• Celia (10/5): - Muy bien ubicado, 2 minutos andando del Coliseo y del centro histórico a media hora andando. Estaba super bien equipado y la cama muy cómoda.
• László (5/5): We felt a little disappointed with the accommodation but considering these things everything was fine - The owner was very nice, the accommodation was 2 minutes from the Colosseum, so a maximum of 30-40 minutes walk from everything, which was perfect. Good neighborhood. However, we felt a bit cheated, there was an unpleasant smell in the apartment, we had to constantly ventilate it and then heat it because it was very cold anyway. The attached pictures show mold in the bathroom, using slippers is highly recommended, the pictures do not reflect reality, but probably when it was in its best condition.
• Felipe (7/5): Okay apartment and very good position, the amenities (objects/rooms) need some serious fixing. - The position The fridge of apartment 1B is broken (it does not close) so it is impossible to storage food! Also there was some mold in the bathroom.

• Rocio (10/5): Sitio Sede perfecta para descubrir Roma - La ubicaciónes ideal. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar al máximo de la estancia en Roma. Los anfitriones, Francesca y Massimiliano, son encantadores y te ayudan en todo lo que pueden. Se echan de menos unos buenos toalleros para colgar las toallas de mano y de ducha y que se sequen bien. Pero es un detalle menor.

• Alexandra Maria (10/5): - Everything was amazing! Super clean, in an awesome location, all the main sights were within a 30-minute walk, and there were metro and bus stops right around the corner. The host was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to, and she was so understanding when we asked for a late check-out because our flight was later. Really made the whole stay even better!

• Rodrigo Nicolas (8/5): Muy bueno - La ubicación era excelente, a 1 cuadra del coliseo, y la verdad cerca de todo el resto, en máximo 30 minutos caminando llegabas a las principales atracciones, el metro también a pocas cuadras por lo que no hace falta tomar uber ni nada, particularmente nosotros llegamos en Tren por lo que solo tomamos el metro desde la estación principal y de ahí a la estación del coliseo y listo caminamos 10 minutos. En sin el departamento espectacular como y amplió con cocina equipada, buena calidad de internet. Humedad, está medio encerrado y solo posee una ventana que da a un hueco de patio, teníamos el aire acondicionado prendido las 24 ha porque sino era imposible estar ahí fuera de eso nada malo
• oreolobh (8/5): Very good overall - Very spacious and clean/tidy studio flat. Problems people complained about the facilities are no more. Everything worked very well. I had no problem using any of the facilities. Extremely safe with three doors before you enter the flat. Being able to cook was a plus. The water pressure was excellent. Location was of course excellent. Big window for ventilation. Very responsive host. The only thing I didn't quite enjoy was the bedding, however, I also appreciate this is a Rome thing. I go to Rome for work regularly. It's very rare when I stayed in a place and had 'normal' duvet. Most of the time it's a sheet sandwich or a sheet topped by a blanket as my duvet, unfortunately. Other than that, the window is more for ventilation than for natural light. However, lighting in the flat makes up for that.

• Nick (10/5): A perfect spot for a short stay in Rome. - The location is unbeatable. Restaurants and bars nearby. Bus stops and the metro as well. And of course the colloseum. All within 2 minutes of the flat.
• Erzsebet Gabriella (2/5): Should have seen better days. - The Coral Flat Colosseum, first of all, does not follow the rules of booking.com: after the room has been fully paid in advance, we were contacted via WhatsApp and a person (later we clarified it was the host lady) demanded our IDs in advance via WhatsApp, telling us that otherwise they won't send us the code. After this, we contacted booking.com and reported to them that we were expecting a problem - all this while we were already at the airport. One can imagine - no one wishes to create a last-minute problem. BTW, despite all the promises of the operator to call us back, booking.com never contacted us. We were identified not by the host but a nice Italian man: he took photos of our passports and told us they shall forward them to the tourist office. We immediately at start paid the local fee, then received the keys and realized what situation we are in when we left first. It was impossible to go back: the keys did not work. Thanks to our Columbian neighbours - they let us in. The room was generally clean but my advice to the host is an immediate change of the cleaning lady because I did not expect that I shall start my visit to Rome with a chore. The lampshades were missing on both sides of the bed. There was no blanket just one sheet on the bed and an another sheet to cover. We have found an old blanket in the closet: only it was sized for one person, not for two. The plates in the rack were clean but when I found the glassware and the mugs, I had to wash them all. The shelves for the glassware were full of spots/dust. There was mold in a generally nicely equipped bathroom: the tiles have seen better care. What I don't understand: if I have found a plenty of modern cleaning supplies+a scrubbing brush below the sink, why I paid for a room if I shall clean it? The sink was definitely clogged: my husband desperately tried to unblock it. At least we succeeded a very slow drain: it took minutes to wait after each use.

• Herman (8/5): You get what you pay for. Very adequate and very good value for the price. - Location was super; 3 blocks from the Colosseum and metro. Unit was spacious; big bath room for Europe. Neighborhood was residential but with a number of good/great restaurants within 5 blocks. Bed was big and comfortable. Shower curtain was too small; easy to get water on floor. No view; window opened into small space between buildings. Like almost all lower end units, no place in bathroom to hang clothes or towels.

• Adrianna (10/5): Exceptional - The flat is placed in an excellent localisation, in the near of very good restaurants, very close to the Colosseum and other tourist attractions, but despite that the flat itself was very quiet and comfortable. There are appliances such as a microwave, a fridge, a hair dryer and a small coffee machine. The room is very dark. We had to turn the lights on in the middle of the day. Fortunately, we would usually spend the daytime out so it didn't bother us that much.

• Xmelon (7/5): Comfortable bed, good location - Very good location, surrounded by good restaurants, right beside the Colosseum. It's spacious for two and the bed is very comfortable The room can use a bit of better lighting. Not much sunshine
• Joanna (5/5): Quite disappointing - Location is good, but staying close to colloseum means every restaurant around is just a tourist trap, close to metro and bus stations on the other hand. Communication with owner was really good and we got very good instruction how to get inside. Bed was comfy and big. We had no problems with electricity, hot water etc and it's not that obvious in Italy. Overall dirty. I don't mind older furniture etc but it just didn't feel clean. We had fresh towels, linen etc but it looked like no one deeply clean it I a long time. Some old cosmetics in the bathroom (left by previous guests I guess), fridge, area under sink. Shower curtain was too small and damaged too. TV has only streaming services so you can't watch anything else. It's dark, window is basically facing another wall. If you can afford it, better pay 200 dollars more and just get something better, it's not worth it even if you are not planning to spend a lot of time there.

• Matt (9/5): Bellissimo! - Location, location, location!! Literally a two minute walk away from the Colosseum, cafés and restaurants are opposite but yet so quiet! Wonderfully appointed apartment with security ( three doors to access and the last is a dead lock) Along with a heat pump for heating and cooling. Francesca is the most attentive host you could ask for. I had to leave. People are are critical of the view from the window. Get a life, your in Rome

• Zane (8/5): Nice and comfortable for a short stay - Nice and comfortable for 1 person, the bed is comfy, perfect communication with the host, easy self check in and out, coffee, tea facilities in the room. It was a bit cold for me at this time of the year with no heating. The window is small and obstructed by the opposite building and some kind of window bars, so there is no view and very little natural light.

• Azeem (7/5): Good - Great location, had all the facilities you'd find in a hotel room. Very responsive host and check-in procedure. Entrance to the apartment building isn't very welcoming... Water seemed to get cold at night for some reason so night showers weren't possible Loud banging and scraping noises of some sort from the level above - thought it was maintenence work but it was happening throughout the night Bed could have been more comfortable.

The host is in contact when needed and is very nice and courteous. The room is perfect, has everything. My 9 year old daughter loved it. Can recommend 100%.

• Maria (10/5): Perfect stay in a dreamy location! - Our stay at Coral Flat was simply great. The apartment is clean, well equipped and has everything you may need (also if you want to cook something). The bed was big and super comfortable. The location is perfect, just a couple of minutes walk from the Colosseum. The key pick up is super easy, the host is friendly and replies fast if you contact her. You have a café just in front of the building, perfect for your breakfast in the morning ;-) The flat is also super near to many bars, restaurant and small supermarkets. We'll come back :-) -
