• Katerina (8/5): Η τοποθεσια του σπιτιου ειναι το καλυτερο που αξιζει τα τοσα λεφτα. Η ανεση του σπιτιου δεν ηταν πολυ καλη στα μπανια. Τ - Φανταστικη τοποθεσια, ανεση στο σπιτι Το ενα μπανιο δεν εχει τηλεφωνο στο ντουζ, το αλλο μπανιο ειναι πολυ χαμηλο το ταβανι με αποτελεσμα να κανεις μπανιο σκιμενος. Το ανσανσερ για 2 ατομα ηταν λιγο ταλαιπωρια για εμας που ειμασταν 4 ενηλικες με παιδια και καροτσια. Αλλα τουλαχιστον ειχε😅

• Marija (9/5): A great option when in Rome! - Amazing location and very helpful staff with efficient communication. Overall, comfortable with a well working lift. A great option when in Rome! One of the bathrooms has quite a low roof while the other shower does not have a detachable head. However, still manageable overall and worth the great location and facilities.

• Luca (8/5): Discreto soggiorno e posizione strategica per la città - Posizione centrale praticamente in fontana di Trevi camera accogliente e spaziosa con tutte le comodità pulita ma i bagni senza riscaldamento Ascensore talmente piccolo visto che la camera si trova al 5’ piano dove si entra a fatica in due persone e nessun bagaglio perché non vi è lo spazio

• Kathryn (4/5): Functional location, but poorly maintained and impersonal — more hassle than it’s worth. - If you are a first-time visitor to Rome the location of this apartment is great for exploring all the “touristy” sights! The unit is on the 5th floor (Americans will consider it the 6th floor counting the ground floor) but if you do not want to walk up and down the 100+ stairs there is a tiny lift. The lift fits 2 adults or 1 adult and maybe 2 medium sized suitcases. The unit had a washing machine which was nice, and the air conditioning worked great! If you do not care about hospitality and prefer to do everything online/digital, then you might enjoy this unit. Great morning pastries at L' Antico Forno (a block away from unit) but go early before the Trevi fountain area gets busy. This unit felt like “IKEA threw up white” — stark, cheap, and lacking character or hospitality. Communication was confusing, split across multiple apps, and paying city tax was a hassle. We were given the choice of bank wire transfer or Paypal. (Tip: Prior to your trip investigate what would be the best option for you. We incurred an extra fee from Paypal for money sent to a foreign country and because my credit card was linked to my Paypal account I received an additional “cash advance” fee from them. This was less costly though than the wire transfer from our bank. Cleanliness was the biggest issue: dirty floors, dusty baseboards, grimy shower with black mold, and eventually ants in the kitchen and bathrooms. Management’s response to my complaint with photos I sent was, “I see.” No apology or effort to make it right. After checking out I received a message that Management was there with 2 new cleaning people. The AC worked well, but the unit was stifling hot on arrival and radiators were emitting heat in August (thankfully, they sent a service person quickly). The tiny elevator for the building barely fits one person and a suitcase, so we mostly took the stairs. This unit is on the 5th floor (in the US it would be considered the 6th floor.) So, 100+ stairs if you are claustrophobic or just like the work out. It was a great way to balance out all the gelatos! There was a warm bottle of wine and coffee pods on the kitchen table upon arrival, but no welcome book or personal touch. We did receive a welcome message though with details about how to reset the power should it go out and a few restaurant recommendations. After a long travel day though and the heat, the lack of hospitality was striking. We considered canceling but stayed out of convenience because it was already our 4th town and 4th rental of this trip.

The house location was awesome, just 2 mins walking to Fontana di Trevi, so we went at 9.00 am and it was almost empty, something really unusual. As it is in the city center you have mostly everything between 10-25 mins walking. I missed more breakfast cups for the kids

The host was amazing from booking to check in within 30 mins. Such a smooth and straightforward process. The apartment is a fantastic location next to trevi fountain in a quiet building. The apartment was very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Will definitely book here again. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you again for hosting my family we are delighted with everything. There is nothing we didn't like it was absolutely perfect.

Perfect location with many good restaurants in the area. It is walking distance to many of Rome's major attractions. The host was very helpful and gave us many good tips on both sights and places to eat. Can really be recommended. All the stairs to the 5-th floor, but there was a very small elevator for us who needed.
• Olga (10/5): Exceptional - A perfect apartment , literally 2 minutes from Fontana di Trevi,quiet, very clean,so comfortable and elegant. Our hostess Federica was helpful ,providing us with all the necessary information for the check in,suggesting restaurants,cafes etc in Rome and also helped us with our luggages before leaving, in order to have a last walk in the city baggage free. I would be glad to return to Fabuloucity on my next trip to Rome, I strongly recommend it! Nothing.

• Isabelle (9/5): Great place for family, auper central! - Super central location, a few steps from Trevi Fountain, plenty of breakfast and bakery options, and a nice pizzaria just next to the building. Bedding was very comfortable and good quality! The 2 full bathrooms were also very appreciated (family of 5). Not much to say other then the lift is small and the bathroom with bath is a bit tricky to shower because of the low ceilings, but nothing major, it worked well for the kids.

Simone our host was extremely helpful would defi - the location was perfect right beside the Trevi Fountain so central the elevator was quite old and only fit 2 people comfortably and one of the bathrooms had a really low ceiling which was very difficult to use the sink, my friend hit her head a few times!

The apartment was spacious for a family of four with two wonderful bedrooms with king beds and plenty of room to spread out. wonderfully air conditioned in the very hot Rome summer heat wave! Also, having two bathrooms (one with shower, one with tub) was a bonus. The living area smelled of cigarette smoke and the shower was dirty, with mildew on walls and floor.
