• Alfonso (8/5): Bella stanza, peccato per la posizione e lo staff - L’appartamento è bellissimo, a parte una camera da letto che è troppo piccola e con pochi punti luce, sembra un po’un ripostiglio Check-out alle 10, troppo presto e sono venuti a bussare molto indispettiti perché erano le 10:05

• Voinea (9/5): - Locația a fost bună și exact conform descrierii, într-o zonă convenabilă pentru a vizita Roma. Check-in-ul a fost rapid și eficient, iar gazda ne-a explicat totul foarte clar. Apartamentul este bine dotat și are aproape tot ce este necesar pentru un sejur confortabil. Am apreciat faptul că ni s-a permis să facem check-out cu o oră mai târziu, deoarece copiii erau foarte obosiți și ar fi fost dificil să eliberăm camera la ora 10:00 dimineața. Per total, a fost o experiență bună, cu câteva mici aspecte care ar putea fi îmbunătățite pentru a face șederea și mai plăcută. Totuși, experiența cu transferul privat nu a fost una plăcută. Comunicarea cu șoferul a fost destul de dificilă, iar noi am așteptat aproximativ 45 de minute până când a reușit să parcheze și să ne preia, ceea ce ne-a făcut să pierdem destul de mult timp după sosire. În apartament, singurul lucru care ne-a lipsit a fost un aparat de cafea. Ar fi fost un gest frumos să existe și măcar o sticlă de apă la sosire, pentru un plus de ospitalitate. De asemenea, ar fi fost util să existe un loc unde să putem lăsa bagajele, având în vedere că zborul nostru era seara târziu.

• AMALIA (9/5): Apartamento genial para visitar todo Roma - Alojamiento tal y como muestran la fotos,muy grande,espacioso y a la vez acogedor. La decoración es súper chula y estaba muy limpio todo. Ubicación perfecta enfrente de una parada de bus que te deja en todos los sitios principales y el vaticano se encuentra a 15 minutos andando. Hay supermercados cerca y cafeterías. Las camas supletorias son un poco incómodas.

• Golek (8/5): Wir waren zu acht zu Gast und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer hervorragenden Lage und das Ein- - Uns hat der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchten wir die Nähe zur Vatikanstadt, was unsere Erkundungen sehr erleichtert hat. Auch die Bushaltestelle direkt gegenüber war äußerst praktisch. Außerdem fanden wir die empfohlenen Restaurants in der Umgebung wirklich hervorragend und gut erreichbar. Was uns weniger gut gefallen hat, betrifft lediglich die Bettdecken – diese könnten unserer Meinung nach erneuert werden. Abgesehen davon ist uns jedoch nichts Negatives an der Wohnung aufgefallen, und wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

• Alberto (9/5): ci siamo trovati bene ed è consigliabile la locatio a due passi dal vaticano - Helena è stata gentilissima, puntuale nei tempi e nelle spiegazioni. Ottima receptionist. Eravamo curiosi di sapere se venivano affittate anche stanze singole o tutto l'appartamento un frigorifero con bottigliette d'acqua non sarebbe una brutta idea
• Felydette Ray (8/5): Rome is a walking city, this is a perfect place to rest after a long day of being a tourist. - This was a perfect find for a group of 9. There were 4 bedrooms (just enough for the 3 couples and 3 sisters) and 3 baths. The living rooms was very spacious, more than enough room for all of us. Love that the dining table was big enough we could just hang around during dinner and talk the nigh away. There was enough kitchen stuff to cook our meals and enough space to move around in the area while we were each doing our assigned duties. We requested for early check in and host was so kind enough to accommodate us. We arrived at 12 noon and the Claudia was there to meet as. She explained clearly how to open the main door and the unit door, showed us around the place and was kind enough to answer all our questions. The area was also perfect. Restaurants just outside the building, a supermarket at the end of the block and a pharmacy across the street. The beds were really comfortable. Best of all the place was very clean. Very well lit with unique decor. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. The master bathroom had a tub. There was no shower curtain around to prevent water from the shower wetting the floor. Also there were no handrails to help you get in and out of the tub. Since most of our group was over the age of 60, only 1 of us was brave enough to use the tub once. The others did not want to try, afraid of slipping and falling. The other two bathrooms were very clean but the shower space had no rack or shelf to put our shampoo and soap. It would have been nice if there was a small shelf. We ended up putting our stuff outside the shower door, on the sink or window sill. But this got the floor more wet than usual since the shower door had to be opened every now and then. Other than these, this place is a find and would definitely recommend to others who may visit Rome.
• Maria (10/5): Everything was comfortable and easy, and we’d be happy to return in the future - The place was beautiful, very clean, and felt spacious — we never felt cramped. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, and we only wish we had stayed longer. We also really appreciated the location: 20 minutes from the Vatican, in a safe neighborhood, with a supermarket nearby. The only small downside was that some neighbors were talking late into the night, and the noise carried into two of the bedrooms. We weren’t sure which apartment it came from.

• Els (9/5): Super verblijf voor je citytrip in Rome! - Het appartement is heel erg ruim, 4 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers. Eentje had een geweldig bad, zalig na een lange dag stappen. Kraaknet! Prijs/kwaliteit 🔝 De locatie buiten centrum wel vlakbij het Vaticaan. Wanneer je naar centrum gaat neem je best de bus.

Die Betten waren bequem, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen und alles war sauber und gepflegt. Auch die Lage ist ausgezeichnet – zentral, aber dennoch ruhig, und Parkplätze findet man in der Nähe. • Diana (9/5): Thank you for a fantastic stay!!! - I loved the ease of communicating with the owner, the comfort and size of the apartment, and the location. The owner was incredibly kind, accommodating, and easy to reach, and he made us feel safe and comfortable. The rooms were large and comfortable, and the common spaces were also very large, maybe unusually so. We really appreciated that, especially the size of the entryway where we parked a wheelchair daily. I am detailing some drawbacks below for other travelers, but all in all this was a great stay. The fridge was on the small side, especially for the size of the apartment (so the size of the parties staying there), and did not have a separate (or large enough) freezer, which made everything harder especially given the heat wave. It was also very dusty in the apartment permanently, so we would have liked a cordless vacuum cleaner so we could vacuum at least the common spaces where my daughter crawled on the floor all day. There were no armoires, dressers, or closets in the rooms, so unpacking was difficult. Lastly, and this is not the fault of the apartment, we traveled with a wheelchair-bound child and unfortunately the elevator was not big enough to easily accommodate her wheelchair, which made for a conundrum. All these aside, I would go back any time, as the size and location of the apartment, as well as the owner, make it well worth it!!

Everything is top-notch, starting from the beautifully decorated rooms (where you’ll find everything you need), to the energy of the place that makes you feel very cozy and relaxed, perfectly blending with the overall design of the apartment. Located just a 15-minute walk from the Vatican, in a civilized and easily accessible area in terms of transport, with a bus stop right across the street from the apartment. The host, Marco, is very kind and ensures quick communication, which makes the check-in/check-out process smooth (the instructions provided were very clear and easy to follow). Excellent value for money – I would recommend this place anytime.

• Egli (10/5): Exceptional - What a great stay we had! Both hosts, Marco and Claudia, were extremely helpful, accessible and kind. They made our stay comfortable and easy, and I’d highly recommend this property. Beautiful apartment and everything we needed for a quick few nights in Rome. You won’t be disappointed! It didn’t matter for our group, but the apartment could have had more seating in the living room.

• Zubi (7/5): Good - The apartment was clean and nice . The kitchen was fully equipped. Perfect fir families. We had a good time Only small little issues which can be improved on. Lightning was dim especially in the rooms . In the kitchen there was only two power points to be shared by an oven & microwave , toaster and boiler. There was no hooks in the toilet to hang your towels after shower. No long mirrors in the rooms . That made it difficult to get dress & the dim lighting could do some improvement . The only long mirror they had was in the hall.. one of the room did not have a mirror at all. Thus had to come out to the hall which had a long mirror .

• Rui (9/5): Superb - Both Marco and claudia were very friendly and helpful (Marco sent messages during the stay asking if everything is going well)! The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos and the decor is absolutely amazing. Beds are extremely comfortable, and the automatic heating system very efficient (despite the low temperature outside we have never had the necessity to switch on the AC). Next time in Rome we would definitely rent it again! Only the living room is short of seats. Adding another sofa or two arm chairs and it will be perfect!
• Dennis (10/5): This property was great with everything we needed and a perfect location, Management was fantastic! - Great location, bus stop out front, coffee shop around the corner and a grocery store nearby. Close walking distance to major attractions and delicious restaurants. Marco and Claudia were amazing and very helpful with setting up transportation and giving directions and advice touring the city. We had 12 people on vacation and were able to stay comfortably in the apartment with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The apartment was clean and had all the dishes we needed and a dishwasher. The beds were comfortable. The only thing I did not like was that our vacation was too short. I wish we could have stayed longer.
