• Elmar (1/5): ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS STAY. THIS PLACE RUINED MY ROME TRIP. - This place was an absolute nightmare. I’m still recovering from the stress and disappointment. The owner, Valerio, was incredibly rude and unhelpful. He was clearly annoyed when I told him my flight time, and he made it very clear that he wasn’t going to wait for me. When I finally arrived, he made me wait for nearly an hour as a petty form of revenge. It was childish and unprofessional. To make matters worse, there’s no WiFi in the house. I had to pay extra for roaming every day, which was a huge inconvenience. I texted Valerio multiple times for help, but he never responded. The house itself was dirty and had a musty smell. DO NOT STAY HERE. This place is a complete waste of money, and the owner is a nightmare. You will not have anyone to help you if you encounter any problems. I’m still shocked by the level of disrespect and incompetence I experienced. I demand a full refund for this disastrous experience. This place ruined my trip to Rome. Avoid it at all costs!
• Alexia (8/5): Sensational - Very spacious apartment, perfect for our group of six. The property is close to shops, restaurants and the Vatican, perhaps 10-15 minutes away. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

• Krzysztof (9/5): Great place to stay for a couple of days - A Great place to stay for a couple of nights. Two bathrooms are a great comfort. There is an air conditioner in living room and in a bedroom. Location is also a really good. Peaceful place 10-15 minuts from Vatican. One shover didn't work well - it's a bit uncomfortable to bath. Lack of coffee express. the walls are dirty - but in generally house is clean.
• Mu (7/5): Our family of four had a good stay at the apartment. - Location is very good with easy access to shops, grocery stores, restaurants, bus stops, etc. It would have been better to provide cleaning materials like brooms and mob for those who stay longer than 2 nights. Bathrooms should be fixed in order that the floors don’t get too wet. Light bulbs in the dining area were not working and should be replaced for better lighting.

The host (Patricia) never responded to our calls when we reached the property. It was tough for us to get inside the house also she was very rude 2. A/C was not turning on as there was no batteries for the remote 3. No toiletteries provided in ten bathroom 4. Kitchen did not have the required utensils 5. No password given for WiFi. The host did not care to even explain the facilities of the house. 8. Shower in the bathroom did not work as expected 9. Checkout experience was horrible and the host even did not allow the kids to use the bathroom

• Δεσποινα (9/5): Value for money and safety - The area is very good and safe, with supermarket and restaurant and taxi piazza around. The apartment was confortable, clean and nice for 4 people. The yard was nice. Although the apartment was in the basement, there was a safety feeling due to the triple locking throughout the house. Good choice for family and friends. The apartment is not close to metro station. The toilet flush of the small bathroom takes sometime to refill and there is no space for bottles etc. The big bathroom has bath tube. No dish detergent and new sponge in the kitchen (probably we had to buy) and some more kitchen equipment would be appreciated.

• Minas (8/5): Nice apartment, good choice for a short stay - Well renovated apartment in a block of flats. Its private garden could be a great "asset" during summer. Owner helpful to offer early check-in without extra cost and to provide mattress cover and sheets upon our request. Nice and safe neighborhood with many shops around and good connection with busses to the center. Sense of humidity inside the apartment.
