• demonkalic (9/5): - Lokalita byla bajecna vsude kouske pesny a kdyz to neslonpesky tak hned za rohem metro a dispozice bytu, sice koupelna a zachod byli mensi ale jinak vsechno super vybavene Ulice byla trochu hlucna vecer s tim ze dole v dome je restaurace otevrena dloujo do noci, a pak je to na dosti rusne silnici.

• Antoine (8/5): - Very good communication with our host. The appartment is very well appointed, the neighboorhood is excellent (close to the Vatican, subway, stores and restaurants). The street (viale Julio Cesare) is very busy and the apartment is not very well soundproofed

• Ewelina (9/5): - Bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna włascicielka, wszystko zgodnie z opisem. Apartament w samym centrum, kilka minut pieszo od Watykanu. Na dole mnóstwo restauracji, kawiarni i wszędzie blisko. Polecam!
• Adriano (10/5): Uno splendido soggiorno in un bellissimo quartiere - Ottima ubicazione. Fermata metro vicina. Cortesia e disponibilità dell'Host che ci ha fatto anticipare gratuitamente il check in; ci ha riservato una gentile accoglienza; ci ha fornito utili indicazioni. Ottima disposizione delle due camere da letto intervallate da una piccola ma comoda cucina. Che meraviglia la presenza dell'ascensore dal momento che l'appartamento è al quarto piano e proprio per questo risulta essere piacevolmente silenzioso. Siamo stati soddisfatti di tutto, vorremmo però fornire un piccolo suggerimento: se si usa il bagno di notte, il cigolio della porta si avverte anche nelle camere da letto pertanto basterebbe semplicemente oliare un pochino i cardini per risolvere questo piccolo inconveniente e rendere perfetta ogni cosa.

• Mercedes (9/5): Excelente - La ubicación buenísima, muy cerca del metro y vaticano, cerca para hacer compras comer y conocer. El departamento es amplio las camas cómodas y bien equipado. Tiene ascensor.. Shiva excelente como anfitriona. El baño es un poco pequeño pero funcional, la mesa de la cocina es para comer, algo pequeña pero cabiamos bien. Solo detalles.

• Calcagni (9/5): La casa perfetta per un soggiorno a Roma vicino al Vaticano - Posizione eccezionale per chi vuole raggiungere il Vaticano a piedi e qualunque altro punto della città visto che la fermata Ottaviano della metro A e diverse fermate del pullman sono vicinissime. Casa spaziosa il giusto, luminosa, con tutti i servizi e comfort e pulitissima. Shiva, la persona che se ne occupa è disponibile, precisa, cordiale. Conoscerla è stato un piacere. Ci torneremo sicuramente e la consiglieremo per un soggiorno a Roma. Top. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto è la rumorosità della strada che è molto viva.
• Francesca (9/5): Era la seconda volta che alloggiavo in questo appartamento, mi ero trovata bene e son tornata.. e confermo la comodità e - Posizione molto comoda alla fermata della metro, e struttura situata in zona molto centrale (vicino san Pietro e musei vaticani). Alloggio spazioso e accogliente, con tutto il necessario per qualche giorno nella capitale. La proprietaria molto disponibile e gentile.

• M (8/5): Apartment in good location - Good loaction close to the metro and to the Vatican. Access to washing machine. Friendly host. Big bedrooms. A bit noisy air conditioning, but not a big issue. If you plan to cook and eat in the apartment there is no good place to sit and eat, but if you mostly eat out, like we did, it is not a problem.

• Gerald (8/5): Location wise is perfect, hot water not sure - Location of the property is perfect, it is near to almost everything. Food, supermarket and transport Hot water for shower is limited. We are 8 of us and after 4-6 people showered there is no hot water.

• Eva (6/5): Amazing host, amazing city and the rest is only a small detail - It was a lovely property, if you haven’t got high expectations, the property was okay, the host was amazing. So so helpful, we would definitely come back again. But then you do get what you pay for. There are properties that are so much more expensive. If you just want affordable accommodation, somewhere to put your head down it’s perfect. The kitchen and bathroom Could do with an update and the floors too. But we can live with that. It was still a very pleasant experience and stay.

Shiva was really nice and helped us for the check in time and gave us the keys earlier , also she was available in fact the second day she came to fix the ac that wasn't working . I didn't like the fact that the AC wasn't working the first day we got there so it was so hot that we couldn't sleep until late .

• Manny (9/5): Stay At Home sweet Home - The reception was great and welcoming. The location was excellent and close to the Vatican which was the main purpose of our visit. It is on the 4th floor so there is a lot stepping up and down which is not ideal for older people or people who can't do steps. The air condition kept licking water and flooding the room. The sofa beds are not as comfortable for people with back problems but is this is not an issue then this place is great.
• Aluthge (8/5): Very good - Paola was amazing and extremely welcoming, even going out of her way to meet us at 2am when we were late checking in due to some unforeseen circumstances. She is prompt in her responses and was lovely. The property is a bit dated and the trip switch went off once when we plugged in our phones. The hot water runs out when a couple of people have showers. And the sofa bed has a dip in the middle and is uncomfortable to sleep in.
• Jaume (8/5): perfect quality-price offer - as expected for the price we paid. The host treated us very well and was flexible on late check out (under cost). Clean and well located, I’d repeat for a similar occasion. just to say something to improve, the sofa-beds were not amazing but made the job.

• Simon (5/5): Walking distance from Vatican, but on a noisy road. Could be very nice with some updating. - Good Wifi Whole apartment needed updating. Air conditioning leaked water continuously. Electrics looked unsafe - could not boil the kettle and have air conditioning on at the same time - tripped the fusebox!
