• Chris (8/5): - Location was fantastic for walking to all parts of the city centre and the famous historical sites. The property was clean and had everything we needed. No windows in the bedrooms. Air was a little stale.
• Alastair (9/5): Fantastic stay, great location, helpful host. - The location was fantastic, so close to the colloseum and lots of good food. Inside was a touch warm/muggy even with the fan on and/or windows open.

• Chris (1/5): Don’t stay. - Absolutely nothing. I disliked the whole experience. It smelt like a cellar. No windows in the bedroom and this leads to increased carbon monoxide in the rooms and developed respiratory problems. At least the owner agreed to refund the nights we didn’t stay but it was barely a 2 star place charging 4 star prices. And in the end he charged me cleaning fees of €60 when the fees paid were all inclusive. Booking.com should take responsibility for the false advertising on their site.
• Felipe (8/5): Inmejorable apartamento para dormir casi a los pies del Coliseo - La ubicación es inmejorable, a 3-4 minutos del Coliseo, en una calle muy tranquila a la espalda del mercado de Trajano. Un apartamento muy amplio y limpio. Lo único, que no funcionaba el tostador. Salvatore me dijo que era nuevo pero no hubo manera de hacerlo funcionar.

• Felicia (6/5): - Die Lage der Wohnung im Altstadtviertel Monti. Großer Kühlschrank. Sehr muffig, Beide Schlafzimmer haben keine Fenster. Im Innenhof tropft es die ganze Zeit hörbar. Das Doppelbett hat nur eine Zudecke. Für 4 Personen und 4 Nächte gab es nur 2 Toilettenpapierrollen. In der Dusche ging die Handbrause nicht. In der Küche gab es keine großen Gläser, nur Weingläser und kleine Wasserglas nur eines.

• Pierre-Jean (5/5): Appart tres bien situé - Emplacement super.tout a 5 min. Appart tres bien meublé et décoré. Tout est fourni dans cuisine. Pas de vraie climatisation.Chambres sans fenetres.Tres humide et sentait le renfermé.3 jours sans eau chaude. L appartement super decoré mais on a eu tres chaud .Trop peu de serviettes et drap de bain.Le menage pas top non plus
• Haitham (6/5): Bien pour l'emplacement idéal et l'hôte mais nous ne relouerons pas cet appartement pour l'humidité - Le lieu géographique est parfait et la taille de l'appartement est idéal pour une famille. La disponibilité de notre hôte qui a répondu rapidement notamment pour refaire nettoyer l'appartement une deuxième fois. Notre Hôte a été très réactif et très agréable lors de nos échanges. L'appartement avait des problèmes d'humidité important ( trace de champignons sur les murs ) dans les deux chambres. L'humidité rendait les draps de nos chambres avec un effet mouillé... surtout dans la chambre enfants avec les deux lits séparés (des VMC sont installées dans les chambres mais elles font du bruit la nuit, il faut donc les couper...). Pour un appartement de cet tranche de prix c'est à vrai dire décevant. La propreté était également limite, l'appartement n'était pas très propre surtout les sols et les murs avec trace de champignon à certain endroit. Je précise quand même que notre hôte à fait le nécessaire pour faire intervenir le service de nettoyage mais cela ne retire pas les problèmes d'humidités évident de cet appartement. Donc nous sommes déçuus pour cet aspect la.
• Priscilla (7/5): Centrale ligging top, wel muf en klam appartement - Centrale ligging Het appartement was helaas erg vochtig, met gebrekkige ventilatie. Daardoor droogden de handdoeken nauwelijks en voelde het beddengoed klam aan. Ook hing er een muffe geur in de ruimte, wat de sfeer niet ten goede kwam.

• Hairo (9/5): Familia en Roma - Ubicación Es para 4 personas el sofá cama no es opción, costo un poco la llegada mucho formulario para poder tener el acceso. con niños hay mucho adorno vas a tener que recogerlos. Esta cerca del área del Colisieo, a lo demás si te desplazas.
• Maria (4/5): Great location , good decor .. but smell humidity and mattres was very bad. - The apartment is cute and good decoration , location is good , staff responsive. But.. the humidity smell was terrible.. specially first 2 days.. was very bad to brith that smell. Actually first day bed sheets were humid , looks like the apartment did not have AC in weeks .. we were 4 and they leave only 4 towels for 4 nights.. . Is no windows in the bathrooms only in the living room and kitchen. Humidity smell. Mattress in the master Beth room need to be change ..

It was like a hoover turned on even at night. I told the owner and it seems that there’s not solution and that is really annoying at night so that info should be at the description
• Srećko (9/5): We had 4 nights in a very nice and comfortable apartment in an exceptional location. - The location is great, right next to Trajan's Forum. The apartment is clean and very nicely decorated, has all the necessary appliances. The walls are thick and the apartment is very quiet. The bedrooms don't have windows, but there is ventilation, so there is no shortage of air. There is no wifi or cell phone signal in one bedroom. It's not terrible, but I like to read something in bed before going to sleep, for example about the sights of Rome.

• James (10/5): Perfect location and service! - Everything was exceptional. The service was what sold us, the owner was openly communicating and assisting whenever we needed help with anything! 10/10 I don’t take this as a negative because it’s more preference, the shower was quite small for me (I’m over 6ft) and we needed a small thing cleaned in the apartment which was handled within 24 hours, amazing service!
• Mindzakova (8/5): Very good - Location was fantastic, literally next to Forum Romanum. Close to main sites, shops, restaurants. Apartment was nicely decorated. Although in the center, as windows heading to the courtyard it was quiet. Communication with hosts and check-in was very easy. As mentioned, 2 rooms have no windows. 1 room was ok as you can open the doors to the living room with windows, the other room has only A/C. Consider it is old building in the center, it may become a bit damp and smelly if no fresh air left in.

• Ruth (9/5): Superb - Hosts were amazing and always available when needed. The place was gorgeous and the location fantastic. However as a family of 5 with the sofa bed out it only left one lounge seat and not a great deal of room in the lounge. None the less we loved it and weren't there much anyway so worked well and despite that would definitely choose it again. Would highly recommend for 4 people though.
