• STEPHANE (10/5): Super séjour. - Le confort et la propreté de l’appartement, l’emplacement proche du métro (12 min à pied) et des arrêts de bus ( en bas de l’immeuble), ce qui permet l’accès au centre de Rome très facilement, et enfin la gentillesse et la bienveillance d’Alessandro toujours disponible si besoin. • Monika (8/5): Duże mieszkanie w spokojnej dzielnicy - Dobra lokalizacja ok 10 minut piechotą do metra, spokojna mieszkalna dzielnica, w pobliżu liczne sklepy i kawiarnie. Mieszkanie jest bardzo przestronne, kuchnia i łazienka były dobrze wyposażone, było czysto, łóżka duże i wygodne. Miły właściciel. Mieszkanie jest stare, szczególnie meble w wielu miejscach są mocno zużyte (opadające lub nie otwierające się drzwiczki szafek itp.). Na początku naszego pobytu mimo ogrzewania w mieszkaniu było bardzo zimno.

• Neil (9/5): - Close to bus routes. Away from tourist area. Bed was very comfortable. Host was very pleasant. There is a lift to all floors but you have to walk up 6 steps to get to it. Might be a problem for some mobility impaired people. Advertised time check out was 10am. We were asked to leave by 9.30 so cleaning could be done before next guests at 12. Maybe a later check in time would be more appropriate.

• Enrica (10/5): Quando torneremo a Roma sceglieremo nuovamente questo appartamento! - La posizione vicina alla stazione e circondata da tutti i servizi (bar, supermercati, negozi di tutti i tipi). La pulizia accurata della casa e la presenza di tutto il necessario per farci sentire come a casa. La gentilezza e disponibilità di Alessandro che ci ha accolti nel migliore dei modi ed è stato sempre presente per tutta la durata del nostro soggiorno. Nulla!
• Dalibor (8/5): Property is an excellent value for money, not pretentious, but still functional - Owner was very friendly host and he helped us a lot with Rome’s police authorities after our car was robbed, so please use garage to park (“OK parking” very near the property) All was satisfactory

Alessandro is outstanding - We liked the proximity to our parking lot for our rental car, to the metro and to nearby eateries. The apartment was adorable, clean, well-furnished and comfortable. I really appreciated the communication that Alessandro (the owner) had with me prior to our stay and he was extremely kindhearted and helpful when we finally met! Not applicable…we enjoyed everything!

• Ct1982 (6/5): Convenient location - It was in a convenient location and very easy to travel in and out of Rome. Unfortunately we had no warm water for the shower and no pressure at all as of course we were already informed for this.

• Minyetty (10/5): Super - The apartment is outside the city center, but very easy access to it. You can take bus and metro. It's very close to Roma Tiburtina Station. A very important connection in to the city. The apartment was very clean, comfortable bed, with a balcony, kitchen (we did not use) but is there for you. There is also a washing machine. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The best was Alessandro, a great host. Very friendly, energetic and flexible. He was much more than expected.
• Regidor (8/5): Over all the place is pleasant and good value for money. - Location is ideal if you are driving since parking is free but it is not easy to get a spot near to the appartment. It is very near to bus stops so taking public transport to center of Rome is convenient. The water heater is erratic hard to control to desired water temperature.

• Lucian (10/5): Exceptional - Very cozy apartment with a very kind host by the name Alessandro. He was ready to answer to all our questions and we felt him more like a friend than the host. Apartment has 2 bedrooms, many shops close to it. We will return for sure. A bit too far from subway station
• Kinga (8/5): Easy commute to Rome centre - Good location (in the price range) around 12 minutes walk to the metro station or buses on the main street behind the building. Privacy. Clean. Wifi. Iron. Big, comfy beds. Would visit again. A bit noisy location but we were so tired it didn't bother us much and slept well. It's a bit hard to work out good temperature settings in the shower

Great location (2 short bus stop or 2 km walk from the metro/train station Laurentina), wery clean and tidy rooms. Ideal choise for 4 person. Host - Alessandro will support you with all possible cases or emergency, but be careful and don't miss the door's key :) No hair dryer in the apartment.
