• Una (10/5): Perfect experience, would use again! - The location and comfort! Perfect option for travelling family- you have everything available in the appartment. Nothin was unlikable.
• Aleksandra (7/5): - Spacious apartment, good for couples or family. On-site equipped kitchen and spacious rooms. Prepared towels and linens for all. A minor inconvenience was the distance from public transportation. It takes more than 10 minutes to walk to the bus going to the city center, and more than 20 minutes to walk to Termini. In addition, me and the spouse were bitten by something during the night in the bedding.
• Arheli (9/5): - Se encuentra en una muy buena ubicación, cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasarla cómodo. Hay transporte y supermercado a unos minutos caminando. El Host fue muy amable y servicial, y tuvimos muy buena comunicación . Se encuentra en tercer piso y no hay elevador. Es difícil subir tantos escalones con equipaje.
• Marcus (9/5): Superb - The apartment comes with anything you need for 4 people. The location, with a lot of tasty restaurant, is pretty nice. It’s also not to far from the train station. The bathroom was pretty small, but also hat anything you need.
• Lora (8/5): An overall great place at a decent price, in a good location and with clean facilities. - Good location in a relatively quiet district close to the train station and some very good restaurants. Around 30 min walking distance from the city’s archaeological center (Colosseum, Foro Romano etc.). Clean facilities, bedsheets and towels. Consumables such as shampoo, shower gel, washing powder and coffee pads were provided. The apartment is on the third floor with no elevator, so heavy luggage has to be carried up and down. The vent in the bathroom wasn’t working good, so the space couldn’t dry up completely, which lead to the bathroom smelling of moisture and mold. AC only in one of the bedrooms. In the other one there’s a big fan. No remote control for the TV in one of the bedrooms.
• Piotr (9/5): Superb - Close to city center , around 500m to nearest bus and tram station. Very responsive and kind host, apartment has basically all what is necessary for few days stay. Great advantage - washing machine priceless in very hot summer. Very small bath tub

• Benedicte (9/5): A great week visiting Rome with family - Great kitchen facilities with sufficient cutlery and utensils, coffee is provided. Big bedrooms and good kitchen space for 3 people, convenient for having meals indoors. Checkin and checkout were convenient and the apartment is close to Termini station (great for coming/going to the airport). There are many supermarkets and very good restaurants/bars/cafés in the area. Windows are well insulated from outdoor noise. It is on the 3rd floor so you have a view. The bathroom shower has too low pressure and the bathtub is very small so the water goes everywhere. The neighborhood is a bit far from the main tourist attractions (40 min walk minimum to the closest monuments, by the Termini train tracks which is not always a nice walk).

• Aleksander (10/5): A successful and cheap family trip option - The apartment was surprisingly well equipped and the owner was super helpful and responded to inquiries immediately. There is an excellent bed in one room and an ok-ish sofa in another. It's possible to sleep comfortably there but it requires some getting used to. Overall I wouldn't mind staying here.

Clean and well equipped with everything you need during your stay. very good contact with the host, who is very helpful and willing to help in any situation. I recommend small bathroom with a small tub but still functional

• Daniel (8/5): Very good - The apartment was clear and fully equipped with almost everything we needed: air conditioning in one of the rooms, 2 Smart TVs, wi-fi, hairdryer, iron, washing and dishwasher machine with tabs and coffee machine with pods as well. The apartment was very cold. There was an air conditioner in only one of the rooms. In the rest of the rooms the heating was by radiators, which by the end of our stay were not working and were cold. After being notified, the host promised to come to check, but he didn't. Water is leaking into the bathroom through the bathtub screen. Due to the lack of a mop, we had to dry and soak with towels.
