Guest Reviews
- Andrea (9/5): - Extremely quiet despite the super central location! Very weak water flow in the shower, and too soft of a mattress
- Birgit (6/5): -
- Abualigah (9/5): - best place and good apartment best place and good apartment
- Joanna (10/5): -
- Paulo (9/5): Impecavel - O Conforto do apartamento e a sua localização geográfica
- Chung Chi (9/5): - Great location to reach the tourist attractions. Feeling cozy during the stay!
- Finlay (8/5): Great location & highly reccomend. - Great location, easy to find & easy check in, really friendly staff. Light open space that was decorated with an authentic feel. Good facilities (for drinks and the washing machine with detergent). Air con wasn’t very powerful / didn’t reach the bedroom. Shutters didn’t close so it was light in the morning. Some soap / shower gel would have been good too.
- Wan-ying (7/5): Good location, ideal for short stays - Great location, most attractions are nearby. Very close to MRT No particularly feeling about the property

- Andrei (7/5): Beautiful holiday in Rome ruined by poor management skills... - The apartment was well situated, in one of best areas of Rome. I booked this apartment for a week as a present for my parents' 45-years marriage anniversary. The apartment is ok (although in dire need of some modern amenities), in a historic building in a nice area of Rome. Unfortunately, a vacation which was supposed to provide them with some very nice memories, ended up with my 70-year old parents wandering in Rome with all their luggage at 10 a.m in the morning, waiting for their plane which was late afternoon.
All this due to the lack of professionalism of the company managing the apartment, which initially confirmed that my parents may leave the luggage in the apartment until early afternoon but when check-out time came another person summoned them to leave the apartment at once, together with their luggage. We received no apologies nor a proactive attitude of trying to help us in anyway. The only justification they gave is that they have guests checking-in at 11 a.m (although their standard check-in hour is 4 p.m.)! So, I guess one person's loss is another person's gain 😒.
I find this lack of professionalism unacceptable and I would advice anybody staying in this apartment being extremely cautious and keeping written records of any confirmations received by the company managing it.
- Jay (8/5): Very good - Location was excellent and hosts were very good Washer Dryer not in good shape so didnt use
- Karly (8/5): Would 100% recommend ! - The space is very spacious and with a pretty great location, we did everything by walk from there ! - all tho it is very central, when the windows are closed , you can’t really hear the noice from outside - which is very great!
The staff was very helpful and they give you a lot of tips and information about the city!
We would definitely come back ! The mattress from the couch makes so much noise everytime the person sleeping there moves - woke up a lot because of this , the second night I was used to it
- Samantha (10/5): Lovely Stay in Rome - The apartment was very comfortable and cosy. I wad able to chill out and watch netflix/YouTube on smart the TV (something that most hotels don't provide). The location was amazing, everything I wanted to see was a half hour walk away and the supermarket is a 5 minute walk away. Even though there is a busy shopping street very close, it's still very quiet at night.
- Levon (8/5): Very good -
- Taron (9/5): Superb -
- 雅雯 (10/5): Wonderful place to stay! - The apartmwnt is really well- equipped. Basically you can find everything you need inside, from freezer, washing machine to dish washer. It‘s perfect to stay as home. And the location is really convenient as well, you can visit most of the main attractions by foot. Everything is so good!
- Fiona (9/5): Superb - A lovely, spacious apartment in a fabulous and quiet location. Easy walk to Piazza Popolo and Piazza di Spagna with lots of restaurants and shops. We really relaxed here and soaked up the atmosphere of Roma! We'd definitely stay again Nothing!
- Jhen-huei (9/5): Overall, a good place to stay when you're visiting Rome. - The location is perfect, and Nina as a welcome staff was very friendly to introduce everything of the apartment to me. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Recommend! N/A
- Mitzi (10/5): Don’t hesitate to stay here. I suspect it books up quickly. A real gem! - Our stay at the Diane Spanish Steps House was nothing short of spectacular. The location is perfect. We walked everywhere in Rome and it is centrally located in the shopping district, and fabulous restaurants abound. The owners are beyond helpful. We had a situation where we needed a driver to a specific destination, and they arranged everything for us. The apartment was clean, fully stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. We particularly appreciated the cable TV and we were able to watch news from home, and even Netflix movies. Next time we come to Rome, this is where we will stay. Two small flight of steps to reach apartment. About 17 steps, but very manageable with railings, we are an older couple. Luggage on arrival and departure date took a bit of effort. Most people would be fine and owners were helpful.
- Jason (9/5): Superb - It looked just like the photos. It was spacious and comfortable and very well located. Nothing really
- Tim (8/5): Great location large apartment - Great location
Large apartment
Washer
Air conditioning Bathroom needs updates
Elevator didn’t access our floor.
- Amanda (8/5): Excellent location, great hosts, rustic apartment - Lovely friendly informative welcome from Nina, even made us a coffee! The hosts were all very helpful and quick to respond to messages. Fantastic location, could walk to everything but nice and quiet in the apartment. Quirky little apt with character. Felt very secure and safe. The bed was not at all comfortable. Hate to complain about anything as we had such an enjoyable time and as I said lovely hosts but the apartment is badly in need of some love and attention all felt rather shabby and dated.Could write a long list but we were told they are planning some renovations so think they know the apartment desperately needs an overall then it has the potential to be a fab little place!
- Vera (10/5): Exceptional - Host was very responsive from the beginning and flexible regarding the keys hand over, even after mid night. Location was very convenient and central. There were all what i needed for staying: furniture in good condition, books/travel magazines, air conditioning, nice bathroom, all dishes, cutlery and nice coffee. Host kindly confirmed my late check out. I would recommend everyone this place and come here again! nothing
- Grant (7/5): Great stay would recommend - Space of apartment, Location 100%, air conditioned, kitchen supplies Shower cramped next to washing machine and water pressure low. Power went off when washing machine and dishwasher on together.
- Ionita (9/5): Superb - The property location was excellent, the apartment is great, clean and the staff very helpful. I would definitely recommend this property and definitely come back.
- Michelle (10/5): Fabulous spacious apartment in great location! - Amazing location, central to everything. Nice, clean apartment. Suited our family of 4 perfectly. Staff really helpful and friendly. Would recommend.
- Erin (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment is such a gem. It was in the perfect location right near Piazza del Popolo, right in the heart of things but somehow also on a lovely quiet street! Yes you can have it all!! Emanuela and Francesco and Nina were all incredibly helpful, too. They let us check in early and helped us find a place to store our luggage after checking out. This was the first place we stayed on our honeymoon and it couldn't have made for a smoother landing. Nothing!
- Yvonne (10/5): Beautiful apartment in a wonderful location. - The location was amazing, and the property was very Italian. It was a little tired and the beds were a bit hard.
- Annette (10/5): Great apartment in an excellent location - Fantastic communication and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Great location in the heart of Rome.
- Simon (10/5): We loved it. Nina was fantastic to deal with at the property when we arrived and Emanuela ensured we were collected on t -
- Kylie (10/5): Friendly tenant, amazing location, and comfortable stay - The space was huge. It was nice not to be cramped in such a small space. There was plenty of room for our bags and to relax outside of just the bedroom area. The best part of this apartment is the location. You aren't going to get a better location for the price!
- Annika (9/5): Superb - Our hosts were very kind and communicative. The apartment had great A/C (helpful in the shocking 29 degree April weather) and a washing machine as well, which we were happy about. Very small kitchen, but well-equipped.
- Rose (10/5): excellent apartment and very good host Nina - very clean apartment Very friendly and competent host. Great location Quiet at night everything was very good
- Alastair (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing location 5mins from the Spanish steps
- Maria (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Antonio (8/5): Very good -
- Liberty (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location and lovely clean apartment
- Marco (10/5): Exceptional -
- Darryl (10/5): Highly recommend, perfect location close to all the action of Via Del Corso and walking distance to Spanish Steps, Trevi - brilliant location, greeting staff were incredibly accommodating. We thought the property was almost ‘too good to be true’ when we booked from Australia several months ago but it was all beautiful. We would definitely stay again and recommend the place to any travellers lift out of action but only one flight of stairs. No real issue for us
- Adrienne (10/5): this property is highly recommended for anyone needing a place to stay in ROME. - this property has a great location. There is a small grocery store and several small restaurants nearby for breakfast. A short walk will take you to restaurants for dinner that have great menus. The location is very walkable to most attractions. there was nothing to dislike about this property. The apartment was well stocked for every possible need. The hosts were very accommodating, taking our luggage in early. It was very clean.
- Oleg (10/5): Exceptional -
