• Rosana (10/5): - L'appartamento è in un'ottima posizione, perfetto per spostarsi a piedi e godersi la zona senza problemi. Tutto era impeccabile, il che è stato molto rassicurante all'arrivo. Inoltre, gli spazi sono estremamente confortevoli e in ottime condizioni; si vede chiaramente che prestano attenzione a ogni dettaglio. Nel complesso, è stato un soggiorno molto piacevole; davvero un posto che mi piacerebbe consigliare.
• Aleksandra (9/5): Excellent place. - Everything was as described. The property is in an excellent location — close to tourist attractions, the metro station, restaurants, a market, and shops. There is a lift. The apartment has two bathrooms and two very spacious bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. You can tell the apartment is not new, but it’s still very comfortable. Excellent and quick communication with the owner — no chatbots or intermediaries. Great help from Giorgia any time. Everything was fine, although the Teflon cookware could be replaced with new ones or with non-Teflon options.

• Fei (10/5): - The apartment looks exactly as in the photos (even better). It is spacious and clean. The location is very good and walking distance to bus stop/metro. It has a lot of nice cafes and restaurants nearby. The communication with host is also very clear.

Tem tudo que precisa ao descer, metro, ônibus e consegue fazer a pé os passeios! Amei e voltarei nas próximas férias, gostamos de tudo! Amamos tudo!
• Davy (9/5): gezellige, goed gelegen accommodatie in Rome - De locatie was perfect voor een bezoek aan Rome en het Vaticaan. De host was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hij reserveerde bv vervoer van en naar de luchthaven en reageerde steeds snel bij een oproep. De accommodatie is ruim en zeer geschikt voor 5 personen, dan is er nog een zetelbed voor 2 personen over. restaurants, winkels, openbaar vervoer vlakbij. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar wanneer we nog eens een bezoek brengen aan deze prachtige stad! de kopjes, borden en kommen hebben we voor gebruik nog even moeten afwassen want die waren niet echt proper. Verder was alles top!

• Rachel (9/5): Nice apartment in a great location - Great location. Walking distance to the Vatican, a bus stop on the same street, and a metro station about a 5 minute walk away. Spacious apartment and lots of beds for larger families. Very clean and furnished nicely. Don't miss that the windows have shutters to close in the evening to block out city sounds and morning sun. Communication with the host was hit or miss. Sometimes very responsive, sometimes had to wait a long time to hear back. Dishwasher doesn't work well. Ran a load and had to hand wash about 90% of the dishes afterwards because they still had sauce on them. Kitchen is minimally stocked. There were no cooking utensils (e.g., spatula, stirring spoon, etc). The only thing we could find was a soup ladle. The electric kettle did not work; however, we had no issues with the microwave.

Accommodation perfect just a few minutes walk to the vatican and the metro. Great cafes and restaurants nearby, and the wonderful mercato trionfale only a few doors away. Perfetto! No negatives at all.

• Caroline (8/5): Very good - Great location with access to public buses outside the apartment. Metro is a 10-minute walk away. It's all perfect for getting around Rome. Vatican is 10-15 minute walk away depending on your stride. Food options are good near the apartment. Restaurants, takeaway options, bakery, and small mini marts. Pharmacy is across the road. Georgia made check-in very easy and graciously allowed us earlier access as everything was ready and was always available to answer any questions via WhatsApp. The apartment is situated on the third floor, with an elevator. The apartment was spacious and bright, just as advertised and shown in photos, although a little wear and tear, everything was in good order. We stayed off-peak in January, and the apartment was heated sufficiently and warm. The kitchen is equipped with enough to rustle up easy meals there. 2 bathrooms, which is great. Beds are comfy. Free WiFi. Informal and relaxed, there's even Netflix to wind down with. It's a great space for a few days away. PowerPoints for plugging in phones etc need attention. Some were not working.

• Mark (8/5): A spacious apartment in a great location! - The property was clean and spacious - plenty of room for 4 people (or even 6!). It was well located, close to the bus stop and a few minutes walk from the B-metro line. It was well-equipped with everything you need for a stay, including basic cooking and a large fridge. Aircon in all the rooms for those hot Roman summers (although not needed on our visit in late October). The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, as well as sharing lots of helpful tips about the area. Would stay again! As others have said, the pillows are quite firm and high, but once you figure out a comfortable sleeping position, this is a very minor issue!
• Andrea (10/5): Perfect family stay in Rome - Clean and spacious apartment a just a few minutes away from the Vatican. With a fully equipped kitchen, a small lift to bring all the groceries and bags up and well airconditioned. Check in and check out was also very smooth. Would recommend to any family staying in busy Rome! The house isn't new and could do with a couple of minor adjustment (e.g the bathroom door doesn't lock properly and one of the showers is not very strong) but all in all a fantastic stay!

• Wuxin (8/5): Very good - Spacious apartment, good location, kind host Many appliances were either too old or broken, such as the water boiler that was not working. Water heater was difficult to adjust to a good temperature, it was too hot or too cold. No detergent for laundry. Pillows were too high.

She also helped us fix a taxi for pick up which was convenient especially we are with someone on a wherlchair.
