• Babar (9/5): - The host is a true gentleman, received me at the door right on time. The studio was hygenic and clean, everything was available: from a large good cooling fridge, a working stove, clean and enough utensils, comfy sofa, working tv with channels well over 20 countries (including HD sportchannels) and ofcourse the cherry on the pie; a decent size pool wich is mentained almost daily by the local poolguy. The bed was a bit on the shorter side for me (im relatively tall) but other then that it was also a good sleeping experience (very quiet). The bathroom also was very clean, plenty of towels were provided and the water (wich i like) could get steaming hot (a feature wich isnt always available at most studios ive stayed at in Egypt). I had a good rest and i enjoyed my stay; i have recommended my friends and myself will be returning within a short period of time, In Sha Allah. I have really did not came across anything i did not like.

Magnifique appartement nous nous sommes bien reposés la piscine est bien fraiche,l’hôte à été hyper accueillant toujours disponible quand nous avons besoin de lui, l’appartement est dans un quartier du Nouveau Caire à peu près à 30 min du centre mais nous avons eu des Uber très facilement à chaque fois pour quelques euros. Nous avons eu un jour la piscine seuls et une autre journée nous avons partagé avec un famille de l’autre appartement mais ce n’etait pas du tout derangeant chacun dispose de sa propre terrasse.Vraiment rien à dire on s’est sentis comme à la maison encore merci !

The pool was very clean and outside sitting areas very nice. The best part of the stay was the owner because he was responsive and very attentive. The T.V. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how well-equipped and thoughtfully furnished the entire space was. The room was spacious, clean, and incredibly cozy, making it feel like a home away from home. One of the standout features for me was the fully furnished kitchen. Not only did it include all the essential utensils and cooking supplies, but it also had high-quality pots, pans, and even a few extra touches that made cooking a pleasure. It really added an extra layer of convenience and comfort to my stay. The room also had ample closet space, complete with hangers and plenty of room for all of my belongings. The provided towels were soft, fluffy, and of great quality—another small detail that made the experience that much more enjoyable. The heater worked perfectly to keep the room at a comfortable temperature, even on chilly evenings. As for the amenities, the pool was a fantastic touch. It was immaculately maintained and provided a refreshing escape after a long day of exploring the area. • Frency (10/5): beautiful holiday ❤️❤️ - We spent 2 wonderful weeks, the apartment is very nice and clean, you can find everything you need, the pool and terrace are very clean and neat, a very quiet and clean area, the owners are very nice and helpful, we would definitely book again, you feel like you are at home, I can recommend this apartment 100%. We would like to say a big thank to the owner.🙏🙂 The washing machine is a disaster😅 and I would replace it with an automatic one. The rest was all perfekt.

The pool is clean and well taken care of. As the flat is on the ground floor, there isn't much natural light.

Ramez was an excellent host and he made sure our stay was comfortable, he went above and beyond to help us wherever we needed help. The studio is well equipped, it’s in a quiet place in fifth settlement and only 10 minutes away from cairo festival city which has a massive shopping mall. It’s also close to the airport. Overall, we would happily recommend it to friends and family visiting Cairo. None

Great wifi for work, the airconditioner is super cold for summer, great cable tv, and having the pool is amazing. Always sad to leave. I was extremely happy with great wifi and an amazing pool straight outside the lounge room doors. Very private and only shared with one other apartment. The garden and pool area were highly maintained and all questions were answered about the property immediately. Super quiet apartment and easy parking. Great Cable Tv as well. An excellent property! It really was great value. All services worked excellently.
