Guest Reviews
- Dragana (7/5): - The location of the apartment is great, just a few minutes’ walk from the Colosseum. There is a bus station across the street, and the metro station is only a 5-minute walk away.
Host Sam is really great, and communication with him was excellent. Too loud. It was impossible to sleep because you could hear every noise and all the traffic from the street. Keep in mind that the bedroom faces the main street.

- Aleksandr (10/5): Definitely recommended - Very beautiful apartment with good location near the Coliseum. It had all that we needed. Washing machine, modern kitchen, comfortable bed. Especially want to thank the host for good support and early check in option. It would be nice if there was some shelf in the shower to put the shower gel and shampoo on.

- Derya (7/5): Good - The accommodation was about a 15-minute walk from Termini train station. Our room was very clean upon check-in, with towels, sheets, and other essentials already prepared. There was a portable heater for warmth, and since the weather wasn’t too cold, we didn’t experience any heating issues. The kitchen was well-equipped, though there were no wine glasses. The host responded to our messages very quickly and provided sufficient information for check-in. The apartment is conveniently located on a main street, with a tram stop right in front. While tram noise and vibrations were noticeable, it wasn’t a major issue in winter since the windows remained closed. The location was also quite close to the Colosseum, which was a great advantage. Overall, we liked our stay, and it can be a good option if found at a reasonable price. However, there were a few drawbacks. My reservation was for eight days so extra towels would have been useful, but there were none available. The biggest issue for us was the excessive use of scented items throughout the apartment, including incense, scented flowers, and air fresheners. The scent was overwhelming, and since I am sensitive to strong fragrances, it was quite uncomfortable. While we didn’t encounter any security concerns, it’s worth noting that during the summer, the tram noise might be more disruptive with the windows open.
- Mejia (8/5): Very good -
- Lucy (9/5): Superb -
- Yan (9/5): We enjoyed our stay. Sam was a great host. - Great location, spacious. Curtain did not block the light well. It would be nice to have some grounded coffee for the guests.
- Bradley (4/5): Glad to leave Rome - Road noise all night no explanation you had to key lock your room got burgled

- Georgia (8/5): Clean little apartment in a good location with everything you need for a quick stay in Rome. - Clean little apartment in a good location with everything you need for a quick stay in Rome. There was a funky smell that wafted from the bathroom sink.
- Marina (8/5): Very convenient apartment. Brand new kitchen and bathroom. Sam the host was available for any question or need. We could - Very convenient location and well equipped. The couch. Too small and covered with an old blanket. I would have love to have a couch to sit and be more comfortable.

- Joerg (8/5): Cozy and nice retreat in Rome - The flat is in a convenient location for sightseeing the imperial history of Rome, with a bus stop right in front of it. The look and feel of the apartment is great- exactly like in the pictures. Good space, comfy bed, the AC worked just fine and the large kitchen is a plus for everyone cooking themselves. It is a very cozy place with a personal touch to it, and well equipped (Fridge, Iron, chargers and power outlets, washing machine, etc)
Sam, the host, was literally always available and extremely helpful. The only downside is the limited noise insulation from the windows. This is due to the building type- the drawback of staying in older buildings. If you are an easy sleeper, the noises from street traffic can be disturbing as they are very clearly heard at night.

bed was super comfortable and slept great. although it is a main road, traffic noise was a minimum and hard to hear
spotless
location- beautiful morning walk past the colosseum and forums
sam offered personal drop off and collection to the airport cheaper than the available taxi fares limited supply of hot water - had to be frugal with time for both of us to have a hot shower. this was still ok in the end but had to be conscious of it.
- Frances (10/5): Exceptional -
- Thomas (8/5): Very good -
- Michelle (10/5): Perfection from start to finish. Thanks again Sam!!! - Sam the host was amazing. He helped us with a direct transfer to and from the airport. He also held on to our luggage because we had a full day in Rome before our late flight home.
The apartment is beautiful. Super duper clean, spacious and so well equipped. Literally couldn't fault it. Great location just 10 minutes from the Colosseum too. Nothing could have been any better. Ideal accommodation.
- Shruthi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mandy (10/5): Book it you will not be disappointed ☺️ - Apartment was very easy to find thanks to Sams directions. The apartment was spacious, decorated lovely and was spotlessly clean and was very well equipped. One very small moan would be the bed was very hard ( in fairness I’m used to a softer mattress) however after a few drinks in the evening I slept well .
- Rocha (10/5): Exceeded my expectations. - Very well located, clean and comfortable. The owner was very attentive and polite.
