• Arafa (10/5): MR Zyad the owner is very respectful and easy to approach he responded immediately after I had completed my booking and - The property is very clean and beautiful the kitchen area is perfect has all the applicants and high standards I felt like I am at home N/A

• Mohammed (10/5): Exceptional - The inside of the apartment is very well refurbished and contains modern appliances and the geography is also very convenient in terms of getting taxis into Zamalek and downtown Cairo. The host was also hospitable during our stay. The actual exterior of the building and the lift to get into the apartment is rundown (but I guess the apartment owner can't do much about this) and it was also very difficult for us to locate the apartment when we first arrived, but we managed to figure this out ourselves.

The unit located in a location where everything is around you. The unit from the outside is not the best looking one however once you in the unit its a different story

• Jordan (9/5): Great spot in the heart of Mohandesin with the locals - The apartment was just 5 mins from our friends living in Cairo, so that's why we chose it. It's not in a great neighborhood and the building could use some work, but the apartment was wonderful with powerful AC and good Wifi. We requested more towels upon arrival and the owner went out to purchase new ones for us. Thank you! It's steps from Burger King and other fast food options if you need a quick bite. The second bathroom shower wasn't great and had electrical plugs in the wet space. The master bedroom didn't cool as fast as the other rooms due to the big wall blocking the unit, but otherwise, this was a great stay. Could use some more utensils and platware. A party of 4 needs more coffee cups. :)
• Carl (10/5): Exceptional flat - The checkin was a 5stars , available amenities that you can't find in any other flat :new blankets,flippers,champoo,water,ready mix coffee,tea etc.. wifi is fast, recommended for long trips and stays.all services and restaurants are near the flat.mr ziad is above expectations.welcoming,he even get us a sweet box from the finest store in town😍. Safe for families and foreigners group,2 concierges always available in the building.

Zeyad visited my family to check on them and even brought chocolate with him to treat them. My dad was very happy and he described Zeyad and Najie as the most respectful and caring people. My brother checked out in the early morning hours to fly to the UK however he had an issue with his Visa and he needed to go back to the apartment, Naje and Zeyad re-welcomed and accommodate him to re-stay till he sort his Visa. The apartment is very clean and comfy. All I need for my hygiene (shampoo/Shower gel/toothpaste) are available in the apartment. Clean Duvet Covers were available in the 2 bedrooms. Water, fizzy drinks, juices and chocolate were available for us as a welcoming teats. The location of the apartment is excellent, restaurants, Pharmacies, hospitals and public transport are at the doorstep. None.
• Salman (10/5): good experience - the apartment was very clean and the owner Mr.Iyyad was very gentle with us since we arrived and until we left the apartment he was in touch with us to ask if we noticed any issues to solve. I will reserve it again when we visit Cairo again the entrance and elevator are old but it doesn’t matter as long as the apartment is comfortable and clean.
• Seeun (10/5): What a nice place! - The hotel was really clean and comfortable. The host solved all the problems. The location was also close to a tourist attraction in downtown Cairo. As I traveled with the host, Cairo became familiar. It was a happy trip thanks to the host. Nothing.
