• David (10/5): An excellent, comfortable and very pleasant option to visit the Vatican/Rome! - A great experience overall, would recommend without a doubt. Keys of the apartment were delivered in hand by a welcoming person, willing to explain everything and give you suggestions/advices you might need. The remaining communication via whatsapp was fast and fluid. The location is great particularly if your focus is the Vatican, 10 mins walk. For Rome city center still walkable but further away. The neighborhood is very pleasant, safe and quiet. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious, with everything you might need (AC included), the two beds were big and comfortable. A great experience, will stay here if we return to Rome. Nothing, everything was perfect!

Na wyposażeniu było wszystko czego potrzeba, w kuchni tabletki do zmywarki, płyn do mycia naczyń, czysta gąbeczka o ścierką kuchenna. W łazience pralka z kapsułkami, kosmetyki, suszarka. Łóżka wygodne, pościel i ręczniki świeże. Duży plus za garderobę w apartamencie. Okolica ładna i bezpieczna. W nocy cicho. Sklep spożywczy za rogiem. Pyszna lodziarnia i kawiarnia w której jedliśmy pyszne śniadania na ulicy obok. Do Watykanu 15 min spacerkiem. Do fontanny do Trevi ok 30 min spacerkiem. Przystanek autobusowy i metro w odległości 5 min. Pobyt udany. Jeżeli wrócimy do Rzymu to na pewno w to samo miejsce. Brak

• Joanna (10/5): Zdecydowanie polecam - Świetny kontakt z wynajmującym, który w dniu przyjazdu bezpłatnie przechował nasz bagaż. Wygląd apartamentu zgodny ze zdjęciami i z opisem. Było bardzo czysto i wygodnie, nocą cicho. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko bazyliki oraz dwóch stacji metra. My w zasadzie wszędzie chodziliśmy pieszo. Obok kamienicy jest dobrze wyposażony sklep. Dość słaba suszarka do włosów, która nie nadaje się do suszenia długich gęstych włosów.

• Natalia (10/5): Идеальные апартаменты, с удовольствием бы остановились там еще раз - Идеальные апартаменты: очень чистые, просторные, красиво обставленные, много мест для хранения, есть кофемашина, посудомойка, батарея и все необходимое. В реальности еще красивее, чем на фото. Очень хорошее расположение: в спокойном приятном районе с множеством хороших кафе, но также можно пешком дойти до центра города. С удовольствием бы остановились там еще раз :) Apartamento ideal: muy limpio, espacioso y bonito. Está bien amueblado y tiene muchos lugares para guardar cosas. Hay cafetera, lavavajillas, calefacción y todo lo necesario. En realidad es aún más bonito que en las fotos. La ubicación es muy buena: en un barrio tranquilo y agradable con muchos cafés buenos, y también se puede ir caminando al centro de la ciudad. Nos gustaría volver a alojarnos allí otra vez.

• Marián (10/5): - S ubytovaním sme boli spokojní. Pani domáca nás kontaktovala deň pred príchodom. Pri príchode na apartmán nás osobne čakala pred domom, zaviedla nás do apartmánu, kde nám odovzdala kľúče. V apartmáne je k dispozícií plne vybavená kuchyňa, kávovar (aj s kapsulami - výborná káva), umývačka riadu, práčka, dostatok ukladacieho priestoru. Poloha apartmánu je výborná. Tichá lokalita. Jediné, čo by sme možno vytkli je (ale nedávame to do negatív, lebo je to vec vkusu), že bol apartmán na nás až príliš voňavý :-). Takže sme počas nášho pobytu všetky osviežovače vzduchu "zamkli" do zásuvky :-). Apartmán určite odporúčame.

Cozinha bem equipada e fácil de usar . Um ótimo custo benefício. Talvez ter uma secadora de roupa e mais autonomia no ajuste da temperatura ambiente.

• MARIA (10/5): Alojamiento excelente - Excelente en todo! Ubicación perfecta, cerca del vaticano y del centro a un paseo un agradable, zona tranquila con muchos restaurantes alrededor. Supermercado al lado con horario muy amplio. La casa muy amplia para 4 personas, limpia y muy cómoda, con todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta. La persona que nos recibió encantadora y muy buena comunicación con ella. Todo fue perfecto
• Englander Abroad (9/5): Large Apartment Away from the Tourists - We liked that this apartment was in a building with normal, local residents in a normal residential district. There is a little supermarket on the corner for supplies and a good couple of cafes within one street. All within a 15 minutes stroll to the Vatican. The earliest check-in time was non-negotiable at 1700 despite landing at 1230. Just meant we had to lug suitcases to a local bar for pizza and beer for a couple of hours before getting the keys.

• Sean (10/5): Perfect location with great amenities - The apartment itself is in a beautiful building with a beautiful courtyard in the middle with huge trees. It is a safe area and the apartment is quite secure, as you need 4 keys to get in. The apartment is designed to be highly functional with all the amenities you need and plenty of space. The A/C worked fine (it was 100F outside when we were there), the wifi works well, the shower is very nice, everything in the apartment works well. The apartment is well-maintained. It is ideal for someone driving into Rome, since it is not in one of the Rome ZTL areas, so you can drive to and from the apartment at any time, and there is also parking available on the street or in a nearby garage. Parking in this neighborhood appears to be safe and plentiful, unlike many other places in Rome. The neighborhood is very nice, with lots of restaurants and a supermarket a block away, and easy to walk through. It is very close to the Vatican, just a short walk. It is also close enough to walk to many of the other most popular attractions in Rome, such as the Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, the Fountain of Trevi and the Spanish steps. The Colosseum is not a walkable distance, but the apartment is close to public transportation to get there, or a car since the Colosseum is right at the edge of the ZTL boundary. On arrival we checked in with a lady named Ms Thea who checked us in despite the language barrier. The process was smooth. The apartment itself has every last convenience you can imagine, It has a small safe, a nice coffee maker, a large fridge, an ice cube tray in the fridge, a toaster, a good stove, a nice dishwasher, a nice clothes washer, shampoo and soap, a very nice shower, comfortable beds, good chairs for seating, great A/C with remote controls. It is all very convenient, every last detail is considered. I believe the proprietors have made a serious effort to try to cover every small thing that might make things easier for travelers. Not much that I did not like. I would have liked a larger safe that could fit my laptop. I had some trouble with the parking payment machines in the area, which turned out fine in the end, and this is obviously not something the proprietor can control.

De verdad diez de diez. Aparcamos en la calle ya que los parkings en Roma has de dejar las llaves puestas y los van moviendo de un puesto a otro. Mi coche nuevo no lo dejo. Ya hay comentarios de que te los encuentras con algún daño que otro. Seguí indicaciones de la anfitriona de donde aparcar y genial. Todo perfecto literalmente.

A warm welcome from the host Emanuela, who gave us a quick tour of the apartment and was very responsive to our queries. The apartment was super-clean, fully-furnished and conveniently located away from the touristy areas of Rome. Maybe a trivial point for others, but the dishwasher was greatly appreciated after a long and full day of touring Rome, when washing dishes by hand was the last thing on our minds! 😁. Would definitely come back to the Germanico Luxury Apartment! Nothing!

Can’t think of anything. We were really close to public transportation, however a couple of us were older, so we needed to use Uber more often. 😁

• Ionut (10/5): Wonderful stay in a beautiful and safe neighborhood - The location is excellent, in a very safe and quiet neighborhood, yet close to most of the major attractions in Rome. The apartment is spacious and situated in a charming, well-maintained building with a lovely inner courtyard. There's a doorman during the day, and the main gates to the courtyard are locked at night for added security. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby with fair prices, as the area isn’t overly touristy—so you won’t encounter inflated prices. A supermarket is just around the corner, and you can find almost anything you need there. There are also several local shops offering regional products and even freshly cooked meals. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend it!

• Will (10/5): Fantastic stay in Rome. Close to the Vatican. - The owner, Franco, met us at the property and spent time telling us about the area. The apartment is in a quiet location on the fourth floor. The elevator worked well. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen and a washer in the bathroom. The bedroom is spacious with a comfortable bed. All linens and towels are of a very good quality. Franco also setup airport transport which worked very well. We highly recommend this property.
