Posizione strategica in zona eesidenziale nelle immediate vicinanze della fermata metro e circondata da negozi e locali di ristorazione per tutti i gusti. Consigliat vivamente.. Da ritornarci sicuramente Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, manca un condizionatore nella zona giorno ideale per refrigerare l'ambiente nelle ore nelle ore più calde e soprattutto durante le ore notturne per chi usufruisce del divano letto.

• Anna (9/5): A Roma come a casa - Proprietaria gentilissima, casa fornita di tutto! Molto comoda rispetto alla metro Battistini. Abbiamo apprezzato la cura con cui è stata preparata e predisposta all'accoglienza.

• Charlotte (10/5): Very nice apartment to settle down after long visiting days in Roma ! - It was very clean. Decorated with great taste. Very well equipped. Space-full apartment for a family of 4. Nice little balcony with view on a peaceful one-way street where parking is easy and free. Very close walking distance to the metro station Battistini. Beds were very comfortable and in the summer the air conditioning is very pleasant. Very friendly and welcoming hosts. It could be great to add some bowls (in the kitchen) and a fan to push the fresh air coming from the bedroom’s AC into the living room. Otherwise we were delighted by our stay :)

• Natalizio (9/5): Siamo rimasti soddisfatti e felici di tutto. - L appartamento è piccolino ma ben disposto ed è fornito di qualsiasi cosa, dalle lenzuola, cuscini, asciugamani di varie dimensioni, moca, macchinetta del caffè, marmellate, fette biscottate... e tantissime altre cose . Noi siamo felicissimi e soddisfatti. Lo consiglio.
• Shoma (10/5): Don't miss this homestay - Battistini being the terminal metro station, it was super easy to explore Rome with absolute ease as location of the apartment is just a five minute walk from there. The apartment is packed with all kind of essentials, a real home away from home. Most importantly, the host Eleonora is just amazing and her parents as well. She promptly addressed all our requests and made our stay super cool. I would surely recommend my friends and relatives to book this lovely homestay. Nothing

The interior looks nice and in good condition and you have all you need for longer stays. The comunication with the host was very agreable and she responded immediately at my questions. Highly recommended. All was great.
• Lukasz (10/5): Good choice! - Great place to stay in Rome! The location is excellent – just a 3-minute walk to Battistini metro station (the last stop on line A), which makes getting around the city very easy. There are some decent restaurants nearby, and the neighborhood feels safe. Communication with the host was excellent – quick, helpful, and very friendly. Check-in was smooth and pleasant, with no issues at all. The only minor downside was some noise from neighboring apartments – mostly the sound of running – but that's something to be expected when renting a flat in a residential building. Other than that, everything was great. Highly recommended!

• Anja (10/5): Exceptional - Nice and friendly landlady with useful information about the flat district (where to eat, shop, pasticceria). Very clean ans spaceus appartment witg balcony and carstop across the street. The kitchen is fully equiped.

The kitchen is well equipped and the location is very good, near the metro station and also for families with children there is a playground across the roads and also an amusement park.

• Lina (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment was perfect for me, I usually stay out of major cities to get a better sense of how the locals live. However I needed the metro to travel which was around a 6-10min walk. There was a strike and the I was left stranded. The owners of the apartment did everything they could to help and helped me solve the issue. They went above an beyond. The street is off the main street and you can hear the cars at night.
