Guest Reviews
- Fernando (8/5): - Ubicación, limpieza, tiene menaje necesario. Las camas son incomodas.
- Iwona (7/5): Dobra lokalizacja.
- Deb (7/5): - The host was awesome meeting us, very friendly, and gave us a good explanation of the place and what was on in Rome - very helpful.
The location was brilliant - close to subway and supermarkets. Unfortunately we left some food out overnight and got a plague of ants, so sprayed them away.
We also couldn't have more than 2 electrical appliances on at one time or the power board would cut out, so cooking was tricky - stove and oven going, but no heating or wifi 🤣
- David (10/5): Fantastic stay, have already recommended the property to friends and family. Absolutely loved Rome and I’m so happy we p - It was a fantastic location with lovely restaurants near by. There was plenty of room, clean and tidy. It was a really calming, homely feel to the property. There isn’t anything I didn’t like.

- Sarah (8/5): Great Location, good vibe - Great location! Couldnt have asked for more really. Air conditioning, everything we needed for 2 adults and 3 small children in Rome. Great communication and help from owner. The third bed was a pullout in the shared area but was still pretty comfy
- Miriam (7/5): If you’re claustrophobic keep on looking or stay out and about touring. - The location was good, about 15min walk to Colosseum and same to/from train station. There’s a washer and complimentary small starter shampoo bottles and conditioner. Enough towels provided. Comfortable beds. Appreciate the apt. allowing a stay for us two adults with 3 kids. If you’re claustrophobic keep on looking. When we arrived, the place felt warm. The remote control was supposed to turn on the A/C but turns out it [control] wasn’t working. The air from A/C was barely blowing/cooling. You’d think that if they ask for your arrival time multiple times, it’s because they’re getting the place ready. I understand the energy conservation/ electric bills but I suggest turning in A/C at least 30 min. before for guest arrival. We were told they’d ask the owner to come check out the A/C and /or bring a fan…but I really doubt they even asked. The space was warm and small. If you’re claustrophobic, be in the bedroom. That is more spacious and with high ceilings, lol. I couldn’t sleep at night. It sounded like construction or something scratching hard on the walls. I was looking forward to this to being my fave. place to stay in Italy based on the pictures, but the A/C condition changed that and the tiny living area😬.
- Kyle (7/5): Good - Location is amazing. Small apartment not designed to house our family of 6. Can sleep 6, but nowhere to sit or eat. We didn't plan on spending time there other than sleeping so still ok.
