• Christian (7/5): Einfache Unterkunft in sehr guter, zentraler Lage - Die Lage ist perfekt! Man ist praktisch auf dem Platz vor dem Pantheon und sofort im Getümmel. Das Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Bett, geht zum Hof und ist ausreichend hell. Es gibt gleich in der Nähe Supermärkte. "Very basic" ! Aufenthaltsraum nüchtern und funktionell ohne Tageslicht. Bad und Küche einfachst aber ok. Schlafzimmer hellhörig zu den benachbarten Apartments.
• Pina (6/5): - The main advantage of this apartment is definitely the location. Being very close to the Pantheon makes it easy to explore the city on foot, and despite the very touristy area, the apartment itself was surprisingly quiet from the street side. The apartment is overpriced for what it offers. You are mainly paying for the location. The flat is quite small, the living area has no windows, and the bedrooms face an inner courtyard that feels somewhat neglected. The bathroom and shower are extremely small. The apartment is also not very soundproof. Many units seem to be holiday rentals, so there was quite a bit of noise and movement. The bathroom only has a sliding door, offering little privacy. The internet never worked during our stay despite reporting it, and the plastic mattress Cover are a no go

• Scott (9/5): Outstanding location, very comfortable beds and good self catering facilities - Amazing location, which is why we booked it. Really comfortable beds. Great communication with the hosts pre arrvial, during arrival and also during our stay. We were running the marathon and having the ability to cook for ourselves in th kitchen was super. Shower was very small, although the bathroom is large. Living area also smaller than expected which meant as a group of friends we had to socialise in the bedroom rather than communal living space.

No tiene servicio de custodia de maletas, lo que supuso un gran inconveniente, ya que nuestro vuelo salía por la noche. Tampoco se nos ofreció una solución. El apartamento no tiene vistas a la ciudad, sino a patios interiores. En la cocina no había estropajo para lavar los vasos y platos del desayuno. Para un par de días está bien, pero no para estancias más largas.
• Knud (4/5): This property has tremendous potential and the owners seem motivated but in current condition this is a 2 or 3, not a 4 - Location, windows, property contacts. The court yard, the apartment floor, the walls had lots of marks on them, high wear and rare, not what appeared on the web site.
• ACF.traveller (7/5): top location, small attention to details. priced as a 4 star hotel but without same standard. - location it is spot on, in front of phanteon. (you pay for that) friendly host that will meet you at the apartment to expalin you all. for 300 EUR a day i would have expected a bit more attention to amenities: only 3 toilet paper for 3 people for 6 days stay. 3 tiny Bottle of soap for 6 days stay. no sponge to wash plates. no paper towels for kitchen. yes there is an elevator..pitty that you still have to do stairs to reach the aprtment..so in reality it is not Wheelchair accessible!

• Feride (9/5): Evimizde gibi hissettik. - Roma’nın göbeğinde turistik yerlere mükemmel uzaklıkta. Kapıdan çıktığınızda Panteonu gördüğünüz merkezi konumda olması en güzel özelliği idi. Temiz ve konforlu bir konaklama sağladı, sitenin güvenliği rahat etmeniz için önemli bir unsur. Alandan kazanmak için dolap kapağına benzer bir banyo kapısı vardı ve tam kapanmıyordu.

• patrick (7/5): Bien situer, mais beaucoup de désagrément. - Absent Manquait un jeu de serviettes que la propriétaire n'a jamais rapporté. Lave linge qui n'essore pas et rien pour faire sécher. Même pas une éponge.
• Edulosa (8/5): Volvería sin duda - La ubicación es sin duda lo mejor. Totalmente insonorizada de la calle, en pleno centro pero no se oye el exterior. Cocina muy equipada y habitación principal cómoda. Cama grande. Buen sistema de ventilación (aire acondicionadoperfecto). Acogedora. Nos sentíamos como en casa. Nos respondieron rápido a cualquier mensaje. La chica que nos recibió a la entrada un encanto. El baño es incómodo en general. La ducha es muy pequeña, caldera ruidosa y la lavadora no centrifuga bien. Un poco descuidada la limpieza.

We were afraid it would have been noisy at night, but the walls were well insulated, so had no issues sleeping. The shower is a bit too small, no coffee was stocked up (only decaf), too few power outlets

• Maayan (10/5): Exceptional - The location was 100/100! The apartment was clean, beautiful and equipped with everything needed. Highly recommend this apartment. It was everything we wanted. The WiFi didn’t work in our first day. Afterwards it worked good.
• Veronica (9/5): Superb - Excellent location for visiting many key attractions. A good choice of restaurants & gelaterias nearby. There was a well stocked grocery store nearby where we could stock up on various essentials like tea / coffee / milk etc. Can’t think of anything.
• Anna (10/5): Wonderful Pantheon Experience - The kitchen is well furnished and it is easy to brew coffee, tea and shop for groceries at Co-op and Carre Four round the corner. It was warm and central heat/cooling was easy to regulate. The beds are super comfy and linens/duvet warm. The location could not have been better. All the events we came to attend were handily close by! Fabio’s assistant was there to meet us w the keys and explained the workings of the apartment gave us the keys and explained how to work the [interesting and intricate] locks.

• Tony (6/5): Location fantastic…accommodation disappointing - Location was fantastic, the WiFi was fine once connected to the correct network …the hostess greeting and communication was very good and friendly The shower is terrible, much too small, broken lever for the body and rainfall shower….not much seating for a family…not a lot of natural light in the living area…second bedroom bed not particularly comfortable
• Dean (7/5): Good - The location is amazing - very central but very quiet. Also the hosts are very attentive and respond quickly. Not a bad thing but the shower is quite small so more of a warning. Also the toilet continuously flushes in which you have to keep pressing the button until it stops. It was a bit annoying.
• Fai (9/5): Great ! - Great location where all attractions are on foot distance, waking up and seeing the pantheon every morning is so rewarding. Although its very near but it’s calm and quiet at the apartment. .

• Mary (8/5): Location, location, location, with a lift! - Firstly the location of this apartment is second to none. It is literally on the square where the Pantheon is. It is also surrounded by shops and a multitude of good restaurants. The air conditioning in the apartment worked incredibly well which was essential in the 38 degree heat. The apartment was on the 3rd floor so the tiny lift was a godsend. The apartment was very clean and well equipped and rooms were of ample size for 3 of us. It was great our son had a separate room too. Everything worked well and there is a washing machine. Although nowhere really to dry the clothes. I would recommend as despite how close it was to the main square there was literally no noise at all. Don't be put off by the exterior of the main building that you enter, appearances can be deceptive. Make sure you use the code to get through the locked gate as the key is really difficult to unlock it with. Try both of the gelato shops just under the building, one to the left and one to the right. Both were lovely. Taxi rank just on the other side of the square, so very easy to get around, as walking any distance in that heat was almost impossible. The shower cubicle was tiny and the shower head was huge so it was very odd. They could do with reducing the size of the storage cupboard next to the shower and putting in a bigger shower cubicle. The apartment is quite dark as the only natural light is from the bedroom but we kept the shutters closed mainly as it was so hot. However, plenty of lights in the apartment, so no real issue. The Sofa in the lounge is really uncomfortable and it only seats 2. Potentially they could remove the large footstool and replace with a much better sofa and a chair. These are small things but would make a lot of difference.

The apartment is a small and a little dark. The shower is too small and impossible to wash yourself in. The hot water runs out quickly.
• Maya (9/5): great stay, lovely owner, amazing location! - great location. on the Pantheon Square, beautifull shops. next to alot of restaurants/ice cream shops/supermarket. 15 min walk from travi train station (it was too much for us, so we took a Texi) The apartment mwt our requirements, very cute, pleasant, quiet (despite the central location), the beds are very comfortable, the owner of the apartment - Fabio was charming and allowed late checkout without extra charge because of the flight that was at night. The shower is cramped and small but fine for a few days. After 2 showers of 10 minutes you have to wait for hot water (about 40 minutes..), the size of the shower is small (not really critical for us), the apartment lacks a little light - there is no light in the living room but only from the rooms..

Fantastic location without any comp - Great location and comfortable bed Most of the things in the house have some ages. The electrical appliances are quite dirty, no smart TV but only Italian TV program. Lack of tablewares and the shower place is very tiny even though for Asian women perspective.

• Victor's (8/5): Great place to discover Rome. You could not be more central, about 50m from the Pantheon. - Location was amazing. Bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning in main area was essential. The apartment is good for 2 adults and 2 children, a little small, but perfectly okay for a long weekend 'en famille'.

Communicating with staff was very pleasant. Air conditioning didn’t feel extremely effective. The water pressure in the shower is quite low.

• Julia (10/5): A brilliant place to stay in the heart of the city. - The location is exceptional. Almost in the piazza of the Pantheon. It has elevator which was very important for us. Very quiet place. It is a small 2 bedroom apartment with a small leaving room and a tiny kitchen as part of the leaving room. Nice and clean. We were 3 people and for us it was perfect. A big thank you to Lorenzo who took care of our needs very promptly. The bathroom is a good size, it would be fine if it does not smell like mold. It has an exhaust but it does not help much. We would like to come back so please take care of the bathroom.

The apartment was well equipped, clean and quiet. We would definitely book it again. The communal entrance area could be smarter but we were only ever passing through. Other than that we were happy with everything.
• Eun-sol (3/5): Don’t stay here if you want running warm water. - we stayed for 5 nights, so I would say I got to know this property very well. The only good thing really was the separate rooms and comfy beds. The rest of our experience may have been poor but we did get a good nights sleep, save for the upstairs neighbors who you could hear every now and then. Nothing was working when we got there. The heating was only through the AC, which was lacking. The running water was ice cold. We asked and got it “fixed” multiple times over the days, but it didn’t work. The three of us ended up having to wake up in the middle of the night, check the water heater and manipulate it to turn back on, and ration quick showers through the day while the water was hot. The shower stall is way too small, but that is in the picture. The laundry machine had somebody’s underwear in it.

Fabio was always quick to respond before the trip and there was someone waiting to show us around the apartment as promised. Great little base in an epic location. If I had to pick one thing, it's the couch. Not very comfortable. But totally minor in comparison to how good everything else is.
