• Mahmoud (4/5): Bad. - The staff was highly unprofessional. They checked me into the wrong property and later asked me to move to another location in a completely different area. They also promised to refund 25% of the payment due to their mistake, but this was never fulfilled. I am extremely disappointed with the way the situation was handled. • 1822242384 (8/5): Nice place, but tedious check-in process and hard to find the keys. - - Spacious apartment - Clean - Very friendly host helping us out with the issues we experienced. When we left, we left with good memories. - Can highly recommend to ask the tour guide Bob to drive you from the airport to the location. Getting to know him during our stay ended up as a key highlight of our trip. - The building is quite worn, so it felt immediately a bit sketchy when we where walking in the halls. - It's a bit strange that we're asked to throw our own trash before leaving. - It's also strange to be asked to "leave the apartment as clean as possible". - There's an overload of information being provided by the host through the booking.com chat, which makes it hard to progress when you're on the go, stressed with commuting, and need to do this on your phone. It would be much better if they sent you a neatly organized PDF with all the info you need, highlighted with the most important to-dos. - Could have been useful receiving information priothat only one of the two elevators in the building will bring you to your floor. - The bathroom is only of so-and-so quality. - It is too hard to find the key lockbox outside as it's hidden behind some bushes. I recommend the host to clarify better where to find this lock box. - This was our second stay with the host, having slept at a different apartment 4 nights prior. We were asked to make a deposit for this second stay, but the deposit from the previous stay had not been refunded (and the host seemed unaware that the deposit had not been refunded). It therefore became an annoying experience for us that an assistant in the building came to claim another deposit and it became a whole process of back and forth for us to sort it out. However, it all ended well, so we're overall pleased with the experience.
• Chris (5/5): too much hassle and poor value for money. - the place was nice enough, but the hassle! emails galore, instructions of how to access the place distributed over I don't know how many of them, no keys on arrival, misconfigered wife that will only allow mobile phones to connect but not laptops, staying in for the deposit collection and return - not worth it.
