Andrea (9/5): Fun, charming place to stay in a great location! - It was a cute, cozy place that was the perfect size for our family of four. We loved the central location and walked everywhere. It was nice and quiet too! My girls said the bed in the loft wasn't the most comfortable, but was okay.

Bovenste verdieping, dus traplopen. Vriendelijke hostess. Vrij druk verkeer en storend geluid in bovenste slaapkamer door verwarmingselement dat continu aansloeg. Adres wijkt af van in website opgenomen (kantoor)adres. Dus opletten met vooraf boeken van vervoer van/naar luchthaven.

The apartment is spacious and has everything you need, the area is very nice and has a local vibe. Good cafe and restaurants in walking distance. The apartment was a bit noisy due to some gatherings and school kids but it is not very significant, even interesting to see locals and real people life

Shaun (10/5): no other place i’d stay in rome - we stayed in grand suite ricci. service was absolutely amazing! the suite was awesome and centrally located. the area was safe and the apartment secured by a door that could double as a bank vault door. there are two beds; a foam mattress and a very old spring mattress. The spring mattress is terrible with multiple springs broken; the foam one was comfy and luckily our son who’s about 30lbs could still sleep in the crib they provide comfortably. i’m giving 5/5 stars regardless because this was a minor inconvenience, but i would recommend replacing that old spring bed.

Alexandra (9/5): - Eines der Doppelzimmer ist räumlich nicht vom Wohn-/Eßbereich abgetrennt, man geht vom Wohnzimmer über ein Treppe in den oberen Schlafbereich, der sich dann offen über dem WZ sozusagen "auf der Galerie" befindet, zwar sehr schön, aber eben nicht getrennt, wohl mit einem sehr schönen eigenen Bad. Uns hat es nicht gestört, wir waren mit sehr guten Freunden da.

The kitchen was modern and there was a lovely bottle of wine waiting for us in the fridge. There were 2 bathrooms and laundry facilities. It was a very good place to stay.It is also situated directly across from a fabulous and casual wine bar with delicious food and wine. When we were leaving the taxi was not able to find our location. That was a bit challenging.

The apartment itself is exceptional, full of character, tastefully decorated and with top quality everything. It is located in a very old building in a very fascinating and well located area that is highly involving from the very moment you walk out of the front door. It is located close to virtually everything, restaurants, plazas, nearly every tourist area in Rome is easily accessible to and from all the main want to see areas. We just loved it. Nothing to not like,it is just exceptional.

The location is perfect, easy walk to most things and delish places to eat downstairs. The team at your suite were so helpful and easy to deal with. Beds very comfortable, great having a washing machine and lift in the building for luggage. Everything was great really but some suggestions would be some instructions in the apartment about how things work, although the team is on hand to answer all questions. A chopping board ☺️

GLENN (10/5): A character filled apartment, elegantly furnished yet very practical and with a great and convenient location. - The apartment we had was beautifully decorated, was large and yet retained all the charm and character of what you would expect of being in such a marvellous living museum like Rome. The apartment was also very well located with everything so close by, shops, grocery shopping, chemists and dozens of excellent restaurants all within a 10 minute walk away. Only one issue was an ill fitting window blind in the main bedroom. Other than that one small issue, it’s all character, sumptuous and convenience..
Lea (9/5): Comfortable stay in the historic part of town - The family Suite is very comfortable, clean and spacious and the airconditioning is very good. The bathrooms are very small and the shower temperature not easy to regulate but I was expecting it and it was nothing too bad. If you want to stay in the historic part of the city you have to put up with historic plumbing.

Nicole (10/5): Exceptional - The best thing about the location is professionalism and friendliness of the staff, including Federica and Maria Jessica. Our family visited Rome and booked several different suites. They went above and beyond coordinating our check-in times and ensuring a smooth stay. Federica helped me book a restaurant reservation for 40 people and also set up and walked me to an appointment to get my wedding dress pressed. I cannot emphasize enough how great the staff is. The suites were all clean, comfortable, and in a great part of town. It was close enough to walk to many sites, but removed from the crowds. We had a wonderful stay. Grazie mille!
Rick (10/5): The apartment was perfect for our family and was in a great building and location with great service - The location was great by being in reasonable waking distance to all the main sites to visit. The apartment was big with plenty of bedrooms. The property manager, Maria Jessica, was very helpful answering all my questions weeks before we even arrived.

Fantastic staff available if needed. - The apartment was in a great location, 10 mins stroll to Vatica, Piazza Navona and 15-20 to Trevo Fontana. The apartment is in a lovely square. It can be lively on a Friday/Saturday night, as there are several restaurants on the square. The 2 restaurants are actually fantastic. Good value, great food and pleasant staff. The apartment itself is huge and very well kept. Ideal, as for us, for 2 families with kids. A third family could have been accommodated. There is good lounge space, a good kitchen (which we didn't try at all!), and 5 very comfortable bedrooms with several bathrooms and toilets. There was no fault. We will return.

Sergey (4/5): Beware of a noisy restaurant downstairs!! - Location in the center of Rome. Super friendly, responsive and helpful staff. Kitchenette in the apartment. LARGE, NOISY RESTAURANT RIGHT UNDER THE WINDOWS. Makes it hard to be in a room from 20:00 to around 1:00 every night. The bathroom is very narrow and shower cabin is claustrophobia-inducing.

The beds were very comfortable and spacious. The only thing was the washer/dryer. We had a problem with understanding how it works. They helped us with our bags down all the stairs on the last day (thanks) Organised pick-ups and drop-off cars The extremely narrow 5 flights of stairs you have to negotiate to get to the Apartment then a flight of stairs inside.. Challenging with bags and if over 50. Aircondition units had not had the filters cleaned in a long time 3 TVs were good, but they did not link and one was in a different language Beds were low and not that comfortable The couch was a pull-out sofa and the cushions would not stay in place, so uncomfortable Communication on Transpot type and costs, just double-check everything and it should be fine.
Phil (10/5): The classic flavors of Rome. - The location in a fabulous historic district is excellent. Apartments are large, fully equipped kitchen, and modern. A short walk to morning coffee bars. Short walk to shopping for Italian designer clothes but not gucci level. Short walk to Campo di Fiori for excellent restaurants and nightlife. Not too much further to Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. Nothing to note. This was our second time staying here so we liked it.

Beds uncomfortable, accommodation a little tired in places, restaurant beneath the apartment very noisy past midnight most nights.

And the curtains in the room very transparent so the streetlights were coming direct into the rooms. Suggest the hotel to have the windows to be more soundproof and put-up darker curtains specifically for the night as was too bright even at midnight inside the room.

This space is absolutely perfect for a large group Only thing to aware of is that while there is an elevator is it very small, so if you're a large group build in extra time to transport luggage or be ready to haul some up a few flights Also it is in a plaza with restaurants, so be prepared to hear people laughing and enjoying their meal
Elissia (10/5): It was perfecto! - The host, Maria-Jessica was welcoming and accommodating. The location, exceptional. Close to shops, restaurants and the Piazza Navona. Cute morning cappuccino place nearby made getting up before the rest of the family, so enjoyable. The suite is very large and the beds very comfortable. We went with family members of different ages and it was perfect for all. One of our family had to stay back and work a few days and the wifi is strong. Just a perfect place, we would stay again!
Farida (9/5): Fantastic location in an historic building - Fantastic location. Extremely communicative and helpful YourSuiteRome staff and office. Happy to hold our luggage on morning of departure, lots of useful tips on places to visit, ordered us a taxi to airport. I will definitely book with this company again but a different apartment. The apartment (junior suite), whilst in an amazing location had lots of space and the facilities were good. However it is quite dark - not much natural light, due to the layout. The bathroom is long and thin so a bit of a squeeze. The sofas were hard to sit on as the cushions are for a sofa bed and kept slipping off ! But don't let this put you off ! We had a fantastic stay and would book again.
Patricia (10/5): Perfection in Rome! - Location cannot be better! In a fabulous neighborhood- wonderful places to get breakfast, lunch and dinner. Beautiful apartment- filled with art and books and comfortable furniture and beds. Beautifully modern conveniences in a 400 year old home. Overall, I loved everything about the apartment. Picking up the key was no problem and our host representative was extremely helpful. She made our taxi reservation and gave us really great recommendations for restaurants in the area. I suppose the loft bed may be an issue for some people, for us it was fine.

The property attendant helped us get our bags up stairs and was also very nice. The property was spacious for my family of 7, clean, well equipped and in a good location. There plenty of towels and enjoyed the addition of slippers. The area was perfect for us. The shower areas are small but it did not cause any issues with our stay.

Dorin (10/5): An excellent stay in Rome / Campo de' Fiori / with a great host, location and value for money! - The location was awesome, so close (walking distance) to everything the beautiful city of Rome has to offer (the Vatican museums, Pantheon, Castel Sant'Angelo, etc). The venue/apartment is authentic and takes you back in time. The neighborhood is quiet, almost pedestrian, with good restaurants nearby. The host (Federica) was extremely nice and helpful (from the pre-departure communication, details during the stay, and support in ensuring transportation from and to the airport). Highly recommended.

The bed is super uncomfortable and the mattress topper slides around. Also, it said there was a dishwasher but there was not. It also would be great to have basics like salt and pepper in the kitchen.

The staff were truly outstanding- helping us with transfers, recommendations, and all the gear for our little one. The floating stairs were a little scary/not great for kids but not a huge deal.
