• adela (5/5): Buena ubicación pero se debería mejorase las instalaciones - Ubicación Las camas son muy incómodas, uno de ellas es un sofá que se hunde por el medio y es muy estrecho. En la cocina no hay donde sentarse. La segunda habitación es el salón por tanto no puedes utilizarla cuando está ocupada.

Если хотите готовить, то все для этого имеется. К сожалению нет вай фай в квартире, а мобильная связь почти отсутствует, плохой сигнал, соответственно мобильный интернет не работает в квартире. Возьмите с собой обязательно какие то простые тапочки, пол каменный..

The location was perfect, just around the corner from the Colosseum, and within walking distance to most attractions. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, making dining out a breeze. Communication with the owner was excellent—they were incredibly responsive and attentive to all our questions and needs. The apartment was ideal for our family of four, with two children. It was clean and smelled fresh upon arrival. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Everything was perfect.

We had to wash everything, even our luggage smells bad. Please make it non smoking. and you will need to air purify the entire unit.

The bathroom sink leaked on the floor when used and the shower was only turned on for 2 minutes since it did not drain and you were standing in water.

• Sinead (8/5): Excellent quiet location on the ground floor near the colosseum - The location was absolutely perfect and it was really quiet even if it was on the ground floor! The apartment is old with lots of charm. it is really nice and clean, well equipped and has every thing that we needed; washer dryer, nespresso machine and we really enjoyed the free breakfast every morning. The kitchen was absolutely tiny and it was impossible to cook or even have breakfast altogether. You couldnt swing a car or even have a coffee together. The bathroom was also small but manageable all the same.

We loved the neighbourhood and found great places to eat off the tourist route. We appreciated the welcome wine and the breakfast items. Thank you for having us! Nothing. • Alina (6/5): Pleasant - Great location, 5 min to Colosseo, but street is quite, in 3 mins is a supermarket. The apartment was equipped very well. All needed stuff in the kitchen, Alexa, Netflix, conditioner, etc. The apartment is on the ground floor.

Wine, snacks and a bag of ice, do they know what Americans like or what. Washer and dryer were great especially with the over 100 degree weather, you go thru lots of clothes. Great place and would happily stay there again.

• Luke (8/5): Fantastic location. - Location! Fantastic. Comfortable and clean. Good facilities. Hosts were a little late and slow in providing details of checkin, and some basics like the WiFi password. Dryer is slightly broken.
• Michael (6/5): Convenient location - Location is great, very close to the Colosseum in a compact neighborhood with several very good restaurants. Taxi station is just around the corner (which is important in Rome; you can't get a cab except at designated spots!). Photos online are accurate. Host was great for contactless check-in, then didn't answer questions.
• Sumudu (8/5): Great location and good comfortable apartment with washing machine - The location was very good, close to the Colloseum as well as bus stops and reasonably close to metro. The apartment had a washing machine and dryer, which was the main reason I chose this apartment. The kitchen had most of the basic requirements to prepare some food and the refridgerator was very convenient as well. The staff was very helpful and supported us during our stay. The floor was not so clean and as mentioned in other reviews, air conditioning was loud but we were able to manage by putting the air-con on night mode and turning it down. The wifi was sometimes weak and unstable. Additionally the hot water in the shower didn't work very well. I think the boiler needs inspection.
• Ana (8/5): It was nice and cozy in great location with issues that could have been easely fixed. - It is cozy and comfortable. 5 min walk from Colosseum and therefore close to everything else in a city center. not more then 20 min walking distance Water heater kept running out of hot water and we had to keep tuning it on and off once a day to have warm water all day. First day we thought it was a fluke, but we had same issues every day. problem is easily solved, you just press a button, but we wished we were informed that this will happen and how to handle it, know way this never happened before. I wish the owners had more supplies of toilet paper and paper towels. There was one toilet paper stack and that was it, for 5 day stay, no replenishes. there was no paper towels, we bought our own. it would be fine for paper towels if they had more kitchen towels, but there was only one.
