Length of Stay (14-29 nights), Deposit amount will be (5 nights).
Length of Stay (30 nights or more), Deposit amount will be (15 nights).
3/Housekeeping Service : free service is provided once every 4th Night of stay, for more times will be with extra fees. Guests staying 1-3 nights are not entitled to free housekeeping services.

- Flores (5/5): - I booked a nice place and got a small studio in the last floor (6th) with an old furnitures. Air conditioner worked so bad and it must need replaced ! In that place it was supposed to get a QR PASS for my guests but the person in charge of the place never gave me...i asked but he said only with the number of apartment in the gate can get entered but all the time got complains from the security... it was not comfortable.. it was stressed as I payed for something better and got an old studio. Since the first day I wanted to leave but the owner never let me .. Booking also contacted but the owner never answered... to disappointed ... They are a CATFISH

- essam (9/5): للتوفير اذهب الي القاهرة - تم استجار 30 ليلة من 25 يونيو 2025 / الموقع جيد بالدور الخامس / داخل مجمع سكني مومن / الانترنت جيد /. مشرف الشركة الاخ /اسلام /ممتاز انقطاع الكهرباء عدة مرات عن المجمع بالكامل بما فيها المصعد /امل ضرورة التنسيق مع الشركة المسئولية عن المجمع حيال انقطاع الكهرباء وابلاغ المستاجرين عن ذلك لاتخاذ اللازم من قبلهم حيال الخروج من الشقة / ضرورة قيام الشركة بتجديد الاثاث داخل الشقة /ضرورة زيادة اجهزة المطبخ بما فيها الالات القهوة /مقارنة بالاسعار للشقق المجاورة وبمواصفات افضل من هذه الشقة السعر اقل ب 10% من هذا الايجار

They need little attention to maintenance and proper cleaning of the facility before handing over. They have the potential to be one of my best choices in traveling to Egypt. You will feel at home.

Would have been nice to have some basics in the bathroom as well, e g. Tooth paste, additional toilet paper, hairdryer.

- Fahad (8/5): Overall nice experience - Nice, quiet and clean place. The service is good. Spacious and beautiful terrace. Rest assured that it is inside a high security compound Ventilation of the bathroom in addition to the absence of a mirror dresser. Take care of the cleanliness and smell of the furniture.
