• Peter_tw (9/5): - 兩卧室公寓價格非常便宜，距離古城走路4分鐘，主人是慈祥的大爺，免費停車就在巷口超市地下室，屋外有小花園，也有陽台可以休息。 從地下室停車場門口，拖行李到公寓內，要走一百多公尺爛石頭路、房屋之間高低數階樓梯的小路，拖著重行李扭傷了腳。 一間小卧室中有廚房+餐廳，非常擁擠，行李沒地方可以攤開。

• STYLIANOS (9/5): - Very nice clean appartment just a few minutes walk from the old town. Has all that a traveller might need, eqipped kichen, good wifi and a porch to relax with a drink or have your dinner. The car park is a plus and is near the appartment at a closed parking. The owner was very helpful, showed us where to park and took us to the appartment. A very good choice for a stay at beautiful Berat. All good.

• Zara (10/5): Perfect apartment for families! - The apartment was ideal for our family stay. The hosts were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location is excellent—conveniently situated with secure 24-hour parking just a few steps away (included with the stay). The breakfast was delicious, and we loved enjoying it on the porch overlooking their beautiful garden. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

• Jelmer (7/5): - Een fantastische familie met een homestay op top locatie in Berat. Je wordt hartelijk ontvangen en parkeren wordt ook nog eens geregeld. Communicatie liep ook heel soepel via WhatsApp. Goede prijs en kwaliteit verhouding met eigen tuin en naast supermarkt. De bedden in de woonkamer zijn behoorlijk hard en had allemaal wat schoner en opgeruimde kunnen zijn. Er liepen mieren over het aanrecht en het huis is gevuld met veel spullen (overal asseccoires, volle kasten en volle vriezer). Het was lastig om hierdoor onze eigen spullen kwijt te kunnen.

L'appartement est propre et bien agencé, parfait pour 4 ou 5 personnes. Le jardin avec les tortues est charmant Sa localisation est également parfaite, proche du centre et des attractions tout en étant au calme. Je recommande vivement!

• Bárbara (10/5): Comodidad en el centro de Berat - Lo mejor de este apartamento es sin duda su ubicación, ya que se encuentra a pocos minutos andando de todas las atracciones de Berat, pero a la vez es tranquilo y muy cómodo (ya que la plaza de aparcamiento se encuentra a sólo 50 metros). Además, la familia que lo lleva es muy amable y se preocupa mucho de que estés a gusto en todo momento. Me gustó todo.

The apartment is in a perfect central location, making it easy to explore Berat. The host was friendly and responsive, and we communicated smoothly via WhatsApp. One of the highlights was the secure underground parking provided, which made things very convenient. The garden was charming and peaceful, and my daughter especially enjoyed playing with the turtles. A really pleasant and memorable experience overall! The extra breakfast we got wasn’t quite to our taste, as some of the items had a bit of a refrigerator smell. Should have opted for some byreks on the street. We also found the beds a bit firm for our liking. Just a small suggestion—perhaps consider adding memory foam mattress toppers; they’re quite affordable nowadays and could really enhance guest comfort!

• Courtney (10/5): Great stay! - The host was great, the apartment was centrally located, and we loved the little garden with comfy spots to sit, a little slide for the kids to play, and the cute turtles. The kitchen had everything we needed. Only bad thing is the beds were a little hard.

The owners are very nice and friendly, though they don’t speak English. There’s a small garden. We took the 5euro breakfast, which was very nice. Very good location.

Fabulous hosts who were very welcoming and helpful. Delicious breakfast for a bargain price. Be aware that the two single beds are in the kitchen area. The apartment also had fun Christmas decorations, and the garden was still beautiful even in winter. Everything was great!

The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and homey. We wish we came in the summer so we could enjoy the garden and have breakfast outside, but it was too cold. The breakfast they offered was delicious as well! Would highly recommend if you’re coming to Berat!

Great location for the climb to the old town/castle, supermarket, restaurants, bars. We were a little surprised the second bedroom was in the kitchen, but it worked fine.

The apartment itself was centrally located and impeccably clean. The staff were always helpful and went out of their way to assist with any needs or questions I had. The breakfast was also delicious and well-prepared. I highly recommend this place to anyone considering it. You won't be disappointed!

Great Garden & Mrs Geart cooked a fantastic breakfast which is well worth having! They made us and our 2 children feel very welcome. The children loved the tortoises roaming in the garden. Great location, very safe and secure with all kitchen facilities needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone! N/a

The location was great with easy access to everything. We felt very welcomed. I stayed with my 4 year old son, we were cooked a home made breakfast each morning. The hosts family were wonderul. The lovely lady enjoyed playing with my son and he loved to play with her. He was kept entertained in the garden filled with toys. Perfect for families

• Mohamed (10/5): Exceptional - We enjoyed a lot our stay in Ilir's apartment and the intended fact that there is a parking spot included in the reservation package allowed us to park our car there and we didn't need to use it during our stay as the apartment is located in the heart of Berat so you can wake to visit the city center and the historical part.The apartment is very comfortable and fully equipped with everything you might need! Ilir and his parents are super friendly. We have enjoyed also the fantastic traditional breakfast included in the package that we had in the house garden while our kids were playing with the turtles and the play area! I totally recommend the place, especially for families with little kids!

The hosts were super nice and welcoming! - The owner of the apartment even offered to drive us from Berat to our next destination in Sarandë at a very favourable price. The backyard had turtles in it, which our kids LOVED. Great and comfy outdoor area for chilling after the kids were asleep.

Amazing garden with a lot of turtles Breakfast was ok, enough for everyone The location is very good, not very far to any sightseeing etc The size of the apartment! It is much less than 100 meters (as it is written) There is only 1 bedroom and twin beds in the living room, the living room and the kitchen are together in one room which is not big and has only one tiny window under the seiling
• Katica (10/5): Exceptional - Such a lovely authentic apartment with a stunning garden full of trees and flowers. The hosts are truly kind. The parking is in a garage which is very convinient. We had a tasty breakfast in the garden. Our daughters loved the turtles, they found 10 od them. We highly recommend this place to experience true albanian Spirit and hospitality. Berat is also an amazing historical place.
• Willem (10/5): Een verblijf dat aan de wensen van ons allevier voldeed. - After receiving our host's advise for our taxi driver where to drop us in the old village, it was peanuts to get to the property. The parents of our host welcomed us warmly in the garden and showed us thereafter the apartment. It is really a fine and quiet apartment with a remarkable second bedroom, which one has in a convenient way combined with a kitchenette. The breakfast is served in the garden in which a fountain softly splashes and 8 turtles are strolling around. The parents don't speak English, but with the help of their son (=host) or translate app you get all the answers and help you wishes to get. Tip: We think that it's better not to name the wheelchair accessibility of the apartment, because of the 50 meter ascending cobblestone road from the main road to the property.

• Kai (8/5): A place kids will love - Our highlights to mention are the super-kind hosts, the great breakfast and the location far from city noises but in the center. Our two kids could go outside, play in the garden or watch the turtles without us having fear they could fall from a balcony or being run over by a car. They loved it!

• Juliette (10/5): Very good value for money and good accommodation for families. - Central location, extremely friendly hosts, baby cot and baby chair available and, for us, a big breakfast. Nothing we really didn’t like. There were 2 beds in the living room which took up quite some space but that makes this property suitable for 4 adults as well.

• Anaïs (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice family. It's a big appartment with a separate bedroom and fully equipped kitchen. They had a bed and a chair for the baby. They serve really good breakfast with eggs, vegetables, bread, cheese, pastries, coffee, tea, fruit, ... There's a garden with toys for the children and every morning and evening we could search for the turtles. The location is great: close to the historical centre and Berat Castle. We definitely recommand it! Nothing.

(8/5): Very good accommodation - The owner was on vacation but easy to reach through WhatsApp. The parents of the owner were taking care of us and they are a very sweet couple who helped us park nearby (<1 min walk) , showed us the apartment and prepared the breakfast. The breakfast is very nice, especially when you consider the price! The location of the apartment is great, right in the center and within walking distance of all major sights and points of interest. There is a private courtyard that is very cozy. The kitchen was amazingly well equipped, which is a nice plus. The water pressure in the bathroom was very poor. There are beds in the living area. We stayed for one night and this was not a concern for us at all as there was plenty of space.

• Deyan (10/5): One night family stay in Berat - Apartment is located just 30 meters from the main street and a big supermarket. It is a separate apartment in a house with internal yard with a breakfast table, a place to rest, a lot of greenery. The hosts served us a nice breakfast there in the morning. There is a living room with two beds and excellent kitchen, a bedroom with a queen bed and a single bed. Everything was well-furnished and very good even for a longer stay. Hosts provided us a free parking at the supermarket's underground parking.
