• Julian (10/5): - Für ein paar Nächte in Rom kann ich die Unterkunft definitiv empfehlen. Das Apartment ist super gelegen, die Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend und schnell erreichbar. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht.
• Neven (10/5): - The location of the apartment is perfect, as is the apartment itself. The hosts are very kind and accommodating. They explained everything to us in detail and were available the whole time. I highly recommend this place.

• Fernández Hornos (7/5): Fue agradable - La situaciòn, sin duda es lo mejor (a 200m del coliseo) y su puntuaciòn alta es por ese motivo sin duda. Fuimos a todos los sitios de obligada visita andando,y eso que íbamos con niños de 5 y 9 años. Destacar que tenia muchos detalles que cuando vienes de lejos se agradece (mapas de la ciudad, paraguas, jabòn, muchas toallas, papel higiénico, aceite, un zumo, mantequilla y mermelada, pan tostado…). El recibimiento por parte de Hanin a la hora pactada fue estupendo. Me consta (por comentarios que leí antes de ir) que estàn mejorando conforme se lo van diciendo huéspedes en comentarios y es de agradecer, pero para ser sincera el apartamento aún necesita algunas reformas para estar al nivel del precio que cuesta (aunque se entiende que en parte es por su situaciòn) pero se mezclan zonas reformadas con zonas que tb lo necesitan..La relaciòn calidad/ precio no se ajusta a los estàndares. Pero estoy segura que poco a poco iràn mejorando.

• Vitalii (9/5): - Расположение. Выходишь и видишь кусочек Колизея. Вышел и сразу среди достопримечательностей. Много кафе вокруг соответственно. Вышел и завтракай сразу где хочешь. Интересный вид на крыши и бытовую жизнь итальянцев с окон. Две комнаты. Чистота Несколько устаревший ремонт Торопились до 20.00 чтобы не платить доп цену за позднее заселение. В итоге успели, но это внесло некоторое волнение.

Café jugo manteca tostadas ,lo recomiendo No me termina de quedar claro el dinero que damos como impuesto al municipio, no dan constancia, como sabemos que lo pagan, es la única duda
• Dmitry (10/5): Отличные апартаменты рядом с Колизеем. Супер хозяева с хорошим отношением к гостям. - Отличное месторасположение рядом с Колизеем. Большие апартаменты, есть все удобства для проживания. Рядом есть все необходимое. Не хватило второго комплекта ключей, с остальным все отлично.

• Susan (9/5): Great location and accommodation for a group of 4 wanting to see the major attractions. - Host provided toast, jam, and Nutella, along with coffee and tea. The location was fantastic - so close to the Colosseum and Palatine Hill! And lots of options for dining. Hopping on the Metro was super easy, too. Hauling luggage up to the 3rd floor in the heat was not ideal, but would stay here again!

El baño estaba lleno de moho, en los 4 días que estuvimos, llegaron 2 veces a tocar la puerta del apartamento, la primera para recoger los impuestos de la ciudad que primero me dijeron los dejara en la mesa pero aún así fueron a recogerlos y para pedirnos la foto de los pasaportes, que pudimos enviarlos por correo. La segunda vez fue la persona de aseo, porque había dejado una maleta llena de toallas sucias abajo de la cama?! Es una falta de privacidad es molesto estar abriéndole la puerta a desconocidos porque ninguna de las dos veces fueron los dueños del apartamento.
• Dorolenko (8/5): Very good - This is an apartment in the old historical center of the city. The apartment is clean and carefully furnished with historical furniture. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. The air conditioner is a little underpowered.Everything went well. Unfortunately, the crime situation in the city is disappointing. On the day of departure, a car window was broken in a paid parking lot next to the apartment. I think other travelers should take this into account.

• Ioannis (9/5): Beautiful room, access to everything on foot - The host is excellent, she helped us through all our journey 24/7, the communication was perfect. The room is only a few meters away from the Colosseum which is in the center of the entire city. Very good hospitality.

• Pramod (10/5): One of the best place to live in Roma, Super location and convenient, Great Host with personal touch - What a location, right next to Colosseum, Super nice Host couple. They did everything to welcome us, guide us and told everything about sounding. Lot of tourist spots, restaurants around. I like to couple for their seriousness in running business. We asked for early check-in as family and they were happy to welcome. Only thing missing was laundry but we managed to find near by location.

They even proposed to drive us to the airport because we were slightly behind the time. We highly recommend this property for some days in Rome. Nothing bad to mention.

The street is quite. Hosts were very nice, they gave us alot of good hints for sightseeing, and also reccomended affodable good restaurants. We loved the appartment. There is nothing wrong with the appartment. Some appliences were used, but everything worked perfectly fine.

• Ebeth (10/5): Over all absolutely fabulous! You won’t regret booking this apartment!! - The location is PERFECT!! We felt safe and the extra room was nice for our little family. And the restaurant just to the left of the front door is amazing! Three towel sets (bring your own washcloths too as there aren’t any) for four guests for 9 nights wasn’t really enough. Also only had half a roll of toilet paper when we arrived so we had to buy more. We didn’t want to bother the host any further as there were issues we had previously worked out but I’m sure had I messaged she would have brought us more. Do be advised there are a LOT of narrow stairs to access the apartment as well.

• Sarah (10/5): Hosts who go above and beyond - The hosts are good, good people and we're so lucky to have been in such safe hands. I had an accident and broke my ankle on the last evening and they could have done nothing, but instead they brought crutches to the hospital, drove us back to the apartment, let us stay all day long after check-out time, helped us carry the luggage and took us to the airport. I will always cherish the memory of such human kindness in my time of need. The apartment is on a quiet side street so we slept well, yet it is so near all the great ancient Roman ruins that my family could still pop out and sightsee without leaving me alone bed-bound for long.

• Matthew (7/5): Great location, Cheap but very poor customer care - The location was great, right near the colosseum, the metro and near Monti. I had arranged for someone to meet us at the hotel at 2/3am, I sent my contact details and flight details and it was agreed, we arrived and no one was there we called and rang the doorbell and no one answered, we had to find other accommodation for the night and as it was 2/3am, we struggled and ended up on a friends floor for a few hours, we had a phone call from the owner the next morning after multiple failed calls and had to wait until 2pm for someone to meet us, the gentleman that called was very rude and aggressive and the other man that met us was also rude and condescending too. I guess we paid for a 3* and we got one. it was okay. The main bed was two single beds pushed up against one another with a double bed sheet over it, which isn’t great for a couple. There were ants in the room, which I guess is to be expected, however it did mean that we couldn’t have fresh food in the house unless we kept it in the fridge, which isn’t suitable for all foods. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is no lift in this block.
• Pedro (6/5): Some things could be improved. - The location of the apartment is really good. When you go out you can see almost immediately the coliseum. The state of the apartment. It definitely deserves some work. Things falling off, flush stopped working in the first day and a broken chair. Kitchen items should be checked if it was cleaned previously.
