Non è luxury come viene definito nell’annuncio. Il divano non è comodo. La posizione della tv è sbagliata, meglio in camera, oppure doppia. La copertura del wc di sotto era rotta e si muoveva. Il tavolo sotto tetto starebbe meglio al piano di sotto al posto delle poltroncine. Il materasso è eccessivamente morbido. La tenda non copre la luce che filtra dalla finestra. Dal bidet del bagno di sopra non esce acqua quindi lo rende inutile e l’anfitriona non ha risolto il problema. Lo spazio è più piccolo di quello che sembra dalle foto.

• Elisheva (10/5): Exceptional - It's a very central apartment, clean and tidy. It has facilities for cooking but is close to all the restaurants and bars. This is the second time we've come back to stay and we'll definitely come back again :)

• Irita (7/5): Good - at the very last day the host for a reasonable price offered to drive us to the airport. we are very thankful for that We had a flight delay and felt very stressed about it. We also had problems using Uber and the local taxi app. In addition, the host raised the level of our stress by sending a lot of messages saying that check-in was until 10 p.m. Finally, we got in time and managed to check in until 10 p.m. However, if you have any doubts that you can manage in time, please do not consider these apartments.

• Amy (10/5): Excellent, would stay again and 100% recommend! Great value. - Clean, modern, very well equipped, the air-con was fantastic! The host was also absolutel amazing, and provided cold water and breakfast in the fridge for the morning as we arrived super late! Nothing!
• Lalla (10/5): My go-to place in vibrant Pigneto! - It's the second time that I stay at Vic Pigneto, it's my go-to place when I'm in Rome visiting friends in the area. The apartment is super functional for me, having to work during the day. Internet is very stable, the flat is quiet, has all the comforts to cook something or eat outside since there's a lot of cafe, bar, restaurants within minutes of walking distance. The apartment is on two levels, super clean, the bed is very comfortable, and the 2 bathrooms (one for each level, both with showers) are also very practical. Air conditioning is great for the hot summer in Rome. On top of this, special mention to the Host, super kind! Nothing, really perfect for me.

She really wanted us to have a good time and eat and enjoy Rome. The patio was a slice of heaven. Enjoy a cigarette and look at the stars or sunbathe. It’s huge and was the icing on the cake. The king size bed was beautifully made and comfortable. There were 2 bathrooms as well which was a huge plus. I was very happy with the overall stay and I’m in Rome 3 times a year but this was one of my favorite stays if you have seen the Vatican a bunch. I had a car and found free parking close by every night.

• Rolf (3/5): Below expectations & leaving the apartment with the feeling of being ripped off. - Well connected to Rome, as you could quickly reach the city via the metro. The pictures and description of the apartment and the neighborhood are not representative. The apartment is smaller than expected and the terrace is not inviting or relaxing. You are surrounded by high fences and a run-down neighborhood feeling. Furthermore, the host was not at all accommodating, making passive-aggressive comments when anything was needed, such as clean towels when ours wouldn't dry in the moldy bathroom.

I could say that something I like, maybe the only good things is that location is in Rome, and near is a fantastic bar for a nice breakfast.. Thas all!! The way how the host treat us, like a client's and also the way that apartment looks. I request from booking process invoice.. But I don't receive. Also the area where is situated this apartment(is too. Much to say apartments).. Is not one of that you want to be!!

• Wijs (8/5): Very good - Great location, close to the metro line and lots of restaurants. The owner is very nice and helpful. The steel gate from the terrace made a horrible noise when opened. Separate keys for entrance door to the building, apt door and terrace door. we were a bit surprised to see the terrace is separated from the apt and shared between 2 apartments.
• Yunchong (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment was fairly clean and the bed was comfortable. It’s good for a short stay. The owner is very nice. The microwave wasn’t working. Apartment was smaller than what it looked like. Farther from the city center than we thought. A bit too expensive for what it is.
• Akash (9/5): Good property in Vic Pigneto! Kind host :) - Angela is a kind host who has a very cozy and nicely decorated property close to a very hip party area. The apartment has enough space for two people to stay and had all amenities we could ask for. The wifi connection was good, the check-in was smooth, the apartment was clean, Angela was kind enough to offer us a complimentary wine bottle as well. There are two bathrooms which was a real plus and there is a metro/tram/bus station 10 mins from the property. The address mentioned on the Booking.com took us to the wrong location and we had to walk 10 extra minutes late at night to reach the property. Other than that, no other complaints, Angela is a hardworking host who is mostly available to help her guests :)
• Pejman (6/5): Our stay at Vic Pigneto - The apartment was clean and had the minimum equipment required. We visited in the cold months, and I would have appreciated more soft furnishings and decorations inside the apartment. The floors are all tiled, which is great for summer, but for winter, carpets or provision of some slippers would have been useful. There is also a large terrace that can be used but is not so accessible easily due to the complex locks installed. This is a shame, as pictures of this area are used heavily in advertising, but in reality, it's not very easy to use. The last point is regarding the city tax. This was verbally mentioned at the check-in. Would have liked this incorporated in the booking. This additional fee is paid in cash, and no receipts are offered. Overall, it was a good place, but it was overpriced for the luxury apartment it is being advertised for.

• Jim (8/5): Very good - Comfortable bed Auto locking front gate. You need to have a key to open gate to get out. Its possible to get trapped. If you leave key in flat and close door you are trapped in behind a steel gate with no way out. You need to leave key in flat on final day so you have to make sure to jam gate open or have someone hold it. Inconvenient If not dangerous
