• Aude (6/5): L’emplacement est parfait, et l’hôte est très disponible, mais le prix n’est pas justifié, car l’appartement n’est pas d - L’emplacement est parfait, à quelques rues du Vatican, et proche du centre de Rome, idéal pour une visite de la ville Le confort est sommaire, les installations vieillottes, l’électricité est d’époque, la literie moyenne, manque un micro-onde, les peintures usées et la salle de bain vétuste…

• Christian (8/5): Roma è una città incredibile che merita di essere vissuta - L’appartamento si trova in una posizione molto comoda a piazza S. Pietro e ci sono ristoranti e bar nella zona. Il proprietario è stato gentile e presente quando abbiamo avuto necessità. Forse per una incomprensione pensavamo di trovare una camera in più. Abbiamo dovuto adattarci un po’. La doccia ha avuto un piccolo inconveniente che il proprietario ha promesso di sistemare il prima possibile.

• Sarah (10/5): Soggiorno impeccabile - Struttura impeccabile, comoda e dotata di ogni comfort. A due passi da San Pietro, con fermata di autobus a 50 metri per raggiungere ogni parte di Roma e market a meno di 100 metri. La casa ha tutto! Lavatrice, bollitore, moka, frigo/freezer e anche forno. Una pace unica per riposare in tutta tranquillità. Proprietario impeccabile e disponibilissimo. Davvero soddisfatti. Da tornarci nel prossimo viaggio a Roma.

• Lina (9/5): Puiki, patyrėme daug įspūdžių - Puiki apgyvendinimo įstaigos vieta, 10 min kelio pėsčiomis iki San Pietro Bazilikos. Šalia apgyvendinimo įstaigos yra keletas nedidelių barų ir restoranėlių, kur galima skaniai pavalgyti. Prie namų yra prekybos centras (matomas pro apgyvendinimo įstaigos langą, kitoje gatvės pusėje). Šeimininė maloni ir paslaugi jau laukė mūsų atvykstančių bei priėmė šiek tiek anksčiau nei buvo nurodyta, aprodė buto privalumus. -

• Višnjić (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was extremely kind, communicative, and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

• Katharine (8/5): Great little apartment - The apartment was nicely located in terms of proximity to Vatican City. The sleeping accommodations met our needs as a family of four. Shower water temp was finicky. The AC worked great in the main room but didn't cool the bedroom well.

• Lawrence (6/5): We were comfortable enough, but it could definitely be upgraded and it wou - The location was great. Near a friend and nice view. It was clean and bad a good bed and basic kitchen amenities. The shower was very small and the shower head fell down and a representative came to fix it, but the thing he put in fell down, too. No holder for soap. The furniture (table and chairs were rickety and we were afraid to sit on one of them. Wouldn’t hurt to replace them. The kitchen was not set up very well, and there was no plug for the sink. The rep bought one, but it didn’t fit so was useless. To the owner’s credit, his rep told us that young people come in, get drunk and trash the place, and only stay a very few days, so it is hard to keep it nice. What a shame.

• Lara (10/5): Perfect for comfort, convenience and value for money - It was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was pleasant and very convenient near St Peter’s and the bus stop for all other destinations. It was also safe and secure. And had a grocery shop across the road. The Home of Joy made our Rome visit absolutely perfect. We loved it! The only issue was WiFi temporarily cutting out and the landlord solved the problem as soon as possible with the external service provider. This was important for us.
• Martha (10/5): Our stay - The viewpoint and how close it is to the vatican city overall it was a great stay, and I definitely recommend 👌 the staff was so nice, was received with a big smile and a warm welcome, visited during the winter the house was so warm, and l will definitely visit again

We especially love the location of the appartment - it is one of the safest and cleanest location in Rome. It is really near Vatican city - you can see the piazza. It has good bus and train connection. Everything was great.

• Roycelyn (8/5): If you’re not looking for frills, good place to go. Very good host. - Close to amenities Only one bedroom. The second bed is in the living room. Good place though. No fans only one AC, does cool the place.
• Susan (1/5): Find another place and do not believe all the reviews, as there must be fake ones on this place. - Location was good, but apartment a dump. Do not believe the reviews as unsafe with broken chair and mold in washing machine. Advertised as having AC, but window unit only in living room and was told to manually dump a water container every 2 hours which means you can't leave on when you leave or sleep with air. In addition to above, no blinds on the windows also interrupting sleep, and horrible pull out couch in living room. Apartment on 6 floor, and elevator broken during our stay and had to be repaired. Also, Booking.com told us they would reimburse room for us, but was told today only 15% max....which is $51 and not even worth my time typing this. I am hoping to warn others and will never use this site again for any travel needs!

• Krastanka (8/5): Everything you need to enjoy Rome for few days! - The location, the size, and the facilities in the apartment, the lady that met us - she was so kind and helpful! The contact Andrea was not very happy to communicate with us, I do not know why.

The apartment is suitable for families or couples, and the lady in charge of the reception and the landlord are very friendly. Even though I don't speak Italian, the communication was very smooth. Rome is too hot in summer, and the rooms inside are a little hot.

• Roy (7/5): Very good location, good stay for a few nights; needs attention to some details - Location very good, WiFi worked very well, lots of shops/dining places nearby, felt as a safe neighborhood. Quite noisy, even with windows closed. Sanitary room needs upgrade/repairs, as well as kitchen. The lady who let us in didn’t speak any English, so communication was difficult/challenging. A piece of pipe of roughly 5 cm long coming out of the wall just above the sleeping couch. Risk of injuries. On the sixth floor, very small elevator, so best suited for fit people.

• Sebastian (10/5): It was a nice place to rest after visiting Vatican City and Rome. - The location was close to Vatican, train station and many restaurants and stores. The air conditioner was a huge bonus, specially because we arrived at the middle of a heat wave in Rome. Don't know if it was because of some construction site in the front of the building, but there was no signal to let us know we where in the right place, which was a bit misleading.

• Christophe (8/5): Very good - Great location, within 10 mins walking distance to St Peter's. There is a bus stop about 50 metres away from the apartment entrance with no. 64 to Piazza Venizia. Carrefour is just 3 mins away by foot. The host responded to messages very quickly. Though all in Italian, there's no problem with the help of Google translation. Poor sound insulation. Can hear next door showering, singing, all sorts of noise. It would also be nicer if there's a microwave.
