• Mirella (9/5): - Top ligging, ruim proper appartement, alles voorzien , voldoende handdoeken . 3 aparte bedden 2x2 persoons ,1x 1 persoons met voldoende privacy tussen . Centrale ligging was top je kunt overal te voet naar toe. Warme bakker op 10 meter , top restaurantje rechtover, voor weinig geld zeer goed gegeten Wifi bereik iets minder

• Davide (7/5): Verne House: il Nautilus - Posizione ottima a 10 minuti a piedi da Colosseo e fori, ottima zona con tutti i servizi a portata di mano. Rispetto alle altre recensioni, la doccia ha funzionato. Proprietario disponibile. Prenotato per 4 abbiamo trovato attrezzato per due, il proprietario ci ha dato la combinazione per aprire l'armadietto con le lenzuola e gli asciugamani in modo da poter sistemare il divano letto. I letti erano scomodi, in particolare il divano letto in soggiorno. Il bagno del piano sopra ha delle infiltrazioni sul soffitto del soggiorno e ogni volta che scaricano si sente odore di fogna. Casa molto buia con arredamento in stile barca antica, da qui il titolo della recensione.

• Rebeca (7/5): Great location but the apartment needs basic improvements, such as window soundproofing, water pressure adjustment, and - Great size apartment for a family of 4. Kitchen equipped with enough for basic cooking for breakfast and dinner. The quality and of the bed mattress is not very good over all the sofa bed,the apartment needs a refurbished on this. The water pressure is not enough for get a proper shower and the most important thing of all there is a pub downstairs which makes it impossible to sleep until it closes (at 2 am)
• Astrid (7/5): Wonderful location, very friendly staff, shame about the beds, but that might be easily resolved. - The location! Santa Maria maggiore, the colosseum and forum romanum at walking distance. All public transport walking distance as well. Nice restaurants in the street and a good bakery right next door. The Monti neighborhood is charming as well. For parents traveling with small kids, there are great playgrounds at parco colle Oppio and at piazza Vittorio Emmanuele. The beds! Though the staff was very responsive and nice to bring a thick blanket to put on top of the sofa bed, you still had to be a banana to be comfortable. The double bed is a bit better, but with two people it turns into a big pit as well. A visit to ikea for good top mattresses would be a great investment, to get top ratings for those place. There is not a lot of natural light, because of small and few windows, but actually that is probably nice in hot months, keeping the heat out.
• Jakub (10/5): Exceptional - The location is great, close to the train station and bustling with life, 10 minutes on foot to the Colosseum or Forum Ronmanum. We also liked the interior, which had its own charm. The kitchen is also very convenient and it was possible to prepare dinner for 4 people without any problems. In front of the entrance to the staircase, garbage from the apartments is stored and it doesn't smell very good, but you only feel it for a few seconds.
• Peter (8/5): Very good - The location was great. Pretty quiet inside. Large space. Felt safe. The steps up could be a problem for some. Checkout was early at 10am but thankfully we were allowed to leave our bag there until 12pm which was incredibly helpful. The second bedroom is actually the living room with a sofa bed which effectively means that you have no sitting room if travelling in a non couple situation. The air conditioning in the living room was only alright and the room would remain rather warm. It is Rome in the summer, which I know makes everything hot and warm.
• Lizette (2/5): Very poor - No hot water, the building is old and it doesn't have maintenance. It looks dangerous. The cost so expensive and we didn't have hot water any day. The washing machine didn't work. All lights doesn't work, the place so dark. we asked to the owner and the attention was horrible.

• Vladimir (8/5): Very good - Great location, in the area of ​​the Cathedral of Santa Maria Maggiore. Walking distance to all sights and attractions. A large, clean and well-furnished apartment. Many supermarkets nearby. No Wi-Fi, that's surprising, we live in the 21st century after all.

• Yuliya (10/5): Cozy Cave - There was two separate rooms for me and my friends to have our own space. Bed is comfortable. Kitchen had everything we need ( besides a spatula 😝😉) Location was very good.
