Guest Reviews
- Tejada (9/5): - Great location Entrance is a little sketchy

- Jenny (5/5): Great location, enough space but not so clean - The location was great, a bit hilly but we didn't mind much. The Spanish steps and Villa Borghese are about 10 minutes away, Trevi fountain is 15 minutes away. It's about 6 minutes away from the nearest metro station. There are some restaurants around, it seems like a nice neighborhood, not too crowded either. The building is secure.
The agent who greeted us was nice and apologetic (for something I'll explain in the next part).
The wifi was great, the TV was cool, with local Italian channels and access to YouTube and Netflix. The heating was great - they have adjustable radiators (central heating I assume) and an AC unit.
There were a few pots and pans, some utensils and a lot of plates. The apartment is pretty spacious for a studio, and it pretty much has all you need for a shorter stay.
The shower was nice, there was enough hot water for us and it takes a minute or so to load, but when it does, it was great! We arrived in Rome around 11am and were supposed to meet the agent at 3pm. They were contacting us through Whatsapp but we didn't have internet access. So when we showed up at 3pm, no one was there to greet us and we had to pay for roaming data to contact them and see that the apartment was ready at 2pm and they just left when they couldn't get ahold of us at 2pm. The agent arrived within 10 minutes and was apologetic and nice, but we still think that if the arrangement was at 3pm, they should've been there.
We were informed before that we'd only get toilet paper for the first 48h of our stay which we thought was kind of cheap (we were there for 6 nights).
The apartment wasn't really clean, the bed sheets had stains on them and the whole apartment had that bleachy smell, not so pleasant. Some things are a bit old, not necessarily dirty - like the toilet seat and the dining table.
There was dish detergent but no sponge to use it (someone else's review said the same thing). It also has a coffee machine that runs on capsules. There is a pack of capsules in the cupboard, but they don't fit...that was unfortunate since we were excited to try it.
The apartment is on the ground floor and in-between buildings so there was not enough light coming in.

- Anna (3/5): It could be more cleaner. I hope it will be properly cleaned before each guest. - Good location, easy to contact agent. Upon arrival, the agent showed us that the hot water was working. At that time, I noticed there was no soap or sponge for washing dishes; I informed him, and he brought these shortly afterwards.
However, the flat was not clean. The duvet had no proper cover and was stained, the bed was dirty and noisy, and the sofa was stained and unusable. In the kitchen, there were no tea towels or paper towels, only one spoon, and I had to wash all mugs, utensils, pans, and pots before use.
There was mould in the shower corner and on the tiles near the towel hanger. During rain, water leaked through the entrance door into the room. Although there was a mop, there was no floor squeegee or similar tool to push the water outside.
- Nonna254 (8/5): It's worth it. Location is more than perfect. - Amazing , centered , prestigious & safe location in Rome.
Very comfy bed and pillows.
Kitchen has all needed facilities, you can comfortably cook meals.
Very good communication with the team and fast response. Some kitchen wear is a bit overused and need to be replaced, however it is ok.
The only thing i didn't like is having almost no windows, which makes ventilation in the studio not the best.

- Jeffrey (2/5): No maintenance and scammed me on fees - The room was clean, the bedroom was comfortable, ,and it was a good location. They didn't maintain anything, and they were grossly irresponsible with my money. I felt like I got scammed. The drains in the bathroom didn't really work, and the air conditioner is a little weak, but more importantly...
More importantly, the shower couldn't maintain an even remotely stable normal temperature. After more than two and a half minutes it would always go to either full hot or full cold, usually the latter. The only way to make it work was to turn the knob back to full hot again,, wait 2-3 minutes for the temperature to change back to full hot, then turn it back down to a normal temperature. After 2.5 minutes, it would go back to full cold, and you would have to repeat. Sometimes, it would switch to full hot. The position of the knob didn't matter except was lowering it from full hot at that reset point. I was there for a week and spoke with them 4 times on WhatsApp, and they told me they sent someone, who checked that the hot water worked. (Not the problem) When it got hot, they refused to fix it, and told me "the problem doesn't exist." They then had the nerve to try to write to me to explain like a child how to use a faucet knob. I was just stuck with quick cold showers for my week there.
There was one point when I was leaving the room mid-morning, and the door closed before I could get the key out of the inside lock. It locked automatically, and they said they could not use a spare; they would have to call a locksmith. They would not tell me a price even after they got someone. (if they did at all and didn't just open the door themselves and lie about it) Instead of calling the very first result that came up on google, a 24hr emergency locksmith for €90, they called someone literally double the price, and it wasn't unlocked for 5 hours. They charged me €183 for the locksmith, and I had to pay before they would give me the key back. If all my stuff weren't inside, I would have left.
- Jonas (10/5): - Everything was perfect! Will stay there again when I return to Rome.

- Turhan (10/5): A great location and very comfy bed. - The room itself was clean, the bathroom and shower were great. The bed is very comfortable and the outside area/front porch is a nice little addition. The location is superb. The hot water/boiler packed up during our stay and the host sent a contractor out to attend within the hour, which was impressive. The problem was solved very quickly. On the last night, the studio had the water cut off, there was no reason or cause, and we had to miss having a shower. It was reconnected by the morning, not a huge issue but very inconvenient. The price is a little high for what else is out there, but the location made up for it.
- Cruz (8/5): Very good -
- Merve (7/5): Good - The location was perfect. The communication went well. The room size is okay enough to spend a few days. The bed was comfortable. Enough kitchen tools and spare toiletries. Overall, it was okay. I can not say the room was super clean. It was dusty. Especially the toilet seat wasn't cleaned well. There is also a smell coming from the toilet. We had to keep the bathroom door closed all the time since the toilet and the bed were really close to each other. So, if they fix the smell and pay more attention to the cleaning, there is otherwise nothing bad.
- Bryan (4/5): Good location but not well maintained. - none provided Lack of toilet paper, TV did not work , had to ask them to fix it - needed batteries in the remote. TV working should have been checked beforehand. Dirty pillow case. kitchen sink not clean. Not enough glasses, cups, dinnerware. Location was good. There was a continual noise that came from the electric box that could not be remedied. Similar to a continual drip in a faucet, it kept us awake at night.
