• Sarka (1/5): ⭐ 1 out of 10 – Dangerous, Dishonest, and Booking.com Is Letting It Happen - I strongly urge anyone considering this property to avoid it completely. This was one of the worst and most stressful accommodation experiences I've ever had – not just because it was uncomfortable, but because it was genuinely unsafe and dishonestly advertised. Many facilities listed on the Booking.com page simply did not exist, including: No outdoor area or terrace No sofa, sofa bed, or dining table No soundproofing – in fact, it was extremely noisy No working or visible smoke alarms or carbon monoxide detectors No proper fire extinguisher (the one present was expired and hidden) No wellness area, no reception, no lockers, no radio/CD player No key card or safety deposit box Poor kitchen hygiene – dirty cutlery, cracked glassware No internet access – we messaged for the Wi-Fi password and were ignored Despite multiple past reviews warning of these issues (dating back years!), nothing has been fixed. Shockingly, Booking.com continues to list this property, even though it clearly violates Italian safety regulations for short-term rentals. I raised a formal complaint with Booking.com, provided evidence (photos, recordings), and highlighted the legal safety violations – but weeks later, there is still no real response and the listing remains active. This shows a complete lack of accountability and care for guest safety. This is not just a disappointing stay – it is a property that is illegally operating without proper fire safety standards, falsely advertising dozens of amenities, and getting away with it because platforms like Booking.com won’t act. Please protect yourself and your loved ones – do not book this place.
• Rudi (10/5): - L’appartamento era pulitissimo, ben arredato e dotato di ogni comfort. La zona è tranquilla ma vivace, con ristoranti, bar e negozi a portata di mano. Il check-in è stato semplice e l’host sempre disponibile e gentile. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque voglia vivere Roma al meglio, in una posizione centrale ma comoda e accogliente. Ogni giorno si può raggiungere le attrazioni in pochi minuti. Vaticano e trastevere i più lontani (20-25 min a piedi), pienamente soddisfatto
• Ahmed (3/5): Not a value for money - Not value for money at all. The location is very bad as I can hear clearly anyone in the street literally. Also, in the afternoon, there were military planes that had a horrible sound. The house is old, the elevator is too tight, the room on 2nd floor, the doors open using a secret code which is something good, the apartment size is very small to fit 2 persons, however the bed is king size were big enough, there were some appliances like microwave, kettle and small fridge, The bathroom it is really bad like it is designed to annoy u, was positioned extremely close to the wall, the shower had very weak water pressure, and the sink appeared clogged with slow drainage. Finally, there were no hangers provided for towels or clothes.

• Susan (8/5): Position was excellent but problems encountered getting wifi code and door keys spoiled it for us. - Location was good - room was adequate - bed was comfy. Bathroom was what one would expect in Rome - small but everything was there. The restaurant below was noisy at night meaning the windows had to be closed - but that's life in central Rome. The photos show "bar stools' (only had one); microwave (don't know where that was hiding); and mention a terrace. Where was it? We couldn't find it. To get the wifi password one needed a phone with global roaming. Coming from Australia we didn't bother because usually- wifi is available everywhere. We had trouble getting in touch with the owner re wiifi - went to the address on business card left in apartment - had to convince the portiere to phone 'madam' and when we finally did had to convince her to give us the wifi code - why can;t it be left in the room as all other establishments we have been in do??? And, finally, on second day the external keypad died!!! We had to ring other apartments hoping they would open the door to let us in. Luckily the following morning the cleaner came and found duplicate keys for us. Maybe we were just unlucky???
