• Katarina (10/5): Great and comfortable apartment - Everything was excellent. The apartment is equipped with all necessities like bedding, towels, toiletries, kitchenware, coffee, tea, cooking supplies (salt, pepper, sugar, oil etc.). Basically, with everything you thought you needed and didn't even think you need, but you do. Location was great, Colosseum at walking distance, Roma Termini also, metro station just around the corner. We will definitely visit again.
• Catalin (10/5): - Totul a fost ok, paturile mari si confortabile. Atenție la detalii din partea Dianei (harta, dulciuri, cafea, bomboane de ciocolata pt dimineața la cafea). Aproape de metrou, 3-4 minute, 20 minute pe jos de Coloseum. Poate baia trebuie puțin renovată, dar în rest a fost perfect, nimic de reproșat.

• Sima10 (10/5): Our family had a great holiday in Rome, and we hope to return soon. - Diana is very hospitable, the flat had everything we needed, we felt at home, very convenient location, there is a grocery store nearby, metro and bus stop within a 5-minute walk, thank you very much Diana.
• Stefan (10/5): Schone sfeervolle accommodatie op een super lokatie! - Schone en sfeervolle accommodatie waar alles wat je nodig hebt aanwezig is: en nog veel meer! We voelden ons direct thuis. Heerlijke bedden ook! Diana stuurde ons allerlei informatie en reageerde heel erg snel op onze berichten! Het is gelegen in een rustig straatje. Totaal geen geluidsoverlast! je bent binnen een paar meter bij allerlei eet en drinkgelegenheden en mini markten. En de metro is ook heel dichtbij! En het collosseum is net iets meer dan 1 kilometer verderop! Alles was perfect! Diana regelde ook een taxi voor ons die in de aankomsthal van het vliegveld op ons stond te wachten. We kwamen pas na middernacht aan, en vertrokken al heel vroeg in de ochtend. Maar dat was geen enkel probleem! 5 nachten zijn voorbij gevlogen! Niet twijfelen: maar gewoon boeken! Niets, alles was perfect!

• Tristram (10/5): Lovely apartment, close to transport and good restuarants, with a fantastic host! - Lovely apartment very close to several tourist destinations, and nearby a metro station. Incredible service from the host Diana, who gave us several excellent recommendations for travel within the city, and where to go for food and drinks. Apartment itself is very well appointed, good shower and amenities, comfortable bed and has air conditioning. We loved it, will definitely come back if we're in Rome again! No complaints, was a fantastic stay.

• Daniela (10/5): Fantastico viaggio a Roma! - La casa era molto accogliente, avevamo tutto a disposizione. Dalla colazione, con caffè, ai condimenti e tutto il necessario per il bagno. Le scale sono un pò pericolose con un bambino piccolo.

• Jorge (7/5): Good, but some things should be improved. - The location is great! close to metro, bus and walkable distance to Coliseum. Host is very friendly and helpful, always available. She gave us very good recommendations! Diana left very nice amenities for us and compensated some deficiencies of the apartment with her availability and communication. The apartment is fully equipped and decorated. Everything you may need is there. It wasn't clean in detail, just the strandard superficial to fulfill the requirements. Dust from weeks in lamps and remote corners. It is a ground floor direct to a street so you can hear each street noise. Diana left earplugs for us in the sleeping room. Thanks for that! Low maintenace status in bathroom, kitchen and some furniture.

• Kevin Steba (10/5): Excelente - Estaba todo muy limpio, tiene de todo para la estancia, si estás pensado en quedarte con Diana no lo dudes , es muy atenta y siempre dispuesta ayudar en todo, el alojamiento está muy bien.

Proprietaria dell'immobile assolutamente gentile e disponibile sempre pronta a rispondere a tutte le domande, a fornire informazioni e a venire incontro alle necessità dei viaggiatori.
• Raquel (10/5): - La ubicación es excelente, tiene muchos servicios cercanos y está a 15 minutos tanto del Coliseo como de Termini. El trato de la propietaria es maravillosa, siempre pendiente y con muchos detalles en la habitación (tanto de climatizacion como para el desayuno)
• Kim Fabio (10/5): Wunderschöne Wohnung - Es gab eine sehr schöne Wohnung, die alles hatte, was man braucht. Eine komplett eingerichtete Küche und eine Waschmaschine hatte es auch. Die Lage ist auch gut. Das Kolosseum ist mit dem Bus in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

The host was always available in case we needed something and reached out to make sure we were having a nice stay and asking if we needed anything. We decided to always walk around, since we like to do this in new places, but there is a Metro station, trams and buses very close by. There are restaurants, shops, cafés and some attractions close by. -

The location is perfect – close to a metro station, making it easy to explore the city, and you can reach the Colosseum in about 15 minutes on foot. The host was very helpful and friendly. • Steven (10/5): Amazing! Do yourself a favour and stay here. - From check in to check out, staying at Diana’s Luxury Loft was amazing. The location is great with the colosseum only a 15 minute easy walk and the metro at the end of the street. Convenience stores were also close by. Air conditioning in the loft was fantastic and the bed was super comfortable. Every need was taken care of by Diana. A wonderful stay, will definitely be back when next in Rome. Nothing, was a perfect stay.
• Tereza (7/5): Not luxorious, rather avarage - The price was reasonable. The location of the flat is good-15 mins walking from Colosseum. Quiet street. Parking available (charged 8-19, 8 eur/day). In the appartment, there is everything you may need. Communication with Diana was very smooth, check-in including. Recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing. This is not luxurious, rather avarage. Pictures are much better than reality. Because the appartment provides everything you may need, it is full of things and decorations. This can’t be cleaned after every guest. The smallest bathroom I have ever seen. Due to lack of windows I missed fresh air (a/c and air cleaners provided).

• Melissa (9/5): Lovely stay right in rome - Comfy beds and plenty of space to put things away upstairs. Host left goodies for us 🙂 there is several spices, so you can cook your self a meal or two. Has a washer to catch up on laundry if you need to. Close to Transportation. Stairs are a little tricky. Bathroom is quite small, but doable.

Even she has not only taking care of the home but also helped to - The property is exactly similar to what has been depicted in the photo. House is awesome. Anyone will get all facilities within this compact home. It is very close to metro station. I stayed there along with my family and 2 kids. It was great experience and will recommend to book for it, it’s real value for money Everything is good
• Kristina (8/5): Great location with some information missing in the description - Excellent equipment from kitchen to bathroom This so called luxury appartment used to be a store directly on the street. When you open the door everyone can seen the bed. Garbage bins directly in front of the door being emptied every morning at 6.a.m.

• Vita (10/5): Wonderful stay in a wonderful Diana’s loft! - It has all you need and more! Wonderful loft. We had to use a lot of electric appliances (both air conditioners) and sometimes power would go out. Minor minor thing, not a big deal.

• Marta (10/5): Exceptional - The owner ❤️ Incredibly helpful! It felt more like staying at your friend's house than in a rented apartment. The facilities are better than the description, for example it was possible to have a small breakfast with fresh coffee and tasty cookies after arrival, because the owner made an effort to leave small snacks for us. Small inconveniences with the heating and humidity, but with the owner's help and care it was nice anyway 😊
